We hit .45 last week and were green 3 days last week at the highs, we are due for a breakout back into the .60's. More news is coming soon and most will be loading up early.
If we close at .42 I'll be happy with that for the beginning of a reversal.
I agree, I load up and hold and on news it moves up several hundred percent fast.
We are going green again, let's get back up into the .60's before more huge news.
This one is usually kind to me sooner or later.
Respectfully,
Richard
Someone is sure adding the last few days , as long as the PPS keeps rising before news like the last time I love it, we are getting very close to more news.
The volume is still very low and the RSI below 50. Will probably trade sideways 'til news.
I smell a run coming, do you? Not just all the recent green and on low volume but now a little afterhours hit at .44. I know it would not take much to get us back over a dollar we have seen it happen twice recently and the first time from .22 to $1.49 in just over a day, that run was huge, a run from here should be interesting to see just how high the PPS would be running from higher highsand higher lows.
Someone started loading up the last couple days, we were green several times, today we finally took out .042 and hit .043 again, I wonder if we will do another rapid rise into the .60's before news again. Would be nice. That is exactly what happened the last time we were down here.
I think they are very busy now and will just issue pr when they are ready.
Nice to see green the last couple of days, looking forward to alot more news anytime. I wonder if they are going to PR the funding or just leave it in the filing and wait for more drug news.
If they would PR the funding news we would get a nice run started again, we all found it in a recent filing, we ran well over a dollar on the last PR but were downgraded right away probably by some short hedge fund due to worried about financing they claimed, we we have the financing and more drug news due out anytime, we should be uptrending here going into more news, most already know this stock moves up several hundred percent fast on news.
I think it's pretty good financing. Especially in today's environment.
Anesiva sells $7M in securities to VCsSan Francisco Business
Anesiva Inc. sold $7 million in securities to groups connected to venture capital firms Sofinnova Venture Partners, Alta Partners, CMEA Ventures and InterWest Partners.
Anesiva received an initial $3 million with additional amounts coming to the South San Francisco pain drug developer before April 1, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities — guaranteed by Anesiva wholly owned subsidiary AlgoRx Pharmaceuticals Inc. — accrue interest at a continuously compounding rate of 7 percent per annum or, in the case of default, 14 percent per annum.
But if there is a change of control in the company, Anesiva would pay the investors an amount equal to seven times the sum of the outstanding principal amount of the securities, plus accrued but unpaid returns.
Anesiva board member Arnold Oronosky is a general partner of InterWest Partners, director Michael Powell is managing director of Sofinnova Ventures and director Daniel Janney is managing director of Alta Partners.
According to the SEC filing, Anesiva needs cash to maintain operations, including paying creditors, to find a long-term solution to its financial needs or to sell or liquidate the company.
Anesiva can not pre-pay the amounts due. But the majority investors can demand payment after July 19.
The initial $3 million closing will bring Anesiva $995,523 from Alta Partners VIII LP, $810,000 from Sofinnova Venture Partners VII LP, $781,407 from InterWest Partners VIII LP and $292,500 from CMEA Ventures VII LP.
Also investing are Alta California Partners III LP ($81,718), InterWest Investors Q VIII LP ($22,356), CMEA Ventures VII (Parallel) LP ($7,500), InterWest Investors VIII LP ($6,237) and Alta Embarcadero Partners III LLC ($2,759).
Zingo, Anesiva’s product that delivers a burst of sterile lidocaine powder into the skin before intravenous insertions or blood draws, was approved by the Food and Drug Administration in August 2007 for use in children age three to 18. But manufacturing and packaging problems dogged its full launch until late June 2008.
Anesiva stopped marketing Zingo in November and recalled a production lot because of a shelf-life issue.
But the company earlier this month won approval of a broader application of Zingo, allowing it to be used in adults. That pushed up its stock, which had fallen as low as 5 cents per share last month, to 81 cents.
Anesiva’s stock closed Friday at 50 cents.
The company, which had cut staffing from 123 to 15, last month said its long-acting, non-opioid painkiller Adlea hit its primary goal of reducing pain up to 48 hours after knee replacement surgery in a late-stage trial. But in November, Adlea failed a Phase III trial of its use after bunion removals.

We are starting to make a move again, remember this one went from .20 to $1.49 in just over a day on the last PR, imagine the next PR and news how high we can go.
Looking forward to the next PR, we know how this stock jumps up several hundred percent fast on news. These cheap shares are a gift.
Well they hit .38 but didn't close it there. Maybe tomorrow or later this week after a small bump.
Anyday now another huge breakout, great cheapies here to load up on.
I agree, I can not wait for news, we are so primmed to run, we were just in the .61 to .70 range a couple weeks ago and boom now we are down on low volume again, that means another big run on the way. See you next week.
Look for a bounce on the gap fill.
I agree, the markets sucked and we held up just fine. Looking forward to a lot of news anytime and up up and away again.
LOL. Well, with vol falling off the way it has it wouldn't surprise me.
that wouldn't be purdy!
Good. 'Cause there's a small gap at .38;)
We're hang'n, Z
Hang in there guys. Patience pays.
We should not be waiting long, anyday now, and also we know we will have news in Feb. We have a lot to look forward to here.
I know, the company should have issued a PR on that funding that they just got, anyday now we will wake up to more news and we will be flying again. I love this stock, it moves up huge fast on news and MOMO.
We need some attention!
Still no volume, I can not wait until we get huge volume again, looking forward to the next run. We should be getting a lot of news and it could be anytime now.
I agre, I can not believe no one read the last filing and no one is talking about our funding now. I will try to post it on a major board. Either way we are set for another huge run anyday now.
No, it wouldn't.
LOL, why would that surprise you!
Maybe that turd of an analyst is ready to go long now. LOL.
I think the co. had been shopping itself around and that is why we see the penalty written into the agreement if they did sell out. Instead of selling out, they have investors and I would agree there must be something good coming down the pike.
I like the possibilities for good upside from here
I am also, let's see if anyone catched that 7 million dollars in new funding, if we had had that when we had our last PR and ran solid over a dollar less than 2 weeks ago we would have ran over $2.00 easy, it was that downgrade that had to be a huge short that got caught in our last to huge runs that scard a lot of people. Well now he better upgrade and cover because we have funding now! Looking forward to a lot more news.
CJ...look'n forward to the next few weeks!
I agree, get ready for another huge run here. We have so much more news on the way. I hope word gets out tomorrow on the 7 million dollars in funding, if they begin to run this again we will be right back over a buch and that short hedge fund that tried to stop us on the last run just when it got started will have to cover and run.he better upgrade us now or he will look like a fool IMO.
ANSV should start to move forward. I base this mainly on the premise of a company is able to secure a 7 million dollar loan in today's world with a 20 million dollar market cap?
The has to be something behind curtain number 1 that we are not seeing.
I know it is low that is why we were able to run from .20 to $1.49 back in Dec. in that 1 1/2 day pereiod at the highs, that was well over 600% gains. This funding news this weekend in the filing is huge for us as we had an analyst downgrade on the last PR this onth when we were just starting to run, we were at the HOD and boom a downgrade a half hour after the open saying he was concerned we would have enough money. Problem solved. I and many others on this board think it was a short hedge fund that got caught in a huge short postion on the first run and this last news would have probably put us over $2.00 and killed them. Nowlet's get this stock back over a dollar and really run this week.
The total OS is only about 40 million, let me look it up and post it tomorrow. The float is a lot lower.
It says Large Block Owners. The OS is about 40M. I think that figure is showing totals held and sold during that time period or rotation by large block owners.
Your link says total number of share held by institutions is a little over 52 million.
I thought the float was 40 million
