Don't hold your breath
Kevin Cornell, where are you now?
"Kevin is focusing on building the active continuous optimization business under Voosh and will be doing so for the next while."
Translation:
"Kevin is focusing [as opposed to actually doing something] on starting [starting!] on building the active continuous optimization business under his privately held company, Voosh, and will be doing so for the yet another 10 years."
As soon as ABHI stopped trading it was over. My stupidest stock purchase in almost 40 years and I held onto until the end thinking it could turn around. My back was slapped with one hand and my pocket picked with the other. My greed and fear of possibly losing out on a huge gain blinded me to the obvious reality of what was going to happen a year before the company went under.
Received a small update: Kevin is focusing on building the active continuous optimization business under Voosh and will be doing so for the next while. I hope this will bring something for Ambicom in the future! Not sure if Voosh is a separate entity.
When Kevin asked for more money, I took that as a red flag. Here he is asking for money from investors who lost 100% in his stock, and guaranteeing a 50% return.
Shortly after that he took down all investors videos (except one), including the video of him saying the stock will be trading again sometime after Labor Day. Moreover, he has not responded to anyone after he deleted the videos.
Unless someone talks to Kevin and gets an update this is dead
Any word from these crapweasels?
I have as well and nothing
Everyone should try. I reached out a few times and nothing...
Well wouldnt that be nice... Anyone contacted kevin yr is almost over
I see the light- I'm healed!!! But only because I moved money into CVSI. A profitable debt free company that sells CBD oil. Check them out, they are on the exact opposite side of the spectrum in every metric compared to this trash.
I am still hoping the Phoenix will rise from the ashes but I've moved on.
I hope Ambicom sees the light.
LOL ! Light away.
to light the dark!
Thanks for sharing, but why are you sharing????
Not sure what you mean by wiping it from your account. I will write ABHI down to zero on my taxes and in the HIGHLY unlikely event it comes back to life and one day I sell it my purchase price will be zero.
iHub hasn't deleted this board yet?
Yeah he was very responsive. Now nothing. He even took down a bunch of shareholder update videos from his YouTube channel. I’m still giving him until the end of the year. If we are not relisted by then, and are still without an update, I would assume he has cut bait.
I bet Cellucci will go to the White House and talk to Trump and get this straightened out - it worked out really well last time.
IG
I received a free years subsciption to the Voosh ACO programme,
and it is still fully functioning on my PC with constant monitoring, & does improve performance.
tlo.
Kevin was always very responsive and I spoke to him several times. I'm not calling him again because words dont matter anymore...only actions. It doesnt matter what he would say to me - I am waiting for re-listing.
I sent him a text about two weeks ago and have heard nothing. I would like to think that something is in the works, but we shall see.
Yep, I concur, don't expect to ever see it again which is a damn shame but not wiping it from my account, just in case we do rise like the phoenix from the ashes!
Just curious if Kevin can let us know when that bird will fly!
I'm already counting this money as gone. I am however leaving my shares in my account because there is a snowballs chance in hell he will bring this company back to life for shareholders.
OK its nearly November, times ticking away, about time for an update from Kevin. We were delisted around nine months ago, feel we are due to get some sort of a response as to what's happening with our investment here.
You should file a complaint with the SEC regarding Tom & $ABHI. Here's how:
https://www.sec.gov/reportspubs/investor-publications/complaintshtml.html
That's another good point what if he builds another company with our money.Tom Cellucci is why I bought this, what I did not know is that he was a crook too.He looked so good and honest while he was speaking at Rutgers.
Yes, he could sell it. A good point. As for another company, isn't he resurrecting Voosh? Given his unfortunate lack of success with his software over the years I don't expect a different result with any new venture. If the software was so great, I'd think it would be selling itself. Supposedly, Kaseya had great interest. That prospect has disappeared into the ethers.
I agree but we have to keep an eye on this guy because he could try to sell it or come back with another company and take this technology.
Thought I'd check in to see what's new. Nothing, unfortunately and not unexpectedly.
He has no money or at least the shell (or the ghost of what was ABHI) has no money. I doubt any law firm would take on a class action lawsuit given the almost zero return even if the case was won.
We should because he put out PR's about contracts and that the filings were getting done.
These companies have a fudiciary duty to their shareholders. Ambicom failed to meet that requirement by getting delisted.
Shareholders should start a class action lawsuit.
Still waiting for re-listing. I'm hoping mid 2019 for a miracle, fully expecting my money is gone forever.
Lots of investors here said $ABHI was going to be relisted and being delisted by SEC wasn't a concern. Whatever happened to that?
Would the ceo like to launch Abhi as an ico and give share holders crypto currency in place of shares. I can possibly make this happen, I have some very influential friends of whom launch Ico’s. Someone get word to the ceo so we can talk.
Yeah the silence is new..,
TT you beat me to it! Was just going to check in and say something very similar.
Come on Kevin, give us some sort of update. How're things in the tech world?
Inquiring minds want to know!
Catbell Happy now. Pat on back feel good to catbell. No care who lose money. Catbell right more important.
Too bad you never took cattbell advance.you all underestimated cattbell.its over move on.

Kevin Cornell: I am convinced you are a smart person concerning computer tech through your you-tube product conversations. You want people to believe in you, when you literally cheated them out of their hard errand dollars. Mr. Cornell it is very simple .. Use your expertise in computer technology (You are brilliant in your field) However you are Void when it comes to financial situations concerning SEC regulations, shareholders concerns etc. and maybe most of all liability. Simply I might suggest this Mr. Cornell. Number 1 …..Produce your product on a paying procedure to enhance shareholder value. Number 2 Get re-enlisted through a Market Maker under the symbol ABHI, OTHER MM'S will piggyback. Number 3 hire a Triple AAA ACOUTINTING FIRM TO HANDLE YOUR FINACIAL SITUATIONS. This is where you are lacking. Number 4 and last, become a Man and tell all your shareholders you are sorry for their finical losses through your ineptness of SEC RULES and Regulations. (Lesion learned MAN-UP) You made a mistake big deal. shit happens. Value your shareholders, Value your company, But most of all Value Your Knowledge to enhance for the betterment for all involved. You have a gift Mr. Cornell.....Please Use It wise..All ways remember Greed is one of the seven keys to hell. Honesty places you at the Gates. Be safe.
end of yr is very close hope he is on it
Kevin is trying to do the right thing. Let’s get ur done!!
That was a great video, Kevin. How have the sales of the products been? Are you able to find ways to get the product in front of the masses? Seems to be the right optimization software for the job! Let's get this puppy trading again, each video gets me more excited!
Nice product update. Hoping to get a shareholders update as well.
