yes but he is not running Alzamend, in fact he has helped finance it to avoid some more dilution. So while I dont disagree with what you're saying, including that his reputation could be affecting the share price, there could be other market forces at play.
I'd like to see a move back toward 80 cents.

I actually do not believe its phony, and the dilution has been pretty minimal since inception. That said the direction is not good of the share price, I was a heavy buyer today. Insiders own over 40% of the company and nobody is selling. As long as Todd doesnt have his hands in running the company we should be ok.
