This merger and the shares purchased as mentioned on the 13D released yesterday is expected to attract investors ....

We have a tiny float that will carry us very quickly above $ 5 today. Consolidation phase will follow and the real race will arrive just behind.

I do not move even if the temptation is great .... and I know we will not see $ 24 now but with a Phase III that will be launched in the first 6 months of the year, a foot in Europe now, money in the coffers, the future is rather serene here.
