Anyone know whats going on with ACEN? My trading account says its up to .14 per share now. However it looks like there doing a symbol change or something.

Hey 50, I wonder whats going on at ACEN. I hope we see some PR soon.
Thanks for the update on the watch.
GLTA,
Leftee
Lefftee...hello, yes ! I have looked at an old eternamatic site. They began long ago...weights for pocket watches. Last movement has "rotor" for "cog", I believe. Wonder if this would fit in to work with battery ? 50 Lady
50 AC could really use some PR about know???
Hi LEFTEE...shall ask my husband to look / see tonight for comparison. This sounds better news to me. Bought at $1.35 & decimated. See you later & Thank You. INV50 Lady...distressed. GL to us & ACEN.
50, It appears they are developing this tech. for other portable devices as well.
AC Energy, Inc. (OTC: ACEN) is a publicly-traded company that has developed a remarkable mechanical battery charging system that enables mobile electronic devices to charge themselves as well as operate under power simultaneously. In other words, a cell phone or other similar portable electronic device (MP3 player, portable gaming system, PDA, pager, etc.) equipped with AC Energy technology could charge itself.
Good morning 50,
Reviewing the photo of the cell phone on there website it appears to be similar. Notice the large round circle on the back of the phone, I am guessing that is the perpetual battery.
On the watch I have it is a little larger on the underside to accomidate the battery. Is your husbands the same way? They also appear to be moving forward with this technology pretty quickly. I hope we see some PR on it soon.
Make it a great day!
Leftee
lEFTEE...Would Acen Be using a similar design as ETERNAMATIC or something different ? This is a great idea. My husband's is 35 years or more... he uses evenings only.... INV50
I have one as well, its about 5 years old and keeps perfect time.
This is not new. My husband still has his Eternmatic. 14 K...still beautiful and running.
Hi...that is what I read some weeks ago. Nothing at all since then . inv50
Sieko has perpetual movement watches. You should be able to contact any jeweler and ask if they sell watches with perpetual movement.
You can go to www.seikousa.com and follow the link for technology and you will see a selection for perpetual movement.
It looks like they have developed this same technology for cell phones. Or there currently doing the R&D for it.
Please point me to a company that has a watch containing a battery that recharges itself. Thanks
They have perpetual motion recharging in watches, it appears they are developing the same type of recharging system for cell phones as well as other portable devices. At least that's what part of my DD is telling me. Sounds BIG if they can make it work?
From what I have read, this company claims to have invented perpetual motion. A battery that recharges itself. That, I would have to see to believe.
I think this one may go up in the next few weeks
ANYONE HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMEEEE!!!!
wHAT HORROR HAS HAPPENED HERE ?
WOW ! What a set up. The NSS stuff..the big drop...looks like we are ready for big news next week. Of course just my opinion...
ACEN Any info on what is up with this stock,Dropped way down
Any info thanks..
AC Energy, Potential Victim of Naked Short
5/16/2007
GARDNERVILLE, NV, May 16, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
AC Energy (PINKSHEETS: ACEN) addresses the recent volatility in the markets to assure their shareholders that there is no reason for a sudden decrease in price. The company has been notified that they recently been added to Regulation SHO threshold List (http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/aspx/regsho.aspx) which means that there are aggregate fails to deliver at a registered clearing agency of 10,000 shares or more per security which leads the company to believe that they are the potential victims of a Naked Short.
As defined in Rule 203(c)(6) of Regulation SHO, a "threshold security" is any equity security of any issuer that is registered under Section 12 of the Exchange Act, or that is required to file reports under Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act (commonly referred to as reporting securities), where, for five consecutive settlement days:
-- There are aggregate fails to deliver at a registered clearing agency
of 10,000 shares or more per security; and the reported last sale during
normal market hours would value the aggregate fail to deliver position at
$50,000 or more (Rule 32101 Subject to the requirements of NASD Rule 3210)
-- The level of fails is equal to at least one-half of one percent of the
issuer's total shares outstanding; and
-- The security is included on a list published by a self-regulatory
organization (SRO).
A security ceases to be a threshold security if it does not exceed the specified level of fails for five consecutive settlement days. When this occurs, the security becomes subject to mandatory close-out requirements outlined in NASD Rule 3210.
President and Director Mike Dillon states, "The company is in a great position; we have had many inquires in regards to our technology. The company is moving forward to secure more contracts and licensing agreements. The company has engaged Evans & Evans to ensure the company will continue in a profitable position." I invite everyone to view our website www.acenergyinc.com and learn more about the technology and AC Energy.
