FORT LAUDERDALE, FL., August 21, 2023 : Aluf Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: AHIX) today announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has terminated Sam M. Jakobs, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective August 1, 2023. According to his employment agreement, Mr. Jakobs was an at will employee and was therefore terminated without cause. Mr. Jakobs termination is not due to any disagreement with the Company regarding its financial reporting, policies or practices or any potential fraud relating thereto. He will not receive any severance payment and Alufs previously announced plans to acquire BizzUniverse and Bizz Shield Pro have also been terminated.

In order to ensure continuity going forward, the Company has appointed a leadership group to share the duties of the office of the CEO until a new leader is named. Those appointed include: Teresa McWilliams, Chief Financial Officer, Dr. Aditya Ganguli, CPA, Director of Corporate Affairs and M&A, and Larry G. Striggles, Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting.

Paying attention to details isn't hard. Then, one also has to wonder how long it'll be before they address the resignation of their latest CEO and the impact it has on the two businesses of his they were in the process of acquiring.

In light of them being nearly a shell (not giving much value to the little tax prep business they bought from McWilliams) this page on their website is comical. Seriously. Read it in full and with an open mind and the knowledge of what AHIX is.

So, now, the new CEO (4th? 5th?) has put his own startup companies into this shell, essentially going public. Along with McWilliam's little tax prep company. That brought in $31,726 in the 1st quarter. Not enough unfortunately to pay salaries and office rent, etc, which came to $162,607.

Possibly. But I wonder what caused OTC Markets to drop them to Limited Info, since they're current in their financial reporting. Like I mentioned, maybe this revised report solves the problem they had with what they originally submitted. But it doesn't seem like it should have. The changes are minor.

Not that I'm making excuses for the company, mind you. There are no excuses, imo, for their abysmal performance over the years I followed this ticker.
