AQXP $$$$ Wouldn't that be a conflict of interest? If someone is a beneficial owner of shares and offers a buyout proposal, wouldn't they then have insider information(which is, of course, an SEC violation) or at least have the potential for insider information if they are currently a shareholder?

That explains the price spikes IMO, especially with a low float. However with a fair value target of $14, the stock should hover probably in the $14-18 range for now. Drug approval would change things.

AQXP $$$$ Something else is going on...why would Baker Brothers buy millions of shares and then J&J, Pfizer sell their shares? Doesn't make sense unless J&J and Pfizer made an offer and were turned down (so they're pissed and sold out) and Baker has a larger Pharma with a better offer? Just very odd, especially when you consider that AQXP's product is better than J&J's treatment, and if this gets FDA approval, J&J will lose revenue since AQXP's product will be the treatment of choice for BPS.
