LOL, "SEC Delinquent" status is not the reason to "sell" or "avoid" a OTC stock like ACTL! How could one lose money by owning ACTL? Did you see even a CH7-Bankrupt "Delinquent" peer (RCPIQ) could surge 19.67-Bagger to 0.0059 from 0.0003? To match the Same $1.01M MV with RCPIQ, ACTL will hit 0.00145 which is 14.5 Times of its current ridiculous low price 0.0001! Another CH7-Bankrupt "Delinquent" peer LIQDQ did surge 188-Bagger to 0.0188 from the Same Bottom 0.0001! To match the Same $1.14M MV with LIQDQ, ACTL will hit 0.0016 which is 16 Times of its current ridiculous low price 0.0001!
If I were not a shareholder here then I would buy at least 5M shares at 0.0002 before ACTL tests its 52-week-high 0.0003 again since 0.0016 ~ 0.00145 are the easy targets...

Are you sure John M. Fife only owns 9.9% of the OS? Anyway ACTL might crash back to 0.0001 again as soon as next Monday like its peer PUGE did yesterday because totally 150M ~ 200M shares dumped at 0.0001 since it first hit 0.0003 in this January!

It is better for us to get rid of "TCA Global Credit Master Fund L.P." though TCA controls 100% of ACTL voting right! Is it possible?
