It's looking OK. You know anything about how the divi works? I have not been able to get any answers either from people on here. I got a divi one time before and the shares were restricted for a year so I wondered if that would apply here as well. Seems strange if this is their attempt to sell ISSM stock there is no PR or awareness. Still a few days until the Ninth though.

ISSM had a strong day today, finished up 7.4% with nearly all the volume at the ask.

CLIR, the NASDAQ stock you get as a dividend when you own ISSM on the record date of May 9th, closed at $6.00, up 14.50% and had an early morning spike all the way up to $8.14!

Dividend Stock CLIR closed at $5.20, up another 7.44% and 30% since the original IPO. Additionally, I've found ISSM CEO Christoper A. Marlett has warrants for 300,000 shares of CLIR on 4/24/2013 and exercisable at $5 per this Form 3:

ISSM should be $1.00 minimum...that would still give buyers a nearly 30% dividend in a Nasdaq stock. PLUS, per ISSM recent 10K, they have 4 million in assets versus 102 thousand in liabilities and need no money in 2012 to execute their current business plan. I believe I saw they were looking for acquisitions as well. Big opportunity here!
