Not sure if this means anything, but OTC now has Bartons favorite attorney Kaleem Sikandar somehow associated with an Alternafuels, Inc. from Tampa.

Looks like they stopped this one before it ever started. Probably a good thing based on what they did with ALKN.
ALTFD : Revoked :

The Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) deems it necessary and appropriate for the protection of investors to accept the Offer of Settlement submitted by Alternafuels, Inc. (“ALTFD” or “Respondent”) pursuant to Rule 240(a) of the Rules of Practice of the Commission, 17 C.F.R. § 201.240(a), for the purpose of settlement of these proceedings initiated against Respondent on April 4, 2011, pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Exchange Act”).
II.
Solely for the purpose of these proceedings and any other proceedings brought by or on behalf of the Commission, or to which the Commission is a party, and without admitting or denying the findings herein, except as to the Commission’s jurisdiction over it and the subject matter of these proceedings, which are admitted, Respondent consents to the entry of this Order Making Findings and Revoking Registration of Securities Pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 as to Alternafuels, Inc. (“Order”), as set forth below.
On the basis of this Order and Respondent’s Offer, the Commission finds that:
1.
ALTFD (CIK No. 826743) is a Florida corporation located in Tampa, Florida with a class of securities registered with the Commission under Exchange Act Section 12. As of March 30, 2011, the common stock of ALTFD (symbol ALTFD) was quoted on OTC Link (formerly "Pink Sheets") operated by OTC Markets Group Inc., had seven market makers, and was eligible for the “piggyback” exception of Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11(f)(3).
2.
ALTFD has failed to comply with Exchange Act Section 13(a) and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder because it has not filed any periodic reports with the Commission since the period ended December 31, 2003.
IV.
In view of the foregoing, the Commission deems it necessary and appropriate for the protection of investors to impose the sanction specified in Respondent’s Offer.
Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that:
Pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Exchange Act, the registration of each class of Respondent’s securities registered pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12 be, and hereby is, revoked.
For the Commission, by its Secretary, pursuant to delegated authority.
Elizabeth M. Murphy Secretary

Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On May 17, 2011, Alternafuels, Inc., entered into an Asset Contribution Agreement to acquire the right to develop a series of business concepts and opportunities in exchange for 120,310,000 shares of our common stock. The assets include the assignment of notes receivable, real property, and various technology patents, licenses and inventions.
We acquired the assets from two members of our board of directors, John Stanton and newly appointed Mat Zuckerman. In addition, Mr. Stanton is our Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Zuckerman is now our Chief Technology Officer. We did not obtain a professional valuation of the contributed assets, and instead we based the consideration paid on our estimate of the properties’ value. Because of the intangible nature of the assets and that fact that our directors are also the sellers, we cannot be sure that the estimated value is accurate. The shares of stock exchanged in the acquisition were issued pursuant to the registration exemption contained in Section 4(2) of the Securities Act of 1933 and constitute restricted securities under Rule 144 of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers;
On May 16, 2011 the Board of Directors appointed Mat Zuckerman as a Director, President and Chief Technology Officer of the Company.
lol I looked for it and this is it! The letter D on the end is for new. Look here http://www.otcbb.com/symboldirectory/static.stm
Wrong Symbol it is going to be ALTF they already have a board.
Thanks for the "heads-up"! If all goes south, maybe they could do a raffle. OR, it could be a great marketing event to raise awareness in "new" company!
I am either going to ride this to the stars or ride it in ala Strangelove.
Thanks for the welcome! Nice job of getting this set up. Great to see ya both. I guess I know where we all stand eh!
I will take post number 2. My Broker shows ALTFD at 3.00 no bid or ask at the moment.
