Yup...when people wipe out the last bit of those .0039s others will chase imo.
Low O/S, could move huge here hitting ASK
Definitely setting up here. Still under radar.
dude I smell 10 bagger here, thanks ALCH
Big ask slaps here!
AENG - In Good Standing with SOS Colorado. http://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/BuildCertificate.do?masterFileId=19961123994
Volume 2.01 Million.::)
Nice Support building
Volume is the key with this ultra low share structure...could really run high.
So freakin thin right now. A couple ask slaps and itll start a hell of a run!
Back to 39. Soon breakout?
AENG is Active with the state of Colorado & has a very low shares structure & recent volume. As pointed out earlier it has remained active therefore is not considered a Reinstatement
Buyers have to chase higher now if they want in on this thin runner in the making.
If a D lister promoter ends up picking this up...BOOOM!!
Multi-pennies!
Reinstatements are almost interesting.::))
I just bought one Minute too early.::)
Added some on dip
Volume coming
Get ready ... News coming
Nice buys hitting
News flow as expected ...
Simple .. Dont buy it
More than likely O.S. is 33,885,000 & Authorized is 50 Million which is Very low for these prices imo
I Always look at Authorized because the Float & Outstanding can't be bigger than the authorized share structure and seems like most pennies always end up maxing out there S.S's as fast as possible
That being said, this is one of the lowest S.S. stocks I know of at these prices that is active with their Secretary of State
They announced the intention to do a reverse split, but no reverse split was ever done. They never filed for a reverse split with the Colorado SOS and FINRA never approved any reverse split, but your link does give a little bit more current outstanding share count:
33,885,000 shares as of Nov. 11, 2009
100% Agree, but showing 52wk high of .0125 here on quick quote
Last reported, 9 years ago, the ticker had an O/S of 33,855,000 shares. AENG hasn't filed anything since 2005 so I don't know for sure what the float size is, but since AENG has not amended its authorized share count since 2005 (still remains at 50,000,000), the float cannot be any bigger than 50,000,000 shares.
The ticker doesn't trade every day, but over the past 10 months has bounced between $.0013/share and $.0047/share. I'm sure if it gets enough volume it might push past $.0047/share.
Point is whether intentional or not, false information was being spread all over twitter and here calling AENG a "reinstatement" play. People were then stretching it into a "possible merger" play. Fact is that AENG is neither a reinstatement play or possible merger play. It is just a no information pink sheet ticker with a fairly low float for its price that has remained active with the state of Colorado but hasn't filed anything with the SEC or OTC markets for the past 9 years.
The only real catalyst is the pumping there is no news or filings to support the pumping. Maybe it turns into a nice play, but people should know what they are buying.
Nice DD, OTCmarkets.com is showing 33.7M O.S. for 2002, so if they did a 1-20 split in 2009, that looks like it would be about right.
Important :as of July 30, 2010 the Outstading shares is 1,694,250

EXPLOSIVE SHARE STRUCTURE
For me, AENG is a Very low share structure stock that is active with the state of Colorado, Can the 50M Authorized shares be verified?
AENG is a Low S.S. Active company, Correct?
This isn't a reinstatement play. The ticker has been in good standing continuously for years. It filed its last annual report on 9/03/13.

There has been no revocation and no subsequent reinstatement. A ticker cannot be a "reinstatement" play when it was never revoked and has always been in good standing.
That link is just a certificate of good standing. I can't believe so many people just assumed this was a "reinstatement" play because one person said something and didn't bother to go to the Colorado SOS page to verify the information.

Advanced Engine Technologies, Inc., incorporated in September 1996, develops and commercializes the OX2 internal combustion engine. The Company acquired the worldwide rights for the OX2 engine pursuant to a four-party agreement among the Company, OX2 LTD, OX2 Intellectual Property Inc. and Advanced Engine Technology PTY Ltd., which became effective in May 1999. The Company also assumed responsibility for worldwide maintenance and for future research and development on the OX2 engine. As of June 30, 2004, the Company's operations consisted of engineering, testing, marketing and development of the OX2 combustion engine for commercial applications and raising any necessary capital investments. Management does not expect to generate significant sales revenue during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005. Accordingly, planned principal operations have not commenced.
On August 13, 2004 the Company entered into an agreement to co-develop a generator unit to be used in conjunction with the OX2 engine. The development of this generator is expected to be completed by June 2005. The Company has an agreement with the University of California, Riverside (UCR), which provides that it will continue to provide engine testing and related services to the Company, with particular emphasis on testing related to emissions. The Company is also conducting research, development and testing activities in Gardena, California. Assuming the successful completion of the necessary research and development work and assuming the tests of its OX2 prototypes (existing and future) are successful, the Company would attempt to introduce the OX2 engine into the market. Such marketing activities may include demonstrations to manufacturers of products using internal combustion engines and the addition of joint venture and/or strategic partners to assist in marketing, development and commercial application of the OX2 engine.
Advanced Engine Technologies plans to develop the OX2 engine for commercial stationary generator applications. The Company's long-term plan is to develop an engine for commercial, marine, automobile and/or aircraft applications.
