The Chinese operation certainly does seem to be real, so why doesn't the stock trade ?

Too late, I finally looked up the Division of Corporations of Delaware, the entity search for WINSCON, and found what any of you will see.

There was promotion material that showed the corporation was a Delaware corporation.

It shows up nothing.

They had me buy 600 shares @1.39 per share.

One of those promoters had me look up the components plant in China, and it certainly looked legitimate.

I have watched this stock since it started to decline begining of December. It is currently around 30 cents. Do you think it is good time to get in this stock ? I did not see any news posted almost a month, but since it is almost at its lowest price, would it be a good idea to get in ?
