Why does it sometimes trade at a lower market cap than the takeover offer?
Whats up here? Taken private or deal lower doesnt make sense.
Pull it yoda.... Join the fun.... Gotta tell ya though, there is certainly a pattern here
Thank you for the feedback....
Seems there’s a bidding war for sure in regards to the WPT and the company’s interest in it... Flat out said Bally’s offer was peanuts ... lol Read their last 8K if you haven’t already...Eye opening in regards to what we’re trading for IMO
These are two giants fighting over AESE interests. Seems undervalued indeed. A merger this size can get this one moving north fast. Just learning of this ticker....anyone have any juicy details about the merger that’s suppose to go down at end of month?

The amount Bally offered is about 2.56 per share which is ridiculous. Don't know about any other offers but that one sucks.
Expecting another competing buyout bid to come in? The latest doesn't seem to properly value their esports assets.
MOVING ON UP!! Peeps finally figured it out?!?!
Where are you seeing updated shares on the OS? Looked around on OTC Markets and couldn't find them. Still at 35M.
Allied Esports Entertainment logo NASDAQ:AESE
Allied Esports Entertainment was the recipient of a significant increase in short interest in the month of February. As of February 12th, there was short interest totalling 414,700 shares, an increase of 36.1% from the January 28th total of 304,800 shares. Based on an average daily volume of 2,840,000 shares, the days-to-cover ratio is presently 0.1 days. Currently, 6.0% of the company's shares are sold short.
Actually AESE is trading at $100M market cap atm. There are slightly more than 39M shares outstanding currently. The cheapest public esports company market cap by far is WINR at $18M. Should be trading inline with AESE and SLGG. SLGG market cap is over $130M.
So...the market cap is just under 62 million, and the co. gets a buyout offer for 100 million. This should be trading at $4.40 pps based on market cap alone.
BALLY PROPOSES to BUY ALLIED Esports!! This week could be interesting. Damn...I want $10.00 per share to sell mine!!
Never happened AFAIK. Not sure if they thought the pps would go ballistic over the Bally proposal or what.
I know in the last 2-3 hours of trading it never halted. See what happens on Monday.
Hmmm...wonder how serious this proposal of Bally to acquire Allied Esports is? That PR must have not made the rounds to very many people yesterday.
Got stopped out today at 3.04 on the gap down. Am wanting to get back in but that is one large bearish engulfing candle. Will have to wait for reversal here
Nice... Same here.. Gifts from shortie. Bally’s wanting our company bad it appears. Good times.
Esports is in play it looks like. Next company that may get looks is WINR. They were suppose to be uplisting to NASDAQ at any time. maybe that has been delayed due to the mgmt getting takeover proposals also.

Think about jumpinh in. Are we going to get a bounce this morning
So next resistance is up around $4.01 with the new support level becoming $3.12 but its light, hopefully it can hold above this and we are off. The massive volume of 95 million today, was like 5x the daily average. Not sure where its all coming from, but volume precedes price.
