It looks as though Sessions wants to regulate-not-crack-down. He cited regulations for inter state sales, driving under influence rules, under age district & consumption and a few other rules to 4 of the 9 states currently selling recreational. So not all.

Colorado’s Hickenlooper did meet recently with Sessions and told reporters he didn’t think a crackdown was in the works, partly because Sessions has too many other government balls to juggle.

The letters suggest a willingness to work with the states, he said in a statement to The Times, “but there is still a need for congressional action to provide clarity for officials at the local, state and federal levels.”

Sessions asked Inslee (Washington Governor) to outline steps his state is taking “to combat diversion of marijuana, to protect public health and safety, and to prevent marijuana use by minors.”

“The letters did appear to be a bit off base, and in several instances referred to the way things were but are no longer. But more importantly, the letters did not tell the states they lack the authority to sell marijuana,” he said.

This looks like it is heating up along with other MJ stocks. I am thinking we see the buying run start again by mid day just before 2pm. Could get as low as .61 during that time. Any lower is a concern, but depends on the strength at .61. I will be buying some more around 2 unless the asks gets attacked in the next few minutes.

lol you are joking right... they also went up 1000% or 10x and lost some of those gains... good luck getting shares for 11 cents again... MJ stocks are real news. This guy is salty he bought in on hype post elections, i bought early, well before the votes, and this is another good buying time... unlike after the vote which is always a sell time. Buy on upcoming events you see going your way, sell when they occur.

This board people are so demanding. A lot of people remember making 100% profits in this one over last year and still crying because can not flip an stock that can not be flip . This stock has been a huge winner to me and many others without fundamentals and now it is looking sitting beautiful in a lot of new contracts that sure will bring sustain revenues in all the states where cannabis is allow

I am anticipating bigger than expecting revenues in next qtr but if not its fine. everyone in the industry is in revenue track to meet or pass expecting revenues. A lot of new customers for AMMJ all over US cannabis states and ancillary services revenues following up. this company has been a big winner for me and though bought a few shares higher in my cash account that i wanted last time run back in December sure it will pay big for me again, i have 15 cannabis stocks in my retirement account and all of them are in the legal pharma or else money and all sure to be winners. Again buy this one AMMJ as will pay you big overtime
