The two who stick out in my viewing of the SB2 they recently filed are William Carmichael and Jonathan Gilchrist. They were in this deal before HAVOC was brought into it.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1136725/000113672507000054/aendsb28132007.htm#SECURITY%20OWNERSHIP%20OF%20CERTAIN%20BENEFICIAL%20OWNERS%20AND%20MANAGEMENT
Carmichael is also with Gulf Ethanol, another company with a Gutowsky "independent" report being used to promote the stock. Gulf Ethanol was founded by Darrel and Jack Uselton guys currently being prosecuted for stock fraud on a criminal basis. Gilchrist was the President/Director before the merger and he and Carmichael have been with AEND since the early days.
Anyone care to speculate if there is a connection between Chet Gutowsky, the CFA who they claim wrote that so called "analysts report" and either of these gents, seeing as they are both significant shareholders in both AEND and GFET?
PS.. all this information is already in the hands of the SEC. I am simply posting it here as an afterthought because inquiring minds want to know and everyone deserves to know.
ceo AND PROMOTER!!!!!! If it gets down to .09 we!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So who is deep into this stock?
That is singularly the most ridiculous thing I have ever read.. valuing a stock based on trading prices alone. Let's assume that, despite how bogus this whole CFA designation is to begin with IMO, even this guy knows that is wrong. What in the world would prompt him to write such a thing? Especially since the company claims he wasn't paid to do it? *cough* bullsh** *cough*
Nonetheless, there are people who will read it and believe it and buy based upon it. That in itself is troubling on many levels.
All my opinion. Do your own DD
<<<<<Mr. Gutowsky analyzed HAVOC with a peer group of companies including: Hanson Natural, Inc. [NASDAQ: HANS], the maker of Monster energy drink; Jones Soda, [NASDAQ: JSDA]; Reed’s, Inc. [NASDAQ: REED] and other specialty beverage manufacturers. The average share price for the pear group was $15.74. He estimated a target price of $3.40 for AEND by year end.>>>>>>>
Basing your price target from others price???
10 cents and it starts to smell good!
Did you read the analyst's so called "research report"? I did and I found it rather suspicious to say the least. Check it out and let me know what you think.
I wouldn't be surprised to see it removed from existence shortly. Just my opinion of course.
Do tell as I follow 45 stocks and would love an update as I would help if I knew something!!!!!
4 million float 50 million restricted... What else?
Seeing as HAVOC is just another energy drink, it's important to look at more than the product. We need to look at the people and decide who are the hardworking innocents... if any... .. who are the puppets and who are the puppeteers... again.. if any.
Do your dd.. see who is deep into this stock.. who they are and what their affiliations and other deals are. There's a bigger picture out there.. together we can bring it into focus with facts..
Should be fun.
LQQks like we have some shorts on our hands .... stock only seems to get walked down on low volume days ..... and the ask bids are rarely ever right on this stock ....
The dump continues! Where is the bottom?
When we break under .20 I will look to buy, way over-valued at this point!
You can rest assured I will. I just have a "Gut" feeling about this one.
No not sure keep sniffing and post your findings.
I don't own any yet but if we don't find any stink and it drops below .10 I will buy in!
Are you sure???????? I've got a pretty good nose for these things. How closely have you looked at this deal?
No smell just over priced compared to revenues. Stock ran up on pr everyday for a month.
coming back to a real valuation.
At .10 we are a 5 million dollar company with small revenues but a bright future.
Hmmm... that's odd.. it smells here too. Something is definitely wrong. Let's dig a little deeper and find out what is causing this thing to stink... my nose doesn't lie...
Still having faith with AEND!

.10-.15 and I will load the boat!!
Not that low as they do have made in roads in a growing market. I would load up at .10!
So Cop, what do you think a reasonable price for this baby would be! I am thinking some where in the neighborhood of $0.01
It should bounce a little but will it stay.
I am buying if it goes below .20!

50,000,000 shares with a 10 cent price tag it becomes a 5 million dollar company that said revenues were 150,000 last quarter I think! Do the math the price is why too high!
I like the company not the price!
man...this thing needs to settle...I think if we get a bottom, we'll turn easy...
I think this will retract easily into the .20 range!!
Bingo! I will wait and buy some cheapies once they become cheap!
Yay Psychic! So happy you have that Jade Crystal Ball! I'm holding on for the ride.
Meg
AEND should breakout any day...the buying is there...
This could be a "flagpole" stock!, straight up and straight back down!!!
Lets let this cool down a bit and get to realistic numbers before we buy. This company is way over priced right now.
50 million shares outstanding puts a market cap of over 40 million dollars!
nice...maybe we can borrow some of his steroids for this gazelle!!!!!!! weeeeee

HAVOC Signs Celebrity Strongman Competitor Jon Andersen
Tuesday September 25, 10:30 am ET
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HAVOC Energy Drink, announced today the endorsement of Jon Andersen, a world renowned strongman competitor. HAVOC is owned and distributed by American Enterprise Development Corporation (OTC:AEND - News).
Jon Andersen is perhaps one of the most powerful and feared competitors in strongman today. The 6'-0", 300-pounder from Novato, California is relatively new to the pro strongman scene, having earned his pro card in 2003. Andersen has continued to impress at his last competition in 2006 at the US Nationals in Columbia, SC; Jon placed 2nd overall and put on a great show. Jon has had many celebrity appearances ranging from "Life Beyond Limits" with CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta to a 2006 Super Bowl Ad for ESPN mobile. More information is available at: www.jon-andersen.com.
"HAVOC is very excited about this dynamic partnership with Jon Andersen," stated CK Williams, CEO of HAVOC Energy Drink. "This is going to help diversify our current marketing strategy and help us reach a much larger part of the current demographic. Jon Andersen DISRUPTS THE ORDINARY, just like HAVOC and that is why this is such a perfect fit for our company," he concluded.
HAVOC recently asked Jon Andersen how he became such a successful extreme athlete. He said, "I tell people if you take five years of your life and truly commit yourself to any one thing, at the end of the time, you're going to have some major results."
"This is exactly the type of commitment and work ethic that HAVOC has come to expect from itself and its partners. Jon Andersen disrupts the logical limits and concepts of human strength. He is one of only a few elite professional strongmen in the world that have a body tipping the scale at more than 300 pounds. Jon is a great competitor and will add strength and vitality to our HAVOC Energy Drink brand," stated Brim Basom Director of Business Development for HAVOC Energy Drink.
HAVOC is owned by American Enterprise Development Corp. (OTC:AEND - News). More information is available at our Web site: http://www.havocenergy.com.

idk, I think we break a buck today
Copley,I retract that post about the float---4,800,000 is nothing! No wonder there is big movement on 100,000-200,000 shares traded daily!
I'm waiting for .40pps or lower for entry!
I'd say today...is a perfect dip for entry
We should see people selling this spike and we then buy up much cheaper shares! $5 a share would make this a 250,000,000 market cap. Someday buy not for a while!
I think they're supporting this level, and will reach much higher levels from here....OTC Stock Exchange is giving this a $5 target
Thanks Copley, I agree, pretty big float we'll wait for a pull-back!
looking at how it trades...next to nothing is my guess
4,800,000 Float
53,000,000 outstanding
250,000,000 authorized
Called Brim Basom today and this company should fly in the next few years! Not sure about the price right now 700% increase in a month is steep!
Would have loved to been buying at a dime!
I think I will wait a little while and catch it on a dip!
Does anyone know what the float is for AEND?
This one looks ready to go...great news thus far
