This company is one of the strangest companies I have ever seen. How it can still be in business is a mystery.

A number of years ago a friend of mine transferred to Albuquerque and looked this outfit up. No one would even answer the door.

As I said strange outfit.

PS does anyone know if they have sold anything in the last number of months / years ?

Yes, alive! Strange day. Suspect a test.

Sometimes I think MMs just post a dummy trade at 100 shrs just to make
it look like a stock is 'alive' and avoid getting an "inactive" ranking.
Some of these shells are kept going at cost in hopes of getting a price
from a private company buying them to get a fast listing.
That way there's no need for paperwork or regs.
And some of them like EKWX had a little pop & run awhile back from out
of the dead. .0001 to high of .005 It too had a 'tell' day before the
actual run began. It had hardly any vol days until April pop.
ADOT tho is barely doing even that.
Usually these things resolve themselves pretty fast with either a run
or back to the .PK crypt. gl

I wish I did! This is one stock I'm ready to get out of. I hope someone buys them because I believe they have a great product. But management...well, words wouldn't suffice.

wyattk, I don't know enough, that's for sure. lol. Right now no one has a clue as to what's going on. They haven't had a filing in about a year. SEC is investigating them (Wells Notice), but SPNG keeps putting out more products, making more deals, etc. It's a real head scratcher. Wayne Celia is no longer the President of Dicon. Not sure what that means. Nope, right now everyone is just sitting around waiting for something to happen. I was hoping you knew something! lol.

Panel Display, Inc. is a private corporation located at the same building where ADOT has its office. I do not know what product is being manufactured at Panel Display.

Ok, I've been reading up on this one, and I know you guys probably still know more than me about this one because you've probably been watching it for years, anyway...

Lot's of history here, and a bitter fallout with Biomoda which was resolved this year (May 2009) in which ADOT came out on the losing end.

However, ADOT does still own a patent they acquired from the purchase of PLZTech, http://www.patents.com/Electro-optic-light-valve-array/US6222667/en-US/

I know this stock has been in a kind of suspended animation for years, but lately there has been some buying, so is the patent worth anything?
