If you spend of time talking to Terry's I have, you probably know what a great move this is. He set up the Tangiers deal to get $5 million. He also signed the deals that you were about to hear about. Simply put this is a great move and something I'm sure they've been working towards for many months. Now that Terry knows the business, he has the tools he needs to run the top office

After being red for a good chunk of the day, several closed green and not just AMMJ.

Bit of a pullback on most of the sector. Still hugging the upper bollinger band which is a positive. I would've been more concerned if there was a 15+% pullback on most of the sector today after the bullish end to the year. Only one that I've been watching had a horrible day. May not have a better idea of the actual direction of the sector until several trading days from now. I'm watching for stocks closing below key support levels, or bouncing off of them.

No breakout because no volume, I'll believe when there is another push in volume. That said, it's also not all bad news either. It seems that most are holding so just gotta wait for volume to build again. Like I said, trade safe-- for me that means confirmation. Until then, I don't touch this with new money. Not saying it's likely but there is still possibility that the flag falls apart and $1.12 just proves to be a higher low from the $2 we hit on the Oct./Nov. run-up...

Don't hold your breath quite yet, this still needs to break above the 50dma again. It would be amazing if it reversed and did that today after just breaking it... but I doubt it will.

I stopped out with profit when it busted the 50ma this morning by the way... was hoping for a tight flag but didn't hold that support. I'll get back in if and when it breaks the 50ma again. If you're trading it, trade smart. Take profits when they come and leave some in to build "free" share position that way.

Potentially but we'll see with the levels as it gets to them... all depends on volume and price action really. I see $2 first and then $4.50ish if that breaks on volume... a third run after that would be icing but it isn't out of the question either.

Whatever happens, the bottom of this trough (wherever the selling dries up) can't be definitively broken after it's set or else all bets are off. All MJ is looking very prime right now but not out of the woods quite yet either.
