The PUMP AND DUMP continues - another roughly half million dollar PROMOTIONS underway. Dr Gary is nothing more than a pinky sleezeball operator at this point.

The financials are not very impressive - the big winner was the promo groups at $1,540,xxx for pumping this turd.
Losses are quite impressive too
Total comprehensive loss for the period $(16,433,102)
This if for May 2021 before all the experts and geniuses came to feed at the trough so Q2 should be even more impressive.
Haven't heard nor read a damn thing about the thingamajiggy they want people to believe they are building.
I don't know what everyone was expecting here - silence, adding 'all stars' to the welfare roll, and empty offices = eroding equity.
Listen to that massive lady warming up - soon a dime will be expensive on this Lalani run game.
The larger lady has not sung yet!
Seems the new addition has no effect - volume has disappeared

There are several good companies in this space. AMMPF is one of them. I look for some major headway in 2022. All the right people are in place for this to succeed. They see the same price per share as we do. I don't know where the bottom is. AMMPF has held up better than some thought. I will continue to be a supporter and a buyer as long as the current management stays in place. Looking forward to a trip to Brazil in the spring to see how our deep water port is doing.
you are right ErnieBilco.. I think we all have to more patience on this company.. This is not an investment to generate a lot of money in short time, this will take minimum 5 years and as I work in this business in Europe, I can promise this is the future..
It`s moving.. Good sign for everybody..

You are very positive Wiliam777 . I also invest in Ammpower and I as well hope they this will a succes story. Of course without any news from AMMP this train will drive back to beginning..
The Green Ammonia TRAIN is holding strong. Great People do GREAT things.
They are already doing it. AMMPF process is just a stain on the dining room table cloth.
It looks like ammonia and synthetic methanol are made from a like minded process. Further study is needed here. Feeding the world is much bigger than filling up your 911. There will be many breakthroughs in the next few years. Point of use unites are a big issue here. I don't see 911 owners putting methanol in their cars. There looks to be a CO2 footprint here.
"Producing synthetic fuel is an extremely complex and highly innovative process. In the company's words, electrolysers split water into oxygen and hydrogen using wind power, hence why the plant is in Chile; it's located in one of the most reliably windy parts of the world. CO2 is then filtered from the air and combined with the hydrogen to produce synthetic methanol, which in turn is converted into fuel that can be burned in a piston engine."
Porsche is already beginning to make green synthetic methanol, identical to the real thing. Green ammonia is already dead, at least as a fuel.

This line breaks and it will be as you say...imo...
chart
my last buy was right here until it pops or hard flops..
Canadian brokers are fiercely trying to keep this from falling further and try to let it to turn up but nobody buying into their game amongst themselves. Buyers are tiring of the games and will soon pull their orders and let it drop like a rock.
AMMPF stock price may be suffering from the fact that their green ammonia business seems mostly an aspirational endeavor right now. They've hired a few people and have some MOUs, but as far as I can tell have neither IP nor have they announced they are actually building anything. This isn't true of their competition in the shipping-container-sized ammonia synthesis business.
I picked up some .0508 today...its a sellfest....now I wait and see what a real bottom is around here.
I want to see what this week looks like. I think we might all be amazed!
They are all speculative so more shares per dollar makes perfectly good sense, hope all works out in your favor.
I jumped ship...
for Fuel Positive... I like AMMPF but I felt like I was getting more for my buck with NHHHF. I won't post again. I hope AMMPF works out. I will probably buy back in.
Dave
Still waters run deep!!
IMO we will get an update soon. I still believe that good people make things happen. For a few people things happen to them and the vast majority don't know what happened. Time will tell!
Good blessed morning to all. I agree that management has a long way to go. Lack of money is a big problem. I don't know any other way but to authorize more shares to do debt financing. This of course will drop the price. I think they need to pull a rabbit out of a hat. That's what big thinkers do. We are all lucky we are not all speaking German.
Having the 'right people' doesn't matter if all they accomplish is bleed the company dry like a bunch of leeches. Thats all I see here.
I will buy as long as the company is solvent. It is not easy starting a new company. AMMP has the right people to succeed. Let's see what happens over the next few weeks.
The low train is here...so I am hoping they drop this hard now...I will be entering again soon
short term I see us going below 0.55 - l2 leaning that way...still waiting for a bottom to show itself.
AMMPF Chart
I thought my $.20 post was pretty good. More dry powder loaded for tomorrow. I'll bring out the BIG guns!!! The GREEN AMMP train is coming ready to Rock-N-Roll!!!
Dumping a NON EXISTENT fake company should be concerning rather than a "positive" THESE GUYS ARE FOS. period
Looks to me like the company is streamlining a bit...
I guess this Feb 28 earnings report added a discussion from management.
Positive events:
Michigan facility it is 180K annually. That is crazy except they are leasing it not purchasing it and Michigan area has been depressed for a while now.
That equates to 15K cash burn which is insanely low to me. Figure adding average salaries of 50 personnel at average salary cost of 80K to include high and low personnel. I have the monthly cash burn around 350K. This makes the annual cash burn around 4.2M.
With investments and other things... I estimate they have enough cash for 18 month window.
Those thinking .20 might be a little aggressive. They are sitting on $7-8 M in cash and have the rights to 2 properties. Those properties have some value for sure. Right now the total value of the company with market cap is on $60M.
I am not sure how far along they are with prototype but that is worth something. They bought back shares at .42 and did private placement recently at .72. Somebody must feel like they have something of value.
Dumping T property. They cut their losses on the property.
Dumping Hydrogen One. They didn't incur losses with issuance of stock.
I think they are delivering slowly but surely. I guess we will wait and see Ortech results and whether they can get a prototype built.
Dave
Its the All Star Team, air conditioning the stadium with their baseball bats, getting fat and happy while producing . . . nothing.
I have a couple of questions on AMMPF...
Why did we republish the Feb Finances. Am I missing something? They took an impairment of 1.5M for a property they decided not to pursue. They have also done two private placements since then for roughly $8M.
I think our cash burn is going to be very low. Did we really get a decent manufacturing facility for $200K a year in Michigan? Or is that $200K a month.
Any reasonable input is appreciated. With our cash burn, they still puts us 2 plus years out.
Dave
20 cents here we come.

my fast sto is lining up for a little lift here...oops that was spy....signals still crossed here
I love bottom calls....sometimes you get burned but they are the most fun...this looks like a potential bottom...either way when a confirmed reversal is in I will push in more....Good luck to everyone...
chart - Reversal NOT Confirmed
At 3:30 this morning I realized that short selling is like betting the don't pass in craps. When your winning everyone else is losing. Being able to read charts and knowing when a reversal is about to take place is what trading is all about. Long or short you can make money both ways. To do this you have to have enough money in your account to get in and get out quickly. All serious traders learn how to read charts and know about averages and resistance levels. Everyone have a great trading day. I look for my GREEN AMMP train to make reversal today. NEWS?
Lots of negative talk by a few who hang out here. All they do is let me buy cheaper. I will buy a few every day. Don't let them play on your emotions. They're good at it. Hard to keep track of everything. I think $.50 is the floor. The AMMP train is in it to win it. Fasten your seat belt. Could be a bumpy ride.
Maybe...if this is the bottom...if not..then I will watch...but taking a position so its in my radar...and see if its real.
The company is worth a lot less than what some here are thinking. You must be trading the chart or something.
So you are here to not buy? What is your angle? I picked up a few shares at $0.57. Best of luck to you.
Again, if it melts your butter, go for it.
LOL whatever melts your butter . . .
Still researching and came across this article....3-Stocks-To-Watch-As-The-Hydrogen-Boom-Takes-Off
Are they purchasing Ammonia from this facility you commented about?
I will take my chances. Get out while you can...seems like they are not sitting in lousiana panicking..but if you have some real data I would love to see it.

I am a mean clown - not a scientist...however on the side for fun I try to balance equations and build my bank account up...I think I will stick with this one for a while... the last I saw there is 78%N in air...more than o2 which my mean clown body craves....its so confusing really.

AmmPower: Exxon of the 21st Century? A Clean Energy Conglomerate
The company’s other project is green hydrogen.
Why green hydrogen? Because it is the only other alternative, besides green ammonia, to solving the planet’s fossil fuel crisis.
Hydrogen, which is used in power cells, has a lot of advantages over standard batteries like lithium…
• Hydrogen-based fuel cells are carbon-free.
• Batteries need to be recharged, but fuel cells continue generating power as long as they continue getting hydrogen fuel.
• Fuel cells are more scalable, and they can power giant installations and super-powerful engines like those of jet planes. More on that in a second…
• Fuel cells are reliable and silent.
Global industry leaders are working on big hydrogen projects… like Rolls-Royce…
This leader in jet engine design has already spent billions of dollars in research and development...and has over 800 patents approved in an effort to produce
next-generation jet engines.
As we said before, the green hydrogen push is happening now.
For example, Rolls Royce’s MTU Series 500 industrial engines are ready to be converted to hydrogen right now.
And Airbus, the world’s largest plane manufacturer, announced a partnership with ElringKlinger, a billion-dollar systems supplier.
The two engineering powerhouses are already working together to produce zero-emission hydrogen planes.
Airbus has been working on three planes already: a turbofan, a turboprop, and a blended-wing body
This is why AmmPower works on developing both green ammonia and green hydrogen.
We think green ammonia and hydrogen will dominate the fuel industry in the 21st century.
The power of hydrogen goes beyond aircraft, though.
We mentioned ports… and the port of Los Angeles is already working on hydrogen-powered trucks.
The port handles more than nine million cargo containers per year…
and it’s the largest container port in North America. Every year, it handles over $275 billion in goods…
and it is about to become 100% emission-free. Right now, it produces about 900,000 tons of carbon dioxide per year.
But green ammonia and green hydrogen can change that forever.
As we said, green hydrogen and green ammonia mass production can remove almost one billion tons of greenhouse gases from the atmosphere.
AmmPower aims to be a major supplier to do that. (OTC: AMMPF, CSE: AMMP)
Hydrogen and Green ammonia are both capable of fueling ships. A very recent hydrogen-fueled yacht rumored to be commissioned by Bill Gates is called the Aqua. See the video below to get an idea of the possibilities of our very near future.
Trucks powered by green hydrogen will move the goods shipped by large cargo ships and deliver them to logistic centers…
In fact, Toyota, Honda, UPS, and other multi-billion companies are already working on “zero-emission delivery” projects.
At the warehouses of massive retailers like Amazon, hydrogen-powered forklifts are already at work…
And as far as local delivery goes, these vans, powered by green hydrogen, will do the “last mile” delivery. They can drive for 500 miles on a single charge and refuel in four minutes.
But there’s another massive player in the world of clean energy… China.
China is already committed to an enormous hydrogen push…
Back in November 2020, it announced a 15-year plan for new energy vehicles.
China wants as many as one million hydrogen-powered vehicles on its roads. It will start putting hydrogen-powered trucks and buses on its roads as soon as possible. And the cities that achieve hydrogen adoption targets will get rewards from the central government.
In other words, China will do all it takes to get as many hydrogen cars, trucks, and buses on its roads as it can.
And to do it as fast as it can. Private companies are racing to meet future demand, too.
ReFire, a Shanghai-based startup, says that the demand for its hydrogen engines will increase by the factor of 20x in three years.
What about passenger cars?
Well, prepare yourself for a surprise. Very soon, lithium-powered cars will not be the only kind of EV you can buy.
There are hydrogen-powered cars developed by the industry giants like Honda and Toyota already.
Toyota’s Mirai model was the first mass-produced hydrogen fuel cell vehicle.
But giants like Honda and Hyundai have hydrogen-powered offerings, too. Take a look.
These cars have sold in the tens of thousands so far, but in the future, their sales could skyrocket 100x or more.
The reason is that states and countries are investing massively into hydrogen filling station networks.
And AmmPower aims to be the company supplying green hydrogen to those stations.
If all its plans successfully come true, it is possible to become the energy conglomerate of the future.
Its products would power many forms of transportation, from planes and ships to trucks and cars, including this one… (OTC: AMMPF, CSE: AMMP)
Hyperion XP1 is a hydrogen-powered hypercar with over 1,000 miles of range, 1,500 horsepower, 2.2 seconds to 60 mph, top speed of 221 mph… and a recharge time of four minutes.
Take a look at the demonstration video below:
Albert Wynn, a former United States Representative also predicted this 20 years ago and said:
And Charlie Dent, a former United States Representative from the Republican party, agrees.
This tells us that hydrogen has enjoyed bipartisan support for years now…
And now, with multi-trillion stimulus packages launched by the Biden administration, we can be sure that green technologies have bipartisan support.
As recently as 2021, John Kerry, Biden’s climate envoy, said:
“That’s [a] jump ball right now,” Kerry said Tuesday at the CERAWeek conference by IHS Markit. “The test is going to be how do we produce the hydrogen in a way that isn’t so damaging and carbon-intensive.”
This is exactly where AmmPower and “green” ammonia comes in…AmmPower plans to produce it in a way that is not carbon intensive and will produce it using clean power.
And this is one of the key reasons why we think that AmmPower could potentially become much bigger than most people think… a vision of a multi-product portfolio aimed at trillion-dollar markets… and experienced tech and policy professionals who we think can make sure that the company is well-financed at all stages.
AmmPower is still in its early stages… but a few established “new energy” companies are worth tens of billions of dollars today…
This is why we urge you to put this company, AmmPower, on your radar right now. (OTC: AMMPF, CSE:AMMP, FRA:601)

Hydrogen enjoys support not only from China or environmentally-minded California.
In fact, George W Bush pushed hydrogen innovation as early as 2003. In his State of the Union, he said…
Check out this video to learn how green hydrogen can save the port of Los Angeles.
Cargo-loaded trains can also be powered by hydrogen. In fact, concept trains are being built right now.
