Financing/Bought Deal at about $1.88 USD. Major dilution brings PPS down; however, development of ARNGF's premium assets (Magino and Ana Paula) is essential for future success.
Magino project (Ontario) is adjacent to Island Gold Mine, which is a crown jewel for Alamos Gold, Inc. (AGI).
(Alamos market cap is aboot $4 Billion USD, and AGI's current cash dividend is partly sustained by production from its very profitable Island Gold Mine. )
Looks like ARNGF will raise at least $81 Million USD in this latest bought deal (?)

Magna trades on OTC QB.
( MGR on TSXV. )
Magna's San Francisco mine (Mexico) was purchased from Alio Gold.
Interesting to see that Sprott was involved w/ latest financing for Magna.
Magna market cap ~ $ 66 Million; Gold and silver assets in Mexico, HQ in Toronto.

Yes.. I have owned and traded it for years. They have a new mine that will open latter this year. It has about 10 million ounces. This should do well. If, gold makes a major move. If your new to mining stocks. It is prudent not to buy any that are not producing.
