Introduction
Anomalytics will take your trading to the next level. It's estimated that over 90% of the people who trade stocks for short-term gains end up failing. At Anomalytics, we believe that the only reason you fail is because you can't seperate your emotions from your common sense.
Format of Posts
All posts are welcome so long as they follow the rules of the board:
1. For "KEY DD" posts start your post with "(ticker symbol) KEY DD." This will let others know that you have done your due diligence and arranged your facts in a recognizeable manner.
2. Always give credit where credit is due. If you copied or expanded on the DD of another user, please link to their post.
Key Trading Truths
It is ok to take a loss.
Key Penny Stock Knowledge Points
One should know the answer to these questions prior to entering
ANY PLAY. 1. What is the history of dilution?
2. What financing has the company received, and what are the terms of said financing?
3. Has this been pumped, or is this a paid promotion?
4. What is my stop loss, and what is my first profit taking point?
5. What is the history of senior management? Any history of fraud? On the contrary, any history of success with a product similar to that of the company?
6. What is the competitive marketplace for this product?
Questions to ask yourself when deciding whether or not to stay in a play
Am I letting the motions of posters get to me?
Do I find that the "bashers" have a very good point?
Am I trying to recoup my investment amount on a dead play?
Seeking Success
Always be 100% confident in your trade. If you're not, ask yourself, what would make me 100% confident? This means being confident with entry points and your DD.
Taking profits off the table enables you to take a more objective approach to the company as a whole. When money is invested, there will always be bias. When you know you have nothing to lose, that's when there's all truth.
Everyone is self-interested, and so should you be.
