Golpher, if you have not sold and moved your money into another stock I would suggest that you still believe in AIPN more than any other stock you know of. Tell me when you sell out of AIPN then I will believe that you believe your own negative comments. Until then your actions speak louder than your words. If you are still holding AIPN shares you still believe AIPN is a better deal than any other stock you know, or else you would sell and move your money to the better stock.
Once again I will say, show me dont keep telling me what you are going to do. As of now there is no one in this company that has earned the trust or respect from any shreholder. As far as I am concerned they are all full of sh--t untill they prove otherwise. Not to disparage any one who posts here but I cant believe anyone who goes along with the management and says lets wait and see. I cant believe that anyone would believe a single word from any of them.
Golfer, I am with you on that. The next two or three contracts AIPN signs, likely refinery, 1551, and 953 in that order, will change this company considerably and provide shareholders with what we have been waiting for for a long time.
Lots or words and no results. As the movey said" show me the money" or in this case "show me the contracts."
More OPTIMISM to ponder:

Like I have said before and I will say again. I will be the first to say that I was wrong if anything ever comes to pass. Right now I am only going on past performances of this company and its representatives. To date they have never shown anything that would lead me to believe that they are one step closer to achieving some kind of contract or any contract for that matter.I dont know of anyone who boughtinto this company because they were going to produce asphalt. We bought in because there was the expectation of huge oil and gas deposits in the region. If you check back to reports filed by AIPN they certainly led everyone to believe that this was the case. Dont you find it unusual that nearly every other company in the region reports huge finds and AIPN cant find anything. On top of that how long have we been told that AIPN is in negotiation with, or is about to conclude negotiations with or has concluded negotioations with GASPROM or some other agency for the delivery of gas. Then we are told that the contract is about to be signed, or there are just a few more words to be added to the contract, or we are holding out for a better price before we sign any contract. I know that I am not the first one to post my dissatisfaction on this or other AIPN boards. I really think that the majority of investors want nothing more that a little truth from Dodge and the other officials of this company. To date I dont think they have been honest with the shareholders and I have not seen them do one thing that would benifit the shareholders. All I have seen them do is line their own pockets with bonuses and stock options. Again I will be the first to saay that I was wrong if something ever comes to pass. I cant be as optomistic as you seem to be because there does not seem to be anything to be optomistic about.
Golfer, I think you are in for a big surprise.
I hope that you will forgive me for being blunt and to the point. All of you are full of crap and I put Dodge at the head of that list of people who are full of crap. I hope that no one deletes this message. For a year now, no maybe longer, we have heard that soon we who have been loyal to AIPN will be rewarded for our patience. That a deal was just around the corner and would be signed any second. If i had a dollar for each time Dodge said that I could recoup my losses in this stock. I dont know who is manipulating this stock butI would love to see the SEC look into this stock. It certainly is not an ENRON where thousands of people, no maybe tens of thousands of people were hurt but there is no doubt that this stock is being manipulated. It does not take a year to negotiate and sign a deal. With the world prices of oil going up and the need for gas no one can tell me that a contract cant be signed, sealed and delivered. I hate to say it because I am about to loose a great deal of money in this sham comapny but there is no deal, never has been one and never will be one. For those who say they are confident that things will work out let them put it down in writing as to why they have this confidence and I will be the first one to say I was wrong and am sorry. Till then I say that they are all liars and again I put Dodge at the head of the list.
Golfer and Chuk, I am more confident now than I have been in some time.
Some of the reasons for this confidence have already been stated on Raging Bull, though there are others.

To BEGESH. I POSTED A MESSAGE # 11 AND YOU RESPONDED THAT WE WILL JUST HAVE TO SIT A WAIT AND SEE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN. YOU SEEMED CONFIDENT THAT A CONTRACT WAS GOING TO BE SIGNED AND THAT THERE WAS GOING TO BE NEWS ON 1551. SO FAR THE STOCK IS DECLINING AND THERE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE ANY LIGHT AT THE END OF ANY TUNNEL. I AM NOT ONE OF THE BASHERS OF THIS COMPANY, GOD KNOWS THAT I MADE A MISTAKE 3 1/2 YEARS AGO WHEN I BOUGHT. DO YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR OPINION OR ARE YOU STILL SO COINFIDNET. IF YOU ARE STILL CONFIDENT WOULD YOU MIND SHARING SOME OF YOUR INSITE AS TO WHY.
Begesh,
Well, I am still watching and waiting for those "big announcements". The price on this thing is really low....is this an all time low? Is it going lower? Like maybe to "0"? Does this Co. have any money?

Insider Transactions as of 2/14/02
I see that the following individuals made option trades on 2/14/02:
Name Shares Purchased Dollar Value
William Tracy 242,043 @ 0.085 $20,573.00
Denis Fitzpatrick 435,677 @ 0.085 $37,032.00
Knight 377,587 @ 0.085 $32,094.00
Even though these were options to these employees, why would they be putting this kind of money into the Company if they didn't feel good about the future. Has anyone spoke to Mike Dodge today? I called but he was on the line.
I spoke to Mike Dodge this morning and he shared with me that he felt the refinery contract would be signed sometime around April 15-30. He stated that way too much time has been spent working on this contract for it to just go away. He said be patience and you will be rewarded. I asked about the shares that William Tracy bought and Mike said that Tracy did in fact buy the shares last week. I stated and Mike agreed that this seems like a real good sign from someone in the know to just put out 20,000.00 dollars. This is all old info. Mike's was speaking with confidence that this is going to happen and I believe him. Same old story about Gazprom but Mike also seemed very positive about getting Knight over there and getting a deal with someone if not Gazprom. This is the first post that I have every posted, and I have been speaking to Mike weekly or bi-weekly since he started working for AIPC. IMHO hang-in there and you will be rewarded.
There is nothing that would make me happier than to be proven wrong. I hope that you are correct and that the deal is signed and we all reap some rewards. All I am saying is that the leadership of the company has lied time and time again. They make statements that never seem to come true. I dont know how long you have been in this stock but I remember when there was under 50 million shares out there. They keep issuing stock like it was candy at an Easter day parade and make it more and more difficult for anything to ever get accomplished. If they ever do sign a contract, and I have my doubts but will bow to your optomism, it better be a MEGA deal or else it will mean nothing. Till then I hope you are correct and you prove me wrong.
Chikuduk, what are you expecting from AIPN over the next three months?
Golfer, let's mark your comments and see if they still apply in three months from now. I will be surprised if they do. I'm expecting a sizable refinery contract, better financing arrangements and possibly a signed contract on 1551 over the next three months. I guess we will just have to wait and see, with the hope that we will all be pleasantly surprised by AIPN for a change.
I must admit that I keep this stock because it is not worth the trade to get rid of it. I think we have all heard over and over again that it will take just a littel more time and as Dodge has often said "we will all be handsomely rewarded." Gas prices are rising, Iraq threatens to cut off all oil shipments to the United States, its reported over and over again that Kaz. will be the future provider of oil and gas and GF cant sign his name to a piece of paper called a contract? Yet the executives of this company reward themselves with huge stock options. Is anyone out there willing to accept these lies much longer? Enron did a better job of lying to their employees convincing them that theirs was a going concern and that the employees should be buying the stock for their retirement. All the while those executives were selling their stock as fast as they could call their brokers. Someone on this board had a great suggestion. Let GF and all the top executives give up their salaries and if they have such great confidence in this company let them take their salaries in stock options with the provision that they are limited as to the amount that they can sell. Lets see how much confidence they have in this company called AIPN.
chuk: If you are able to watch just a little longer I think you will see a number of big announcements that will change AIPN into a going concern.
Dear Golfer,
Thanks for that excellent post. Reflects the thinking I've been doing. Unlikely I will buy at this time, but will continue to monitor this thing for awhile and see what develops. Boy, wish I could sit in on a board meeting and see what these guys are like....were any of them founders of Enron? Do they have mob ties? Or are they real business minds with a plan. Everybody wants to get rich quick when they buy penny stocks. I prefer to see if there is any actual potential....it seems like there is but then I get some pretty odd stuff with this company. Lots of luck to all the longs out there. Maybe I will be one soon.

To post # 6. I dont know why I was cut off in my message but let me continue. As I said I have held this stock now for better than five years and seen it go from .43 cents to over $7.00. Some of us made a great mistake by not getting out when we could, but that is water under the bridge. With all that is going on in the world today and with the pressure of the Middle East raising the price of oil one would expect that this company would be a gold mine. From all the reports there is more oil and gas in KAZ. than the entire Middle East. With the new found relationship between the United States and Russia one would also expect that there is some kind of deal or working relationship that has been worked out. All this said no one has been able to fugure out why this stock languishes in the pennies. People keep posting that they have spoken to Dodge and the "contract" is right around the corner. No one has seen it yet though. If the time ever comes that a contract is signed then there is good reason to believe that this stock will or could do something. What all the longs have been waiting for is some movement, some news release, something . no anything, to show that this is for real. Short of that we all sit here waiting because it is not worth selling. How long we wait is a mystery that we all have been asking ourselves. All I can tell you is that at this price, 9 cents, what does anyone have to loose. Best of luck and if you buy you can become a "waiter and wonderer" loke the rest of us.
I have had this stock now for over five years and often ask myself that same question, is this a real comany or not? I
I don't get it. How can AIPN officers be showered with stock options when the stock is near worthless? I have been watching this company for about 9 months now, trying to decide on investing, seeing some pretty good potential, then I get wind of this sort of crap. Is this a real company or not? Somebody please let me know! Does this company have any real business plan? Is anyone in this company responsible? If you are out there GF let me know.

I noticed quite a few hits were logged today and yesterday that were attempting to go to the message to which I'm replying but there was a problem with the URL. I'm guessing someone probably typed it in somewhere manually, but left out the question mark between "asp" and "message_id".
The correct URL would be http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=324409
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.aspmessage_id=324409 (note the missing question mark) will give an error screen.
Mike Dodge told me last week AIPN hopes to be refining under the terms of the new
contract, with a "recognizable, world class, diversified, energy company,
this month."
He also said that the total refinery contract is a "multiple year contract" which
encompasses what he called "a handful of contracts" and that the deal is a
substantially larger deal than the one with Sargeant." I think he meant
"substantially larger" than the 150 million/year that was projected in the
Sargeant deal, but I can't be sure because I did not ask him specifically.
This contract is "very far along," and "close to consummation," as well as
"significant for business." It is an "extensive" contract and he and others
at AIPN "thought that it would have been done weeks ago." He expects the
contract to be signed "ASAP," and he is "certainly positive" about the
outcome of the upcoming refinery deal. He did also mention that the deal is
not done until both parties sign off.
AIPN has been "looking at conventional financing" to deal with the dilution
problems/debenture holders and I got the impression that some or even much
of the work on this may be done and just waiting on the signed refinery
contract to take to the bank.
There has been more "constructive communication with Gazprom"
concerning the 1551 gas deal and Knight will go to Kaz. "as quickly as
possible" once the refinery deal is completed. I got the impression that
1551 may be further along than many expect.
Mike also said that there are "various entities working on 953."
He is also "very optimistic about the forthcoming year."
It sounds to me like the next couple of weeks could be interesting for AIPN, if what Mike is
saying is true, and the next couple of months even more so.
Time will tell... and hopefully we will not be disappointed as in the past.
All the above is to the best of my recollection.
Thanks Chikuduk!!
You can never have to many places to hype this stock for me. Your efforts are greatly rewarding me. All I need now is for Careful Investor, my son in law, to stop by an agree with what you say!! Thanks again!!
Your Uncle,
GF
