Well AI back in the news MBS making money...

I think a huge jump in price is unwarranted for the short term.

we are trading at fair value IMO AI has more losses to come in the future which will have a negative impact on future book value and that IMO is the reason we are still trading below book value.

hmmmmm looks like its fairly valued. But the company is so small now and still losing money...

TA shows a solid foundation is in place for AI, plenty to be excited about with this one!

When you take into account FRE and FNM are having blowout earning surprises to the upside, I would think AI should show a correlation to these numbers... I am worried that there is downside because the company has been so quiet however. And when I called the investors relations number today it was disconnected. SO I'm not exactly sure what the hell that is all about. I'm just going to hang tight and go by what other similar companies are reporting, and it makes me think that AI should be trading well over $1.
