Someone been buying a little here and there of this thing. 1m at 001 a few weeks ago. A bunch of small buys too.
I doubt anyone visits this thread any more, but if a tech head may check in they may find this interesting.

You're quite welcome, molee, and yes, any stock moved to the Expert Market should make it easier for retail to sell their shares....a perfect time to get rid of one's shares. It is the new buyers who will regret buying shares when the stock returns to the Grey Market.
Thanks for the detailed explanation Renee .
Does the change make it any easier for retail to sell their shares ?
Expert's a deceptive subset of Grey, IMO.
Previously suspended stocks should not leave the Grey Market unless a Market Maker has received evidence that a company is in complete compliance to Rule 15c2-11, ie., verifiable info on all aspects of a company's operations and finances. Then a Market Maker submits a Form 211 to FINRA to be able to provide quotations and a market for that company's stock.
The Expert Market is a contradiction to the SEC's Rule 15c2-11 because the previously suspended stock has not provided any verifiable evidence of operations or finances. Basically, note holders ask a Market Maker to begin selling their Convertible Debenture stock and the only way a Market Maker can accomplish those sales is to provide quotations to other Market Makers (the 'experts') but not any quotations to OTC Markets.
The Expert Market is extremely dangerous to investors. Once investors buy stock on the FALSE hope that the stock is being quoted and no longer on the Grey Market, when it isn't, and once the note holders have sold their stock the PPS usually returns to it's lowest value with poor to no volume.
Good morning Renee ,
This morning AENG is listed in the "tier changes" area of OTCmarkets as "grey market" to "expert market" .
What does that mean for the company stock ?
Stay safe ,
Molee

AENG has a history of big runs. Low floater.

77K cap, recently reinstated, AENG is gold. just requires a little patience.
Green close, I'll take it :)
Yeah I was 2/3 last week missed on this one. If nothing by Friday ill look at cutting my losses and going elsewhere.
Market sucks...lost $$$ here. Last 4 plays have been losers. Broke a string of 5 straight winners.
let your shares marinate only a matter of time before it runs prob within two weeks Im thinking. A shareholder update announcing the CO filing and a forward thinking statement would be huge. We have all stumbled upon a money maker.
stays green.::))
With the BS the MM's pulled yesterday I dont think anyone wants to step up and slap the ask first today.. It started off slow in the morning yesterday also.

Advanced Engine Technologies, Inc., incorporated in September 1996, develops and commercializes the OX2 internal combustion engine. The Company acquired the worldwide rights for the OX2 engine pursuant to a four-party agreement among the Company, OX2 LTD, OX2 Intellectual Property Inc. and Advanced Engine Technology PTY Ltd., which became effective in May 1999. The Company also assumed responsibility for worldwide maintenance and for future research and development on the OX2 engine. As of June 30, 2004, the Company's operations consisted of engineering, testing, marketing and development of the OX2 combustion engine for commercial applications and raising any necessary capital investments. Management does not expect to generate significant sales revenue during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005. Accordingly, planned principal operations have not commenced.
On August 13, 2004 the Company entered into an agreement to co-develop a generator unit to be used in conjunction with the OX2 engine. The development of this generator is expected to be completed by June 2005. The Company has an agreement with the University of California, Riverside (UCR), which provides that it will continue to provide engine testing and related services to the Company, with particular emphasis on testing related to emissions. The Company is also conducting research, development and testing activities in Gardena, California. Assuming the successful completion of the necessary research and development work and assuming the tests of its OX2 prototypes (existing and future) are successful, the Company would attempt to introduce the OX2 engine into the market. Such marketing activities may include demonstrations to manufacturers of products using internal combustion engines and the addition of joint venture and/or strategic partners to assist in marketing, development and commercial application of the OX2 engine.
Advanced Engine Technologies plans to develop the OX2 engine for commercial stationary generator applications. The Company's long-term plan is to develop an engine for commercial, marine, automobile and/or aircraft applications.
