We’ve had pump and dump before. Could happen again?
Three penny stocks I own that get no love: AMMX, bseg, jnsh. Each is profitable and can move on occasion. Until they move, they are a drag. On the other hand, one of these went up 900% in a day. You just hope and wait.
1/2 billion before the market even looks at it .
IT SHOULD BE AT $1.00 AS I TYPE THIS IMO.THIS IS RIDICULOUS.PRICED HERE.
Even that is wishful thinking
The stock would have to double year over year for the next 5 years for any type of big investors. It is just not going to happen with a mom and pop place . The most we could hope for I a 1.00 a share .
I was bidding 10k this most the day, but when the seller kept trying to posture I pulled it.
IF THERE WAS NO SELLER INSIDER??CAP AROUND $6 MILLION,WHEN THE REVENUES WILL PROBABLY BE AROUND $20 MILLION THIS YEAR IMO.THE STOCK SHOULD BE TRADING AT 4 TIMES THE REVENUES=CAP OF AROUND $80 MILLION,OR $5.40 PPS.THE STOCK IS RIDICULOUSLY UNDERVALUED.
AMMX has put out a string of these PRs related to orders, but none really ever moves the needle. They are evidence that the company IS selling products, but none of them really stands out.
Thank you, won't do that again.
I would have thought a nearly 2million$ shipped order would have garnered some attention.
anyone with cataracts will not see the yellow
Your yellow text may have seemed like a good idea but it is unreadable.
More volume, more money for us. I would like this to remain strong.

Another item needs a remedy: AMMX states it sells to many countries around the world. Only one in recent years appears to have been in Africa. If that is true they should change the language as to what countries outside the USA they do business with....if any.
.41 UNREAL.WHAT ONE GREEDY INSIDER DID TO THE PPS.
SCAMBAGS.AND I AM SURE HE WAS TRADING ON INSIDER INFO IMO.HE KNEW THE Q2 WOULD NOT HAVE THE REVENUES.THUS HE KEPT SELLING THE ENTIRE Q2.
THERE IS GOING TO BE A TREMENDOUS PAY BACK BOYS.ORCA IS A FREAKEN NIGHTMARE.I AM DOWN BIG BUYING THE STUPID SHARES OF THAT DIRT BAG IN THE MID .50s.COME A LITTLE LOWER DIRT BAG,SO I CAN ADD SOME BIG NUMBERS.THEN WE SEE WHAT HAPPENS.
AMMX has stated they can be followed on Twitter (@ammx_intl). I'd like to know who has dropped the ball keeping this current. It would be a great place post announcements and links to other on line AMMX information.
AMMX has not posted an update since Dec 2019
IMO this needs to be remedied.
It would very minimal effort to keep this current in the
hopes it may bring more eyes to AMMX.
Looking to see if those 10,000 share sell blocks appear again in the near future.
Yep - just like Rosannadanna said.
And down, down, down it goes.
Shareholders don’t do well when the company does, and they do worse when it doesn’t. Onward!
I also missed the call. From the transcript, it appears that the only question was about a mistake in the numbers - they apparently had said the missed shipments had the same impact to net income as they did to revenues, which was wrong just on the face of it.
Here's the question I wanted to get an answer to - The company indicated that a good portion of the revenue miss was due to shipping issues. Not surprising, as shipping has been a challenge for many companies recently. They said they were working on fixing this. I want to know what specifically are they doing that will get all those shipments out the door in Q3 and also get the normal Q3 production delivered without encountering similar delays.
At Q and A several accounting mistakes were found by an apparent shareholder and had to be corrected by the company. Sad and has happened before. Get it right the first time on the next Q.
DID ANYONE LISTEN TO THE CC???
SCAMBAG SELLING ON INSIDER INFO.IMO HE KNEW THAT THE REVENUES WERE NOT GOING TO BE RECORDED FOR THE Q.THUS THE SELLING.LEE AND THAT POS SHOULD BE JAILED.LEE WAS PUMPING THE PRs AND THAT POS SELLER WAS UNLOADING AT .60 AND .56S AND SO ON.CRIMINAL.
I have a demo during the cc. Someone needs to ask if it is Warren Murphy and how many more shares they have to sell. Gotta be the case unless some other inside person is selling. I'll pour over the fins tonight. Crazy.
AMMX issues correction just now: would have been a decrease of 750,000 not an increase. Not the first time they have had to correct themselves!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes Q3 may be BIG. However, many companies across the country are having problems with parts, getting people hired and shipping. Strange times. I used to live in Calif and I moved to Austin. Unfortunately many large companies are now moving to Austin such as Tsla, Amazon and Samsung. Even Arbys, McDs, BK cant find enough help. Some say younger folks are hard to keep as employees. There is a solid demand for AMMX products and rentals. Time to partner up with a bigger company!!
Doesn't explain the last 10 years...same thing year after year with AMMX.
The revenue miss seems attributable to shipping issues. This suggests that, if they can clean these up and get the products shipped, Q3 could look very strong as it would include the normal quarterly activity plus the Q2 revenues delayed by the shipping issues.
What if the bottlenecks and delays continues Lee! What is the plan? Do have one? What ideas does your son have?
AND THE SCAMBAG KNEW THE DELAYS AND STARTED SELLING.SEC INVESTIGATION 100% IMO.THERE IS NOT FREAKEN WAY THIS DIRT BAG DID NOT KNOW.THAT THERE WOULD BE DELAY.F4CKING BA#TARDS.
So to sum it up if all the products shipped they would have had revenues of 7.4 million beating last year . But because of the delays they lost 62 percent.
CAN YOU SAY SEC INVESTIGATION???HAS TO HAPPEN.
THUS THE SELLING ALL ALONG.THE SCAMBAG AS AN INSIDER KNEW AND STARTED SELLING.READ BELOW.
NOW WE KNOW WHY THE SELLING.WHILE THE DIRT BAG CEO WAS PUMPING THE Q WITH MILLIONS IN REVENUES.,
UNREAL BRO.THEY SHOULD ALL GET ARRESTED.
Statement of Operations for the Quarter Ended June 30, 2022
The Company reported revenue of approximately $2.4 million versus revenue of $4.9 million for the comparable 2021
quarter, a 62 percent decrease. Had all the equipment shipped as planned, the Sales of Equipment and Other Revenues would
have been $5,066,746, $115,140 more than the comparable 2021 quarter. These delays in shipping were caused by backordered parts, interstate trucking delays and lack of availability of third-party shippers.
I THINK WE NEED TO CONTACT THE SEC.INSIDER TRADER.
100% IMO.THIS SCAMBAG SELLER THROUGH NITE WAS AND IS AN INSIDER.HE KNEW 100% THAT THE Q2 WOULD NOT HAVE THE REVENUES.AND DECIDED TO KEEP ON SELLING ALL ALONG.HE SHOULD GET ARRESTED FOR INSIDER INFO.SELLING ALL ALONG WHILE.
I WILL CONTACT THE SEC SOON TO REPORT THIS EVENT.
NOW WE KNOW WHY THAT F SCAMBAG KEEP SELLING THROUGH NITE.
We know why someone has been unloading. We had lots of business but could not get much of it out the door for reasons AMMX now explains. So, are the next two quarters going to be great or more of the same? CC should be interesting.
Good to see some are still strong and supporting. We will continue on with positive things.
CC TOMORROW AND Q2 FILING REPORT.SHOULD BE A HUGE WEEK.
I am guessing a biggie still may have 15 to 20% of the shares left to sell and I hope I am wrong.
I WAS BIDDING .455.GOT NOTHING.HOPING NITE WILL COME DOWN,AND I LOAD 500K.THAT WILL BE GREAT.
HE IS MAKING FORTUNE.THAT DIRT BAG.EVERY 10K=$5K
DON'T FEED THIS DIRT BAG.
Have no idea, but it does fit the bill for Warren Murphy selling. The exact amount of his shares coming off of restrictions. I guess next q we'll see. That's soon isn't it.
Is it known whether the number of shareholders has changed?
Maybe, that's a lot of shares for what was probably a nothing burger I suspect in the grand scheme of things. I wonder how many he has left. Surely he's already cleared 1m or so.
Perhaps biggie had a falling out with Lee. Neither one wants to help the other out?
Someone ask him about those shares and why he didn't just buy them back rather than let shareholders shoulder that burden.
AmeraMex International, Inc. CEO Lee Hamre is hosting the Company’s second quarter financial conference call on Monday, August 15, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

AmeraMex business units are authorized dealers for quality manufacturers, such as Taylor Machine Works, Terex Heavy Equipment, and Barko Hydraulics. AmeraMex supplies heavy equipment to many different industries. The fastest growing market for AmeraMex is the shipping industry. The company maintains an extensive line of equipment for the loading and off-loading of shipping containers from ships coming in and going out of ports up and down the West Coast of the United States.
In addition to equipment for the handling of shipping containers, AmeraMex has an extensive equipment inventory for infrastructure development, including road construction and land development projects. Infrastructure projects require the lease and rental of heavy equipment and contribute significantly to the company’s continued revenue growth. With the growing demand for infrastructure development, AmeraMex has expanded its rental fleet of heavy construction equipment with Terex front end loaders, scrapers, excavators, backhoes and rock trucks. This equipment is usually rented, rather than purchased, for infrastructure projects.
