That is a fact...our money is gone and he took it.
Class action anyone? I am in if someone starts one.
Kevin Cornell is laying low after his heist on shareholders - in my opinion.
No luck reaching company HQ
I know this will end up being a write off however I wanted to speak with Marvin J. Miller Jr. directly who is running Ambicom. The number is no good and I can't seem to find any other contact info for him.
https://www.bloomberg.com/profiles/people/3535863-marvin-j-miller
Anyone else want to try to get some closure here one way or another? I'm looking for a number to reach him due to zero communication from ABHI.
It currently looks like Ambicom is still a valid Nevada corporation with Marvin Miller as the CEO and director. Previously under Kevin he was the corporate attorney for Ambicom. Then it appears that Voosh LLC is still a valid Delaware limited liability company. Voosh Technologies listed on the Vooshaco website is a Delaware corporation formed in January, 2019. Someone needs to see if an attorney would take on a lawsuit to stop the new Voosh Technologies from using assets that are held by Ambicom. Maybe Marvin Miller will answer some questions?
Investors post 2015 were supposed to know that John screwed up the company huh??- Yet Kevin did a conference call pumping the company, and he issued press releases, and he had the audacity to ask investors for even MORE MONEY in his youtube video (which he took down).
Proof that he was not honest. This is probably enough info to trigger a lawsuit and get some retribution.
The courts could order to see the youtube videos he deleted, including the one where he asked for more money, while his stock was delisted and his investors were facing 100% losses.
LOL - thanks for the catch. Done!
Yeppers, buddy, that I agree with. Just swap out AMFE for ABHI, Hahahaha! I know whatcha meant. I do the same thing. Got that one on my mind 24/7!
Kevin Cornell scammed us. First he told us he was going to get ABHI back trading on the public markets.
Then he made a video asking investors for more money
Then he told a poster that ABHI was too far gone and blamed everything on a previous CEO. He took zero accountability.
He’s probably living off of the settlement from pc drivers.
Dear Kevin,
How's business these days? Selling lots of software? Just curious if we can get an update from you if things are still happening? Not closed out the account yet, hoping for the Christmas miracle two years late but still hanging in there. Love to hear from you. Haven't seen a video in over five months but even then it wasn't about Ambicom so just keen to know how things are.
Not forgotten about you.....yet!
Hopfully someone buys this POS ticker and does something with it 50 years from now. I will not be around to see it - LOL
Yes I'm sure everyone would love to see that
Can you post them here please?
Good thing I took screen shots Kevin Cornell
Lol. Kevin deleted the comments!
It is not according to Kevin.
Did you guys read the Comments on his YouTube? According to Kevin, ABHI is dead.
Stranger things have happened.
Maybe we all get April fooled here next week, lol
Ambicom Holdings was brought current in January with Nevada Secretary of State. I think things are still moving behind the scenes.
Kevin Cornell, the scammer who was shut down by the SEC has given up on a ABHI because it is “too far gone” he blamed everything on a previous CEO and took no responsibility. He didn’t even bother to inform his shareholders that he has given up.
I saw this conversation he had with Pennypacker in the comments section of the Voosh animated video commercial on his YouTube channel. Check it out. too bad.
He is alive. He tinkers with his YouTube account from time to time.
Maybe Kevin Died. Maybe he is too ashamed to show his face. Maybe he is a con artist and has left the country!
Hi Kevin Cornell. We would appreciate an update, as it has been a while.
AmbiCom Holdings I-Hub msg board shareholders.
Hi Kevin Cornell. We would appreciate an update, as it has been a while.
Yes sir. I will write off this crap to lower my gains in the other one :)
Yea, that was convenient of him. Least we will make up the losses on the other board :)
Yep. He disappeared after asking investors for more money in his last video.
Nope, I too am not dropping another penny here. Had enough and feel like we were taken advantage of by management.
I will answer if you pay me to answer. Spent enough time and money here.
Few questions for those that are left bag-holding:
1.) Is Ambicom/Voosh still in business?
2.) Has anyone heard from Kevin lately, seen zero Youtube post, etc.
3.) Do we have class action recourse?
I am out only about $5K (many of you were a lot higher) but it's $5K I could have done other things with but believed in what I was being spoonfed from the management of Ambicom. Absolutely no reason to the very end did I expect it to become delisted right when things were looking up.
I am furious still about this, Kevin if you still read this board, please PM me, I would love to know what the plan is to recoup lost revenue.
Yeah I kind of figured that back in February of last year (2018). Its funny how many people were pumping this right to the end. I think they were only pumping the shareholders right in the end. Without a reach-around and dry.
TD Ameritrade said yes we can remove it from your portfolio but it will just go away with no claim for loss or Any future claim. So in my portfolio it sits as an OTC reminder that pumpers, dumpers, bashers, trashers, and scumbag CEOs exist in the OTC Casino. I wonder if people like that need to look over their shoulder when they cross the street?
Not that I'm saying anything harmful or hateful just I wonder if it occurs to them what they've done to others?
Give it up....those shares are toast
Kevin's gone silent. No more update videos on YouTube as far as I know. It's a shame...
Hello, is there something going on with this? I'm sitting with a bunch of shares in my TD Ameritrade account and it's been sitting there for a year or so... I can't do anything with it except let it sit there at zero with a big red invalid symbol no ticker trade... I emailed Brian with BVTK and Kevin with ABHI got an email back about four months ago it said things were in the works... But the only thing I see working is me trying to earn back the money that was used up on this dog with fleas.
Getting there. Ill use the tax write off at the end of the year if nothing happens. At this point I do not believe this is coming back.
Too late. Didnt you have a funeral for your money already? I did
Kevin Cornell: can’t you use the $ from the ‘settlement’ to buy a trading shell and merge ABHI into it? Don’t ruin your reputation by not fixing this. You need to do right by your shareholders.
I had nearly bought this right before the revocation... I thought this had a legitimate chance to do something. I came across ACGX and so far so good... I bought in mid trips... Alot of news on the verge of coming out including audits and debt free.... GLTA! Maybe you can make your money back.
This one's been on the radar for weeks I could be a little sketchy I'm not sure what to think about it right now
I know we have all been here a long time and may be here for ever but maybe we will get a break, who knows. In the meantime I found this one yesterday and been only watching it and looking into the company, it seems legit but who knows. I will decide tomorrow rather I’m jumping in or not but thought I would share. VYST is the ticker, the company is planning on buying back about half of the outstanding shares and return them to the treasury. The whole idea is to get listed to nasdaq and have their company inline to compete with their competitors.
