Did they do the RS yet? They filed a Def14......fwiw
Z
Thanks, its been a pattern
the AI bots rail the price up in a huge candle, then short it back until support comes in, sometimes if news and buys are big enough it goes up more, most of the time the chop & grind it back
its brutal to see an any stock on news, get gapped up do high then turn out to be an all-day fader
the AI robots have us humans beat.... they know how we trade, with too much emotion, we have FOMO, and they use that against us
it make trading very difficult, we need to be on top of our technical game
You saw right through the BS. GREAT CALL!
You saw right through the BS. GREAT CALL!
Don't buy unless you can watch all day, another rug pull possibly coming... should bait and trap all day... 52 week high is not saying much and what contracts have they been awarded yet
Yup .11 cents down from the high... bait and rug pull
Yeah agreed.... that game is getting old now...
I got caught up in VS, BBBY, Hempacco... lol... i think I'm going back to otc
AMST: WOW!! Tell-it-like-it-IS, Boss!! Hey, better yet, too bad we both don't have a connection over at the likes of "GLOBE NEWSWIRE", et al. --- so they can shoot us the latest EPIC NEWS before they publish it!!!
hmmm should be another patented gap & trap
maybe an all-day fader like CLNN was yesterday
ROBY & BWV same type of action
pop & drop
those robots know how to work us human traders over
Ooops. Needed to hold that position much longer than thought. If course, it's the news that is so unpredictable.

$AMST CEO bought 15,000 shares at $3.73? Am I reading this filing right?
I don't see any asterisks or footnotes showing they were awarded or something. They look to be a straight purchase. Why would the CEO buy shares at a premium?
Anyone know what is going on with this company?
