Awesome--I'm migrating there now.
New Board! I chose to list under gaming/casinos. Go here:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=3411
I believe anyone can start a new board, even if they're a free member. Keep in mind Matt the Administrator determines all, as far as I know, and has a set of standards.
I'll get it done or if I can't, I'll get someone who will. Leave it to me.
Yikes! I don't have the time!
looks like you volunteered sukycospito
Who here will start a new message board with new name/symbol? Billiam? (I noticed you started AIDO board.) Doxi appears to have vanished.
AVWF (DMOI) has shown they are out talking to everyone they can about dealing with them. Want to know where I think they will aim their sales team? Macau! I bet they have already talked to people there.
Macau is the Las Vegas of China with gambling revenues of 5 Billion a year!

Symbol change news AH- -Diamond I, Inc. (formerly AirRover Wi-Fi Corp.) (OTCBB:AVWF - News), a Wi-Fi-based communications solutions company, announced today that it has been assigned a new trading symbol - DMOI.OB. The new trading symbol is to become effective at the open of the market on Friday, January 28, 2005.
To all those skeptics who are bearish. Diamond I inc. is going to revolutionize the gaming industry with their technology. Refer to my previous post# 257 and post# 230. In post 257 I stated, “I am more than confident about Diamond I landing a contract with one casino before the end of the first quarter, and possibly more by year end. If Air-Rover management team did not see potential in Diamond I hand-held gaming device along with the technology Diamond I offer, Air-Rover would have never acquired Diamond I, but they see Diamond I hand-held gaming device generating revenue, and increasing the value its share price. I am pretty sure that Air-Rover management team and Diamond I team, are keeping their shares for the long term. My final take in Diamond I inc. is to just wait for one casino contract. Once Diamond I hand-held gaming device is in play will see the benefits and increase in casino revenue caused by the gaming device. If the device turns out to be a success I see casinos line in up for this device, not only domestic but foreign as well.”
Right on the money with my quote, but one thing I didn’t think of was the possibility of implementing WifiCasino GS system in cruise hips along with horse racing facilities, sounds even better.
There is talk with a nationally known Las Vegas casino to demonstrate the GS system and other facilities, as I mention earlier one contract before the end of the first quarter and if proven to be successful, casinos all over the world will be line up for this technology. Not only casinos but cruise ships, horse racing facilities, etc. The stock price will just sky rocket.
Once again I am very confident in Diamond I inc. They have an aggressive management team, who is executing their strategy right to bring their product to market.
Looks like they've considered every conceivable function possible for this device. The notion of ordering a drink and locating the customer via GPS appears to be one of them! Beautiful.
"Diamond I is in negotiations with a nationally-known Las Vegas casino to serve as the demonstration facility for its system. Also, Diamond I is working to secure a cruise ship on which to implement a WifiCasino GS system; Diamond I has had preliminary discussions with the owners of one or more cruise ships. Diamond I has also had preliminary discussions with the owners of one or more horse racing facilities, with respect to its establishing a WifiCasino GS system on such a facility."
The race track is also an obvious venue none mentioned before. Beautiful.
More news today. http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050127/275281_1.html
This is all a game of patience. I still think this is a potential candidate for the long term. Changing the name from Air-Rover to Diamond I inc. tells the public the company is heading in another directions. The management team is been aggressive implementing their strategy in turning the company profitable and noticeable.
Air-Rover Wi-Fi started as a company that develops and operates wireless internet access system on a platform comprised of Wi-Fi standard equipment. Air-Rover now Diamond I Inc. Focuses on bringing new Wi-Fi based products to market, including a hand-held Wifi-Fi based gaming system for casinos resorts, also providing Wi-FI internet access.
Diamond I inc. now reported that it will change its trading symbol in the near future, from what I’ve seen most companies that change their trading symbol / name, the share price increase in value. If anybody disagrees please opine.
Diamond I hand-held gaming device will not be displaying to the public for another 2-3 weeks, I guess is because they don’t want a drastic change in their stock value and because they still negotiation contracts with certain casinos. My analysis on Air-Rover post # 230 states, “According to the statistics provided to Diamond I by certain Nevada casinos, Diamond I hand-held gaming devices could increase casinos gaming revenues by up to 10%. Diamond I expects a percentage of net revenues generated by its gaming system.” You can view an example of how much revenue Diamond I hand-held device can generate casinos in post# 230.
I am more than confident about Diamond I landing a contract with one casino before the end of the first quarter, and possibly more by year end. If Air-Rover management team did not see potential in Diamond I hand-held gaming device along with the technology Diamond I offer, Air-Rover would have never acquired Diamond I, but they see Diamond I hand-held gaming device generating revenue, and increasing the value its share price.

If anybody sees a bias or is not optimistic in the future of Diamond I inc. please opine with your reasons.
Disclosing my information, I am a 20 year old college student in my sophomore year, majoring in Finance and investments. I’ve been tracking Air-Rover WI-FI Corp. for a few months and if anybody finds my analysis bias please feel free to opine.
Diamond considerations: 1. Key on this stocks last run to over $1 was its very low public float. Still believe to be very low. Trying to get a good handle on that number. Value of public float is also an important listing requirement if that is the direction management tries to take it.
2.Diamond I, rather than "buying" AVWF technology , becomes AVWF, a meld of two pieces that make one much strong potential revenue producer, not a stock selling pitch, imo. Dilution of stock now harms Diamond I/ AVWF. Bearing in mind that the authorized is not the issued, which still stands below 100M. (nor is the issued shares # my main interest as of now)
3.Merger, type of new players involved, and now share adjustments. Interesting.
4.Potential for Diamond Tech./ AVWF to generate revenue and sign big name contracts "slightly" higher than last time it moved over $1, imo.
I like the constructive tone of this board. Good group here.
Why did J Davis inter the public arena? To make billions!!! That is your answer
The AMEX wants a company to have 3 times the amount authorized, not issued.
Would like a little insight from those that are knowledgeable on all this. The Raging bull board is just a cheerleading board, people touting possible contracts this week( Demo wont even be for another 2 weks yet, contracts rolling in March if all goes well)Just like insight not cheerleading!
Still a little confused about this one also! Heard several different reasons on that! Even if a good stake goes to Diamond at first, 700 mil is a hell of alot! I did not know you needed a certain amount of total shares to get on the AMEX exchange. Need to find clarification on that! Was going to purchase a little more, but to many unanswered questions for me now! Just a thought though, Why didn't the Diamond people purchase AVWF with all their billions of dollars if their technology is a can't miss?
OK, I don't get it. (queen takes knight) I see they increased AS to 700 million. Is that to get to another exchange or to make it hard for a takeover???????
It's apparent to me that a bright future is already partially in place. The Davis's are no doubt very smart and thorough. The bad news is, we'll have to start a new message board...

On January 18, 2005, pursuant to an agreement and plan of reorganization, we acquired all of the outstanding capital stock of Diamond I Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Diamond I”), by issuing a total of 70,591,026 shares of our common stock to the shareholders of Diamond I. The reorganization agreement provides for further issuances of shares of our common stock, upon Diamond I’s satisfying certain performance standards, as follows: (a) we are obligated to issue an additional 35,295,513 shares to the shareholders of Diamond I, if, on or before the date which is two years from the consummation of the reorganization agreement, Diamond I shall have completed the design and installation of a hand-held Wi-Fi-based gaming system in a first-class hotel/casino with no fewer than 400 guest rooms located in the State of Nevada (the ““Target System”), to the effect that the Target System is 100% operational and ready for use by guests of the host hotel/casino, which readiness shall include the approval of the Nevada Gaming Commission; and (b) we are obligated to issue an additional 35,295,513 shares to the shareholders of Diamond I, if, on or before the date which is five years from the consummation of the reorganization agreement, the Target System shall have operated at a profit, as determined by generally accepted accounting principles, for a period of three consecutive months. In addition, we are required to provide to Diamond I a total of $3,000,000 as operating capital, as follows: (i) within one month of the consummation of the reorganization agreement, we must provide to Diamond I the sum of $100,000; (ii) within six months of the consummation of the reorganization agreement, we must provide to Diamond I the additional sum of $400,000; (iii) within nine months of the consummation of the reorganization agreement, we must provide to Diamond I the additional sum of $500,000; and (iv) within one year of the consummation of the reorganization agreement, we must provide to Diamond I the additional sum of $2,000,000. Should we fail to provide any portion of these funds on or before the required dates, we are required to deliver to the former owners of Diamond I 100% of the then-outstanding shares of common stock of Diamond I. Should this occur, we would no longer have any interest in Diamond I or its business. Currently, we possess the funds required to satisfy the first payment obligation; however, we do not currently possess adequate funds with which to satisfy our other funding obligations to Diamond I. While management expects to be able to secure the necessary funds, there is no assurance that we will be able to do so.
In determining the number of shares of our common stock to be issued to the shareholders of Diamond I, our board of directors did not employ any standard valuation formula or any other standard measure of value. Rather, the number shares issued to the shareholders of Diamond I was determined through arm’s-length negotiations.
Diamond I has developed a hand-held Wi-Fi-based gaming system for on-premises use by casinos/resorts. Diamond I’s gaming system, based on a patent-pending security system, would permit casino patrons to secure a PDA device from the casino that would enable the patrons to enjoy in-room and pool-side gaming action, as well as other casino services. Diamond I has previewed the system for private audiences in client-and-regulatory-specific presentations (where necessary, Diamond I intends to seek regulatory approval of its gaming system).
Well that makes one, lol. I quess time will tell, but from my own dd on this company I'm convinced its all good
I tend to agree on all three points.
Am I reading the 8k right? We now have 700mil authorized shares now! how did that sneak in there?
math of the float. Looking at the math it seems a bad time to increase a/s especially when have plenty to spare.
However, if you move to the amex or big boards, you are required to have 3x the amount of as to os. This recent move could be one of two things. 1) fight off takeover? 2) ducks in a row to move to big boards. Either way looks great to me. Of course 3) dillute share value, but unlikely when on the move like AVWF has been. Just my opinion. any others?
As of 11/19/04, there were 200,000,000 authorized and 95,522,946 outstanding. Can't help you on the float.
Good Luck
QUESTION Im thinking about investing in this small company.
Could someone tell me how many O/S shares there are and how many are in the float?
TIA
I don't care who sells their shares. My point was that if one WAS to sell their shares, they wouldn't be around to enjoy the PPS at unseen levels if AVWF was to land dozens of casinos.
Thats a big amen!
Incidentally, folks who might contact me to try to hype stocks--not interested in that sort of thing.
Concerning what?
Someone has an ego problem.
I've been googling a little trying to find statistics for total casinoes: broken down as those with hotels/in resorts/on cruise ships/etc... where this device would be most attractive. Obviously the potential is huge, but am curious nevertheless.
Why are you concerned whether he sells his shares?
Some yahoo-types on this board I see.
You got it acntcpa!! Now what if AVWF takes Vegas, Reno, Laughlin and Atlantic City? What if AVWF goes overseas? Cruiseships? Etc, etc....
What if you don't sell your shares?
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Air Rover Wi-fi Corp. Analysis
Forecast / Estimates.
According to the statistics provided to Diamond I by certain Nevada casinos, Diamond I hand-held gaming devices could increase casinos gaming revenues by up to 10%. Diamond I expects a percentage of net revenues generated by its gaming system. For 2003 World wide casino based gaming revenues has been estimated to have been approximately $800 billion.
Granting Diamond I hand-held gaming device access to as many as 5 casinos world wide could increase Diamond I revenue dramatically as well as Air-Rover stock value, since its now the legal owner of Diamond I.
Estimates: These analyses are for the purpose to demonstrating the significant impact Diamond I hand-held gaming device can have on casinos gaming revenue only. Not including other services which will be available by the hand-held device.
Ameristar Casinos Inc (ASCA), in 2002 reported net sales / revenue of 697.96 million, gross profit 325.74. In 2003 net sales/revenues were up 12% reported 781.97 and gross profit up 8.5% to 353.51
Diamond I hand-held gaming devices expects to increase revenue by 10%.
Taking 2003 revenues 781.97, Diamond I gaming devices would have being accountable for generating a little over $78 million for Ameristar Casinos. As reported by Diamond I, they are entitle to receive a percentage of the revenue implemented by their hand-held gaming device. Giving a return of 7% on Diamond I hand-held Diamond I / Air-Rover would have generated revenue of $5.4 million.
Alliance Gaming Corp. (AGI)
2003 reported revenue of $407.6 million, gross profit $230.6 million.
2004 reported revenue of $488.9 million a 19.9% increase. Gross profit $291.2 million up 26%.
Hypothetically, Diamond I hand-held gaming device increase revenue 8%, accounting for $39.1 million revenue increase. Diamond I is title to a 5% return on revenue generated by its hand-held gaming device, which is equal to $1.95 million.
The examples shown above: Diamond I hand-held gaming device would have produce $7.35 Million in revenue.
As you can see by these calculations Diamond I hand-held gaming devices can increase casino revenue by a significant amount. Ameristar Casinos and Alliance Gaming Corp. are publicly traded companies displaying their financial statements to the public. If any skepticism regarding this numbers please visit a credible site offering both companies financial statements. These projections are theoretically, but if someday Ameristar Casinos or Alliance Gaming corp. implement Diamond I hand-held gaming devices the numbers would not range too much.
In any case scenario, despite the sizes of a casino, Diamond I hand-held gaming device will increase revenue significantly translating into an increase in gross profits to any casino. The success of the hand-held gaming device will bring in more revenue to Diamond I and Air Rover, affecting Air Rover share value positively.
Disclosing my information, I am a 20 year old college student in my sophomore year, majoring in Finance and investments. I’ve been tracking Air-Rover WI-FI Corp. for a few months and if anybody finds my analysis bias please feel free to opine.
Everybody ready for another great week! Let's hear about some contracts! Go AVWF!
Thanks for the news! PR should only help! Those involved with SIRI and FLIP will now start to do DD on AVWF! Keeps the MO going!
Sounds good, but wonder what this means for AVWF. Can't hurt being associated with Sirius I wouldn't think.

If only the future was easily predictable...
Strikes me as likely correct:
"You can bet some big casino fish have already looked at this and gave them their two cents on the whole deal. If they would have given them the thumbs down, I doubt any of these acquitsitions would have taken place."
Their contention in the interview that a working model should be in a casino hotel late 1st quarter/early 2nd quarter IMO is more than mere wishful thinking.
