He is preparing an audit for April first?
Any updates on ARYCs incarcerated leader Mark Schena? Is he enjoying prison?
Yup sorry should have clarified. I meant the more recent settlement request
More like $242 million in the original lawsuit.
It was $29million originally I believe….
He wants some of them profits….
Considering that Taub only invested around $750,000 in Arrayit, asking for 22 million is a tall order.
The taub case does not have anything to do with fraud, correct?
<< Does not the insurance cover the judgment? >>
Not if it was fraud.
They did not disclose the settlement
Maybe Taub knew that getting money out of the company due to the Schena judgement would be a tall order and took the insurance settlement. Hard to say.
Does not the insurance cover the judgment?
If Taub thinks his slice of the pie is $20,000,000 , then I wonder how big that pie is…
Maybe released from the burden of the legal proceedings
But not from the judgment of the settlement. Considering all of the other trouble they have been in, this might be heaping more debt on the pile.
Anyone hear about the Dollinger judgement?
Arrayit out from under a huge burden?
The Taub settlement
This is what was proposed before Rene balked:
The parties filed, with Defendants’ confirmation, a joint status report on December 5, 2022 reporting they had reached a settlement
in principle: (1) entry of judgment in favor of Plaintiffs against Arrayit on consent for $20,000,000; and (2) assignment to Plaintiffs of Arrayit’s insurance policy with Berkley mandating payment to Plaintiffs for $500,000 in full satisfaction of the judgment.
I wonder what the final settlement looked like.
That court case involved two scammers trying to scam each other. LOL.
Apparently the Taub case was settled, per PaceMonitor, and the case discontinued after 9 years of litigation.
Guessing Mark took the brunt of the heat, as his wife, and her brother, got away with no charges. Just sent Bubba, Mark's cell buddy, his 1st pack of smokes. Lol.
Oh, perhaps Arrayit pie company opened up a stand there that he is referring to?There may be some coupons in the back of the Bible that Mark was giving to his disciples on the tour. Perhaps you can redeem them for a fresh piece of strawberry rhubarb pie. Lol
Haha! Web is right! You would do better getting a 2nd job if you need dough.
Wonder if Mark ARYC enjoyed the eclipse from his cell
Sentencing as to Paul Haje set for 3/4/2024 is Continued to 8/29/2024
Looks like something popped up in the BOP parole report where they (the defense) requested more time. Not really sure what that could be as nothing was mentioned. I'm sure part of his plea was he had to be honest so maybe they found out he wasn't. I'm just guessing. I'm sure everyone will find out on 8/29.
Schena has a status conference for the SEC case scheduled for 7/18/2024. Not sure if there's anything connected there.
I read an old post on here mentioning Paul Haje as the last one to be sentenced in March 2024.
So what happened?
<< Arrayit located at 524 East Waddell Drive Sunnyvale Ca? >>
That is an apartment complex.

Arrayit located at 524 East Waddell Drive Sunnyvale Ca?
It seems you do, but, however, I know covalent metrology is currently leasing the space. Which comes to an end soon… As well as Reliant Labs… but if you search the address Arrayit is still listed… I’m curious as to who owns the building. ;) seems it’s no longer listed as a Dollinger property according to Dollinger’s website… I do remember Arrayit speaking of purchasing the building, also, that rent that wasn’t paid by Arrayit wasn’t anything new, it was from 2015 when they were struggling… so… at the end of their lease it was owed…. That’s what it is about… therefore…. I’m just wondering who owns the building now…
Judgment: Default
Looks like a default judgement for roughly $260,000 was entered on 3/8. You can check the Santa Clara County Court site for updates
Sorry, but I don't really follow ARYC anymore.
It looks like ARYC was kicked out of their location @ 927 Thompson Place, Sunnyvale, CA. Another company, Covalent Metrology, now occupies that space.
Their current website doesn't seem to have any address listed, so I am assuming that they are working out of their car parked in front of Apple headquarters.
I can’t find anything
Any news on the Dollinger case? Very interested in this matter
Yes. Apparently Mark has completed the low class and now lives in jail. That’s the only class action I can think of. You’re welcome
Yes I knew you were joking
But there has been some wild comments here over the years that have been more far fetched than that. We know now that quite a few comments that came from the company were flat out lies and fraud. I always enjoyed the comments about having a building next to Apple and the twitter followers comments.
It was a joke? Both are risky?
Very odd, i can't pull up any files for the SEC case vs schena, it just gives me an error. But I can pull files for other of his cases
Can you give updates from Atwater?
I would think that would be frowned upon. I did think the post comparing ARYC to bitcoin was a bit suspicious. I guess old habits die hard.
I flew my plane over to Newport Beach to visit friends and look at some potential investments. What did you do the last few days Mark? Any Aryc news for us?
Birds of a feather. Hope is a terrible financial plan. But by all means, pursue until your hearts content. Each day you will get a bit less than the day before. Cheers!
Rene is no felon? And she wrote a letter to investors?
But it sure burned to the ground quickly
Didn't it. It's too bad someone wasn't around to fiddle while ARYC felons burned to the ground.
Perhaps Mark funded it and filed it from his jail cell. ARYC has such a great history after all
Does it say who filed it? And who paid for it?

Arrayit Corporation
United States v. Mark Schena
Court Docket No.: 5:20-CR-00425
Court Assigned: These cases are assigned to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, Robert F. Peckham Federal Building & United States Courthouse 280 South 1st Street, Room 2112 San Jose, CA 95113.
Next Proceeding: A status conference has been set for August 30, 2021 at 9:00 AM before U.S. District Judge Edward J. Davila. This hearing will be held via videoconference. Please contact us at Victimassistance.fraud@usdoj.gov if you would like to attend and require access instructions.
A trial is scheduled before Judge Edward Davila on May 10, 2022, 09:00 AM at Courtroom 4, 5th Floor, 280 So. First Street, San Jose, CA for the case which involves defendant(s) Mark Schena. At this time the Trial dates are set for: 5/10/22 - 6/3/2022.
Latest Update: In a superseding indictment filed on May 18, 2021, defendant Schena was charged with new counts of health care fraud, conspiracy to pay kickbacks and payment of kickbacks in connection with false and fraudulent statements about the existence, regulatory status and accuracy of an Arrayit COVID-19 test. The conspiracy allegedly sought to induce the ordering of the Arrayit COVID-19 test and to bundle, i.e., require combination with, the COVID-19 test and Arrayit’s medically unnecessary allergy test. The COVID-19 test results were not provided in a timely fashion and were not reliable in detecting COVID-19.
Criminal Charges: The president of a California-based medical technology company was charged in an indictment filed in the Northern District of California, in connection with his alleged participation in schemes to mislead investors and commit health care fraud in connection with the submission of over $69 million in false and fraudulent claims for allergy and COVID-19 testing.
The charges against Mark Schena, 57, the president of Arrayit Corporation, is the first criminal securities fraud prosecution related to the COVID-19 pandemic that has been brought by the Department of Justice and charges three counts of securities fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud. According to the affidavit in support of a criminal complaint issued in June 2020, Schena touted that Arrayit is the “only laboratory in the world that offers” revolutionary “microarray technology” that allows Arrayit to test for allergy and COVID-19 based on a finger-prick drop of blood that is placed on a paper card and sent by mail to Arrayit’s laboratory. In the first phase of the scheme, beginning in or around 2018 and continuing to in or around February 2020, Schena and others paid kickbacks and bribes to recruiters and doctors to run an allergy screening test for 120 allergens (including things ranging from stinging insects to food allergens) on every patient regardless of medical necessity, and then made numerous misrepresentations to potential investors about Arrayit’s allergy test sales, financial condition, and its future prospects. In the second phase of the scheme, beginning in or around February 2020, Schena and others made false claims concerning Arrayit’s ability to provide accurate, fast, reliable, and cheap COVID-19 tests in compliance with state and federal regulations, and made numerous misrepresentations to potential investors about the COVID-19 tests and Arrayit’s future prospects for COVID-19 testing.
