Having been shook out earlier in the year, I keeped an eye on it. APAAF seemed to stablize last week, as I raised money. The dipp to $.23 on Fri. I could not resist. In again @$.235 , then the pop at closing I believe will stick as volumes pick up!
Go APAAF
Appia share price starting to head north! Closed at .36 cents cad today- that is an increase of 20%- Now they have 100 drill holes done for the 2022 campaign and 2 assay labs working on the results- Lets go!
Right on Mr Kizer! Not fooling around here, over 17,000 meters of drilling done in 2022! Heading for a resource estimate...
Appia Announces Exploration Update and Completion of Record 2022 Drilling Program of 17,481 Metres at Alces Lake Rare Earth Property, Northern Saskatchewan
TORONTO, ONTARIO, July 26, 2022 - Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Corp. (the “Company” or “Appia”) (CSE:API, OTCQX:APAAF, Germany: “A0I.F”, “A0I.MU”, “A0I.BE”) is pleased to announce that the Company has completed the initial phase of the 2022 drilling / exploration program on the 100%-owned Alces Lake high-grade rare earth elements and gallium property, Athabasca Basin area, northern Saskatchewan.
Highlights:
Record metreage (17,481 metres) drilled in record time (4 ½ months)
Additional delineation drilling on the high-grade mineralization in WRCB discovery including previously undrilled monazite targets at Danny and Wilson/Wilson North
Initial delineation drilling on the discoveries at Magnet Ridge (formerly Augier) and Magnet Ridge West included 44 holes and a total 7,344 metres drilled
First drilling on highly prospective anomalies at the West Limb (see map, Figure 1)
Drilling on the Western Anomaly at Sweet Chili Heat, Diablo and Buffalo to follow-up on 2021 assay results
A new high resolution aerial survey program of 4,864 line km (radiometric and aeromagnetic) to be flown over the new Alces Lake claims added in 2021
Planning commenced for upcoming 2022/23 uranium exploration activities
Frederick Kozak, President of Appia said “Building on our experience of 2021 at Alces Lake, Appia got an early start in March on the planned 2022 drilling program. Kudos to the entire team of drillers, helpers, camp support and the geology team for this record accomplishment. Appia drilled more than double the 2021 metreage in less time than the previous year’s program. We have accomplished all of our initial phase drilling goals and now eagerly await assay results to plan the next phase of drilling. New high resolution aerial geophysics will be flown soon and this will also add to the inventory of potential exploration targets at Alces Lake.”
Nice Catalyst here ant thumbs up, I've been out of APAAF waiting for bottoms I think the time may be soon, Biden is a little shaky so I have little faith in our men and women in Congress this they move like slugs and lie like lawyers, anyhow good luck out there buddy.
I hope Appia will apply for some of this money to help develop the Alces Lake discovery.
..."Biden also announced a $35 million grant from the U.S. Defense Department to MP Materials Inc (MP.N) to process rare earths, which are used to make magnets found in consumer goods and weapons.
The Pentagon has already awarded roughly $10 million to MP, which controls the only U.S. rare earths mine but depends on China for processing.
The Las Vegas-based companysaid it will invest $700 million of its own funds and create more than 350 jobs by 2024. The company has said it aims to begin processing rare earths in California by the end of the year.
Jim Litinsky, MP's chief executive, told Biden the investments will help the company produce enough rare earth products to build 500,000 EVs domestically by 2025."

China may be a good Bond villain, but rare earths experts are skeptical it’s behind smear campaign
June 30, 2022
In this video, InvestorIntel panelists rare earths experts Jack Lifton, Tracy Weslosky and Christopher Ecclestone express their skepticism at a report released yesterday that alleges a co-ordinated social media campaign out of China targeted the Australian rare earths mining company, Lynas Rare Earths Ltd. (ASX: LYC), with tweets and Facebook posts criticizing its alleged environmental record and calling for protests of its planned rare earths processing facility in Texas.
While the story has been picked up by mainstream and industry media, a deeper dive makes it look increasingly unlikely that this “campaign” was, as claimed, part of a Chinese effort to undermine foreign attempts to develop a rare earths processing capability outside of China and maintain China’s current dominance. While China makes a good James Bond villain in western politics and the popular press, a look at the evidence doesn’t necessarily point in their direction as the main movers in this case. For people familiar with online campaigns, this one attributed to China’s influence campaign known as DRAGONBRIDGE seems particularly weak and unfocused. The campaign and its associated hashtags never trended on Twitter, which is unfortunately all too easy to do with modern botfarms and technology.

Appia upgrades to OTC best market: Symbol is APAAF - Press Release
I like the fact that management owns over 30% of the shares - I think it is around 35% so they have a lot of motivation to make this into a successful mine imho.
Yes definitely looking good
Amazing! Appia is getting great continuity an the recently discovered Augier zone at Alces Lake:
"An extensive drilling program is underway with two drills working on the prospect. To date, a total of 4,040 metres in 24 holes have been drilled at Augier with two holes per setup. In addition, a large (100 kg) surface sample was taken from the immediate vicinity of the first two Augier holes. A total of 87 samples from the first hole at 22-AUG-001 have been sent for assay as well as the Augier large surface sample with assay results expected within 2 months."
APPIA ANNOUNCES 2021 ASSAY RESULTS AND DISCOVERY OF A SIGNIFICANT NEW MINERALIZED ZONE AT ALCES LAKE RARE EARTH PROPERTY, NORTHERN SASKATCHEWAN
TORONTO, ONTARIO, June 1, 2022 - Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Corp. (the “Company” or “Appia”) (CSE:API, OTCQB:APAAF, Germany: “A0I.F”, “A0I.MU”, “A0I.BE”) is pleased to announce complete WRCB assays results from its 2021 drilling program and the discovery of a massive new rare earth element (“REE”) -bearing zone in the WRCB area of the 100%-owned Alces Lake high-grade rare earth elements and gallium property, Athabasca Basin area, northern Saskatchewan. Further assay results from 2021 drilling in the Western Anomaly area of the Alces Lake claims block will be released in the near future. The complete assays results are available in Table 3 by clicking on this link.
Highlights:
- Wilson 21-WRC-014 intersected 15.81 wt% TREO over a drilled width of 3.67m within a broader interval of 6.99m @ 11.70wt% TREO (see Table 1)
- Wilson 21-WRC-016 intersected 24.30 wt% TREO over a drilled width of 1.93m within a broader interval of 3.19m @ 15.38wt% TREO AND 17.85 wt% TREO over a drilled width of 2.69m within a broader interval of 11.6m @ 5.71wt% TREO (see Table 1)
- Richard 21-WRC-053 intersected 17.12 wt% TREO over a drilled width of 1.08 metres within a broader interval of 4.29m @ 5.19 wt% TREO (see Table 1)
- High grade, at or near surface mineralization at WRCB now correlated along strike length for 100 metres
- New discovery of the AMP zone, which is continuous from surface to a down plunge extent of 300 metres and remains open. - The true width of the mineralized zone is known to exceed 10 metres
Frederick Kozak, President of Appia said “The wait for the assay results was worth it. Appia has identified the continuity of the WRCB shallow high-grade mineralization with a strike length of approximately 100 metres and consistently strong assay values. However, the new discovery of the massive AMP zone from surface to depth has revealed it is large and continuous across all of the WRCB area and open along strike within the NNW-trending kilometre-scale structural corridor. This could be a blockbuster for future rare earths production, as Appia continues to move the Alces Lake rare earths discovery towards potential development.”

APPIA PROVIDES 2022 DRILLING UPDATE FOR WRCB AND AUGIER AND
CONFIRMS CONTINUITY OF VERY SIGNIFICANT AUGIER DISCOVERY AT ALCES LAKE RARE EARTH PROPERTY, NORTHERN SASKATCHEWAN
TORONTO, ONTARIO, June 14, 2022 - Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Corp. (the “Company” or “Appia”) (CSE:API, OTCQB:APAAF, Germany: “A0I.F”, “A0I.MU”, “A0I.BE”) is pleased to provide an update on 2022 drilling, particularly related to the new discovery zone at Augier, on the 100%-owned Alces Lake high-grade rare earth elements (“REE”) and gallium property, Athabasca Basin area, northern
Saskatchewan..
Highlights:
- Program total of 54 holes drilled so far in 2022 with a total of 10,047 metres drilled in less than
10 weeks – congratulations to the Alces Lake team!
- Expansion of WRCB area along strike to the southeast with no boundary found to date
- Total of 24 holes drilled in 2022 on the Augier discovery confirm a thick zone of anomalous
radioactivity in REE-bearing pegmatite. Delineation drilling is continuing
- Augier discovery is a potential AMP zone look-alike – waiting on assay results to assess.
Frederick Kozak, President of Appia said “The Augier discovery is a significant rare earth-bearing zone within what appears to be a continuous km-scale geological structure. It is massive – the radiometric anomaly is 300 metres in strike length and 175 metres wide. The mineralized interval is up to 70 metres in drilled width and has been intersected over 100 metres down dip. So far, the zone is open to the NNW, SSE and down-dip, it has no boundaries and it outcrops at surface. We eagerly await the assay results to determine just how big a REE discovery we have made.”

Sorry can't seem to provide a link to the rest of the PR.
Here is a good article from May 11, 2022 with global rare earths metals expert Jack Lifton.
Mr Lifton is also on the advisory board of Appia-
Jack Lifton Article
Almost all the junior exploration companies seem to be sinking, some to incredibly low market valuations-
-This is creating some great buying opportunities but you have to know what you are buying in my opinion, or you risk buying into a company that is going to do a rollback - Due diligence is very important to do-
-Appia management is experienced and mature and insiders own over 35% of the company I believe- They are extremely excited to have a property which may supply rare earth minerals for crucial needs of western countries. They are moving full speed ahead with developing the asset at Alces Lake.
The Saskatchewan government is building a processing plant which is supposed to be operational in 2024 so the thinking is of course that Appia will be able to process their feedstock from Alces Lake.
Appia has just released news that they sent a bulk sample to Canmetmining in order to work on the metallurgy so things are moving ahead very nicely in that area.
-I added some more shares at what I consider to be these low prices -
APPIA ANNOUNCES OPERATIONAL AND DRILLING UPDATE WITH NEW INTERSECTIONS OF 50+ METRES OF ANOMALOUS RADIOACTIVITY AT ALCES LAKE RARE EARTH PROPERTY, NORTHERN SASKATCHEWAN
TORONTO, ONTARIO, May 18, 2022 - Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Corp. (the “Company” or “Appia”) (CSE:API, OTCQB:APAAF, Germany: “A0I.F”, “A0I.MU”, “A0I.BE”) is pleased to provide an update on the Company’s 2022 drilling program at Alces Lake. As previously announced, the winterized camp was opened in early March and drilling has been underway since mid-March. A second drill became operational on May 4 and both drills are operating 24 hours a day.
• All 2021 assay results are now in-house and being analyzed and evaluated prior to release
• 24 holes (4,889 metres) drilled to date in 2022 and drilling continues
• Expansion of WRCB area along strike to the southeast with no boundary found to date
• Potential discovery on Augier prospect with drilling of thick section of anomalous radioactivity in first three holes (51.2 metres, 70.1 metres and 58 metres).
Drilling continues
To the middle of May, 24 holes have been drilled at Alces Lake, totalling 4,889 metres. For comparison, a total of 100 holes were drilled in 2021 at Alces Lake, totalling 8,076 metres. Appia expects that the 2022 program will be a minimum of 12,000 metres to as much as 20,000 metres, all of which will be funded with available cash on hand.

This stock is Getting pushed down I don't understand why? I may purchase at bottoms here. If Schwab will let me they have really become a terrible investment experience, my questions to why this won't maintain? But good time to reload and hold for the future here if given, currently all in on different securities I may concidering rebuilding a profile if given. experience has been very volotile with APAAF but what isnt, Anyways thanks for the insight i have been keeping an eye on them but I won't lie I've been shaken out of the tree due to price, basically a few times here.
You are welcome sir- I have been involved in junior mining companies in Canada for many years and in my opinion this is one of the best in a position to succeed fairly rapidly.
-If you can do your due diligence you will see that they have all the boxes ticked off to succeed:
-Lots of money available, experienced management, insiders own about 35% of the company I believe. Their 100% owned Alces Lake rare earth property is located in agreat mining jurisdiction because Saskatchewan is one of the top ranked in the world and an amazing property.
Management says Alces Lake has some of the highest grades of rare earths and critical rare earths in the world.
-The company did 10,000 meters of drilling last year and are in the midst of doing at least 12,000 meters in 2022.
-To top that off the Saskatchewan Government is building a $31 million processing facility in the same jurisdiction! This facility will be running in 2024 apparently.
-Appia also has global rare earths expert Jack Lifton as a consultant and Advisor to the company.
"Jack is the leading rare earths expert in the US and he also advises the US Department of Energy as well as other companies."
-Mr. Lifton has great things to say about the project and says they need to prove up tonnage, which the company is working on now with their drill programs.
Plus they have a very large but not quite yet economical uranium deposit at Elliot Lake in Ontario...Uranium has to trade over $75/pound for this to come into play, but they are focused on Alces Lake at present anyways.
Needless to say, I own shares in the company.
Thank you sir I had sold my position and not sure if I will re-enter or not. Got shook out of the tree
Moving ahead fast! - The company just announced the submitting of a bulk sample from Alces Lake to Canmet Mining:

Canada to spend $1.6 Billion (use) on battery metals
More government committment to battery type metals by the Canadian government (among other western nations) is keeping this sector very popular -
THUNDER THUNDER THUNDER CATS HOOOOOOO !!!
Holding and adding now until at least 2030 hoping they get picked up for minerals needed nation wide the area is a hot bed I'm surprised it hasn't gained more attention honestly.
Yes there are many great things to look forward to with Appia IMO.
The drill assay results for 2021 have been slow in coming out because of the assay labs are still catching up with all the covid and so on.
There are still a lot of drill holes to review.
I am expecting more outstanding grades, plus they are already starting their drill campaign for the 2022 season.
Appia is able to do this because they built a winter camp last year so they have a jump on most of the other companies out there.
The camp cost around $1 million to build I believe.
I agree Chico, Appia management is serious and very capable!
The same individual, Tom Drivas also started Romios Gold Resources Inc.- RG.V
Romios is a junior which has been gathering excellent properties in the gold and base metals categories for years.
RG.V share price has been basing for years also and starting to break out finally.
I own positions in both companies.
Hey Antman- Appia firing on all cylinders. Uranium & REE play in motion. May be a while yet but "Grade" continues to look good!
Chico
The 2022 drilling season has already started for Appia!
Press Release
They are raring to go I bet- also I am looking forward to seeing a lot more assays coming along from the 2021 drilling season-

Excellent metallurgy news from Alces Lake Rare earth property!
Press Release
----------------
"Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Corp. has provided a progress report on bench-scale monazite processing and metallurgical testing on representative sample materials from Appia's high-grade rare earth element (REE) and gallium Alces Lake property, located in Northern Saskatchewan:
Laboratory heavy liquid separation tests recovered 95% of the total rare earth oxide ("TREO") in 45% of the mass of a deslimed feed sample
Preliminary locked-cycle flotation tests yielded a concentrate containing 48% TREO at 73% recovery.
Two preliminary caustic cracking/acid leach tests on a 45% TREO flotation concentrate extracted 87% and 78% TREO. Appia will be conducting further laboratory testwork and expects improved flotation performance and in excess of 90% REE extraction from concentrates.
Preliminary data results show that the gallium concentration follows the rare earths through the beneficiation process and reports to the concentrate.
Appia President Frederick Kozak stated, "These preliminary bench scale testing results are excellent for the Alces Lake rare earths discovery. TREO recoveries and the percentage of TREO in concentrate are comparable to other producing global rare earths projects, supporting the potential for Alces Lake as a future monazite rare earths supply. We continue to work with the SRC and are confident that future testing will improve TREO recoveries and TREO concentrates."
Hi chico- yes they are waiting for assays from lot of drill holes they have done already on Alces Lake! Looking forward to starting to see some of these any day now...
Plus more fresh drilling to be done. they have raised a lot of money so that won't be an issue, go Appia!
Appia is drilling over the winter; we might get some exciting assay results by Spring 2022. Thanks for your postings Antman!
Chico
Thanks-Doug! Nice Land Grab by Appia to consolidate the area. European Union, U.S. & others looking into building "smaller/safer nuclear reactors". China & Russia are building "A Lot" of new nuclear reactors.
Good move by management IMHO.

Any mining company will tell you that success is the result of a combination of good decisions and good fortune, and Appia Energy Corp. (CSE: API |OTCQB: APAAF) (“Appia”) has recently had both.
On August 28 the Saskatchewan Research Council (“SRC“) and the Government of Saskatchewan announced their plan to develop a
first-of-its-kind” Rare Earth Processing Facility in Saskatchewan, Canada – essentially in Appia’s Alces Lake high grade rare earths project’s backyard.
This is a highly significant announcement as it has enormous potential to benefit Appia down the track, as they can potentially leverage of what is already provided by the local government.
The facility is planned to be fully operational in late 2022 and will be capable of processing both hard rock ores (monazite and bastnaesite), and converting them into saleable individual rare earth oxides.
This matches perfectly with Appia’s shorter term needs and would be North America’s first rare earths processing facility.
Speaking exclusively to InvestorIntel, Appia President and CEO, Tom Drivas, welcomed the news.
Appia congratulates the Saskatchewan Research Council and the Government of Saskatchewan for their initiative to develop a
first-of-a-kind rare earth processing plant in Saskatchewan, Canada,” he told InvestorIntel.
“Appia is very pleased and excited to learn that the Saskatoon rare earth processing plant will be up and running by the end of 2022,
especially since it is in such close proximity to Appia’s high-grade critical rare earth Alces Lake project.
Having the SRC plant in the same province as our project will substantially benefit Appia and its shareholders.
Appia’s Alces Lake project’s rare earths are hosted in monazite, which the SRC plant will be processing. Appia has a well-established working relationship with SRC.”
This comes on the heels of a recent string of exploration and other news for Appia. In July 2020 Appia reported a 1.0 meter
channel sample line grading 0.471 wt% total rare earth oxide (“TREO”) at Appia’s Loranger Property.
Appia also found over 65 metres of continuous uranium mineralization at surface grading 0.018 wt% U3O8 at their Eastside Property.
“The composite U3O8 grades from Eastside are comparable to other world-class open pit uranium mines,” said Appia Vice-President,
Exploration and Development, James Sykes, “such as the Rössing and Husab uranium mines in Namibia.
Based on historic assay results and those obtained from Line 3 of Area 51, we believe zones with higher uranium grades are possible on the Property.
The Property remains underexplored.”
On August 4 Appia announced that it had staked 8,014 additional acres at its high-grade rare earth Alces Lake Property, expanding the total property to an area of 17,577 hectares (43,434 acres).
The new staking around Hawker ensures that all of the historic surface occurrences and potential geological trends are located within the Alces Lake Property.
The two new land acquisitions now provide Appia with an additional 11 km of prospective trends to explore for additional
high-grade rare earth element and uranium zones, bringing the total to 41 km along a continuous regional geological trend.
The Alces Lake Property (100% owned by Appia)
The Alces Lake property has monazite ore that is enriched in valuable critical rare earth elements, particularly Neodymium (Nd), Praseodymium (Pr), Dysprosium (Dy), and Terbium (Tb).
These four elements account for between 23-25% of the TREO, or ~85% of the potential value at Alces Lake. Alces Lake hosts the 2nd highest average REE grade in the world.
At a 4 wt% Total Rare Earth Oxides (TREO) cutoff, Alces Lake average grade is exceptionally high at 16.65 wt% TREO.
The Alces Lake Project’s rare earths are near surface and hence suitable for an open pit mine.
Permitting should be smooth being in northern Saskatchewan Canada and the CapEx and OpEx should be reasonably low given the good grades and near surface resource.
Finally the recent development by the Government of Saskatchewan to develop a “first-of-its-kind” Rare Earth Processing Facility in Saskatchewan is extremely promising for Appia.
Appia Energy Alces Lake Project has one of the highest grade rare earths in the world with favorable monazite ore
