What happened here? RAMR suddenly droped to $1.28 then climb to $1.85 within a couple of minutes. That is obvious MM manipulation.
I will report this to the SEC today. How this wonderful stock can
drop to $1.28 based on the recent trade range $1.46~$1.81?

Hope today I could sell my 1M shares at the average price near 1.97
then I can buy them back around 0.75. Anyway the rating may be goes
down. The shares dilution maybe temporary stopped for a while...
this guy is full of crap........1 million shares yeah right you mean 100 shares bozo
This has been extremely volatile and trades thin. You must of been accumulating slowly, at peaks?? It's been between .75 and 2.07 for close to several weeks. Trading on noise and events. The avg daily volume is roughly 411,000 shares. I have a hard time understanding how you got in such a pos to begin with?
As to your question, if the pps goes higher then your cost average and you sell there, that would be a profit, right?
If you sell below, that would constitute for a loss.
I am owning about 1M shares RAMR at the average cost $1.97. Can I
make some profits to sell all of them? I've missed this morning's
spike and I am lossing about $300,000 based on today's low $1.67.
Yes, so far so good.
Moving up big..Rescue is on our way
I noticed yesterday the reluctance of shorts to cover, in fact they were betting against the industry shorting in droves around 1.75, sadly listening to noise from ego/agenda driven shorts as Cramer and Ackman,,instead of events from regulators.
Very true. MBI and ABK are two of RAMR's larger clients so they maintaing their legs bodes very well for RAMR.
yes it is
I have noticed in the last couple days that you can just about predict RAMR's move by watching ABK, MBI and SCA. All three of them seem to move together and RAMR usually moves with them but is delayed just a bit
yep, she's moving now pre-market.
Stocks Ready for a Higher Opening; Microsoft Bids for Yahoo; New Hope for Bond Insurers
http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/080201/wall_street.html
ABK, MBI, and SCA all up in premarket by big gains
Should be a good day for RAMR as well if those three hold
nice recovery here today, I was out and missed it but still holding onto what I have. I wish I would have added more on the dip this morning. Guess you can't win'em all.
S&P has MBI on watch for 90 days,,I do believe this is too enable they time to make evident they are indeed stable.
Bond insurers must be saved!!!!
You have to figure that WS and many others cannot afford to have ABK or MBI fall off the cliff. Hence it has not been and likely won't be downgraded by Moodys and S&P...only Fitch made the move to remove the AAA rating. They are doing all they can to keep that move from occurring and succeeding so far.
Fitch is being diss'd in a huge way by the street and the folks with deep pockets. Some say..."Who is Fitch?". Where are Moody's downgrade? Hmmmmm.
Well, it's all for our benefit otherwise we have a massive crisis on our hands... and you thought this was the calamity. Nope, it ain't.
Bond insurers are very important to the process, so much so, it ain't worth finding out how disastrous things can get if they fail. Better to say.. "Hey! False alarm guys, we found a half- trillion bucks in the back room and we are all OK". We are liquid man!
It will be OK. What we are witnessing is amazing and the finer details may not be divulged for a long time.

MBI CEO on CC now states they will retain their Trip A rating, and market overreacting because of fear mongering. RAMR, PMI, ABK, MBI rallied off their lows.
No I had not found that one yet, nice, very nice indeed and thanks again.
Did you see this from MBI a/h's-

great read, Thanks!

check out when bkuna had similar regestration when the pps was 4.00.
Guys, check the s3 filing on 12/28/2007 you will see the company
will sell the stock up to $350,000,000. What happened in after-
hour session? 1760 shares sold at 1.49, 1000 shares sold at 1.5,
160 shares sold at 1.55, and 700 shares sold at 1.56...
Agree, added more. GL!
Money making opportunity here IMO, shady or not use it to your advantage. ABK, SCA, MBI and RAMR will all be in play because of this. May be tomorrow, may take a couple days but when it turns it will come back as fast if not faster than it fell. As essential as the bond market is to the economy there is no way the feds are going to let it tank
This is why we are under pressure,,how shadey is this shiet,,carried by CNBC's Charlie Gasparino twice who is backing the shorts, speculating there will be downgrades in ratings on MBI and ABK today-
http://www.cnbc.com/id/22916460/site/140...
I seen that as well, Once we get above 2.00 and hold that level firmly this thing will take off nicely IMO. People still a little shaken over it falling under 1.00 at this point but I believe that is turning as well
and have bee buying shares as recently as december in the 5-6 dollar range.
That's kinda what I was thinking
From all I can find they've only increased outstanding shares by 1 million over the last 4 years.
Where are you getting your information from?? The company only had 27,238,976 shares outstanding as of Nov 9, 2007
I don't see any way a Nasdaq company is going to dilute like you claim they may. I could always be wrong but this is the first speculation I've even heard like this.
The biggest thing I am worry about is the company is aggressively
diluting the huge amount of shares to the public. Based on $0.75 per shares they need dilute 466,666,666 shares to the current OS which is more than 18 times dilution. Even based on $1.03 per share they need dilute 339,805,825 more shares. So I believe RAMR
must rehit $0.75 in the short term. The best case (based on $2.06)
RAMR needs dilute 169,902,912 shares which is more than 7000% or 7 times dilution. Plus the company has to write off $100,000,000.
RAMR valuation Comparing the financial metrics of RAMR to AGO --
RAMR
Market Cap: 52.30M
Employees: 13
Revenue (ttm): 58.49M
Gross Margin (ttm): 63.02%
EBITDA (ttm): 26.86M
Oper Margins (ttm): 45.60%
Net Income (ttm): 18.81M
EPS (ttm): 0.688
P/E (ttm): 2.79
PEG (5 yr expected): 0.1
P/S (ttm): 0.83
AGO
Market Cap: 1.60B
Employees: 135
Revenue (ttm): 98.74M
Gross Margin (ttm): 58.26%
EBITDA (ttm): N/A
Oper Margins (ttm): -23.42%
Net Income (ttm): -766.00K
EPS (ttm): -0.011
P/E (ttm): N/A
PEG (5 yr expected): 0.75
P/S (ttm): 15.41
RAMR has a EPS of 0.69, P/E of 0.69, operating margin 46%.
AGO has EPS of -0.011, P/E is negative, operating margin is minus 23%.
But RAMR has a P/S of 0.83, AGO has P/S of 15.4!!!!
If RAMR is assigned a P/S of even 50% that of AGO, the market cap should be 52 x 7.7 or $400 million or pps of $15!!!
It was walked down the day the market DOW was down close to 600 points premarket, the bid touched .75 for and it took less then 5 minutes for a wave of short covering/buys to bring the pps back up to 1.30. They just brought in a CFO to the team with a 2 year contract and nice compensation plan, which rules out worst case scenerio, my best guess is this see's 4+ and never sees .75 again
Could anyone explain why RAMR was traded at 0.75 last week? Why
it rocketed to 2.02 from 0.75 today? Will it rehit 0.75 again?
Exactly my thoughts!!
RAMR : Good news This new hire shows they are confident about their future and they are here to stay !!

the bailing of bond insurers will take more time, which to me signified there would be a drop as MBI, ABK, PMI , etc are doing. So,,if you are asking me if I reacted quickly to events, heck yeah! Is this still undervalued, heck yeah!
Staying sharp and nimble is the the way to maximize growth ;)
