Why are you lying to these people? AMMJ didn't post their earnings again, for the 4th time in less than a month. This stock will sink like a lead weight when they post, and you know it! The stock's value is all in the heads of the CEO and other officers in this company. They can fold the tent tomorrow, and reopen a new business like this one. I think someone either stole a lot of their $$ or plundered their physical resources! This is based on them firing their CFO, and their new accountant, a CPA, not being able to paint a pretty picture for their future. Face it, this stock is well done & over!

There is a bridge in Brooklyn, am selling really, really cheap. A guy just like yourself could buy it for a few hundred bucks, just send me whatever you are gonna throw away on AMMJ, and at least you'll have something to look at when all is said and done. By the way, I misspoke, CFO didn't resign, he was FIRED! Common sense tells you, the news CANNOT be good, or they would be touting it, as they have at 50,000 shares MANY, MANY times over the years. Look at their filings, in ALL of them, they are getting out! Do what you need to, but who can trust their management, most of their value is intellectual, so they can fold this company up, take the money and run, then open a new consulting business under a different name. Don't let them steal your money! Get out now while the getting is good!

There is virtually no accounting method a CPA would not know, so I would guess on the criminality side versus plain old incompetence. btw, I was able to quickly correct the chat on other BBs, but not here for some reason. He was certainly let go, and I misspoke, and never intended to mislead anyone, this place just wouldn't take the correction, as well as the posting of the entirety of section a) of the 8k, which I posted on all the other sites

This is the first disclosure on the multiple equity positions we own in verticals.

I know a lot of accounting rules but this is very complicated stuff.

Mjn$ has the same issue but they are pink sheets so they have limited disclosure responsibilities.

The first entry is the really hard one
All the methodologies need to
Reflect in the income statement as well as their roles as new assets on the balance sheet.

This adds a huge incremental responsibility that the former financial officer choked on.

Well the company does have a history of late filings. They had already filed a notice of late filing in early April. Perhaps they canned him because late filings reflected poorly on the company. Hopefully this new guy will get the job done.

Who knows why he resigned. People move on for variety of reasons. The company has been doing well so I'm still holding long and strong. Seems like the guy replacing him is young and well educated. Time will tell.

On April 24, 2018, the Registrant terminated the engagement of its Chief Financial Officer, J. Michael Tuohey. On April 24, 2018, the Registrant appointed R. Leslie Hymers, III, age 34, as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hymers does not have a family relationship with any director, executive officer, or person nominated or chosen by the Registrant to become a director or executive officer.

Since the beginning of the Registrant's last fiscal year to the effective date of Mr. Hymers’ appointment, Mr. Hymers has not been a participant, nor has he had any direct or indirect material interest in any transaction in which the Company was or is to be a participant, and the amount involved exceeded $120,000.

Mr. Hymers agreed to render services as Chief Financial Officer to the Registrant. Mr. Hymers’ duties include but are not limited to: providing such services and fiduciary duties as are provided by a Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded fully reporting company in compliance with the 1934 Securities and Exchange Act, the 2002 Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and the Rules and Regulations promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Registrant agreed to compensate Mr. Hymers with a monthly fee of $6,000.00 and an annual cashless warrant to purchase common stock of $125,000. The Registrant also agreed to issue a one-time signing bonus of 50,000 shares of its restricted common stock, deemed earned as of April 24, 2018.

There are only modest detail oriented experienced and successful folks in charge here.
I believe they are of the highest integrity.

I think the numbers will be solid and the YOY
Comps will be epic

The first 3 quarters were solid.

Rev should be up 100% for the year
No actually 125%. Only need 500k for q4
To get to 100% growth and we have a million in rev each of last two q’s
And we swing from a 600k loss
To possibly a million in profits
Which is more than a million in pos cash flow.
