The company is solid and the shares are quite oversold, but the "bottom" is still illusive. Using a five year chart there is good support in the .08 - .085 range from 2015 - 2016. If it gets to that level I will be loading up heavily, otherwise I am looking for signs of a trend reversal which I believe will be coming early in 2020.

Q3 filing is pretty solid.

Share structure is excellent with only 2% dilution YoYQ, almost all of it was from warrants issued to employees. Share Float remains at roughly 30m, extremely low. Balance sheet is strong with 5x cash and receivables vs total debt. Income statement looks good with 131% Revenue growth from the YoYQ; sequential revenues were flat. Gross margins are strong at 59.7% and they had a bottom line profit for the second quarter in a row (almost unheard of in the sector).

The Chart remains in a two year downtrend but is bumping into a strong support range from 2016 at roughly .18-22.

I will continue to add small blocks of shares in this range from time to time and will be building cash to keep available for when the chart shows signs of a reversal; will add large blocks at that time.

Looks like Mr. Hollister has finished his selling for now; had steady sells for a few weeks, now nearly a month since his last. Without pressure from his sales and hopefully another solid quarterly report we may get some upward momentum soon.

It appears that Mr. Hollister is making regular metered sells to raise capital, we all have bills to pay, especially as the year ends. The percentage of his holdings being sold is nominal and of little concern to me unless this changes. Investors can benefit from his sells as they are keeping the share price artificially low for the time being.

The recently announced Common Stock Purchase Agreement with White Lion Capital, LLC. is an interesting development. The company already has an excellent balance sheet and is profitable. The additional cash will give them one of the best financial positions in the industry while still maintaining a very low share structure. I'm also curious what they will use the extra capital for.

Right now the only drawback I have found with AMMJ is that Mr. Hollister has sold roughly 650k of his shares since May. This is only around 6% of his total holdings but it is weighing on the share price since the volume is typically so low. It is worth keeping an eye out for additional form 4's coming in the future.

AMMJ has roughly 53M shares outstanding with nearly 24m held by insiders (page 38 of 10K filing), leaving 29-30m shares in the Float which is very low. There are also no convertible notes etc. which would lead to dilution; meaning the "Supply" side of the equation is excellent.

The company has a strong balance sheet with 4x cash & receivables vs Total liabilities. They had 310% Revenue growth YoYQ and 68% Gross Margins, both of which beat most of the industry, and they were profitable in Q2. This is an excellent setup for the "Demand" side of the equation once the "Herd" figures it out.

I have been slowly accumulating shares for a few weeks now even though the Long-Term chart is still in a downtrend. Normally I would wait for the trend to reverse but due to the low trading volume and number of shares I am targeting, I decided to start accumulating prior to the reversal. This way I won't have to chase it later as I think it will move quickly.

In my opinion this is an excellent accumulate and hold stock, as long as you have a medium/long timeline.

Knife, looking around the U.S. sector. This one has a 52 M OS which comparatively to the sector, not bad. 52 week low at .21 so thinking it may be a good entry somewhere here. Bids are stacking up nicely but with the large Bid/Ask spread they aren't willing to slap the Ask much (yet). AMMJ is thinly traded making it a bit difficult to build a large position without pushing the price around too much, just one of the reasons I am holding on to what I accumulate.

Quick chart breakdown.

The long term weekly chart still has a 50/200wma death cross in place since May. The 200wma resistance at .53 will be a big one to break through while the 50wma is currently providing resistance at .39.

Moving to a one year weekly chart the RSI is neutral at 49. We have broken through the 20wma which will now provide support at .30 while the 50wma as stated earlier is providing resistance at .53. The MACD has had a Bullish Signal line crossover with the separation increasing.

On the Daily chart the RSI is on the high side at 75 but this is not unexpected with the large Bid/Ask spread this stock has. The 200dma is providing resistance at .37 which coincides nicely w/the 50wma resistance; this will be an important range to clear. The 50dma is providing support at .27 and the MACD has been steadily climbing since June.

Zooming in again we see the RSI at 76, same comments as above apply. There was a recent 20/50dma Golden Cross and the MACD line continues to pull away from the Signal line while also recently crossing the Center-line.

The only thing currently attractive here is the share structure. I think this company probably has AT LEAST one massive partnership in the works sometime down the road but at the moment it's all a question of how long it can weather the storm without diluting or taking on swaths of debt.
