Our judgment is not collectible, since company does not have money
I sent legal demend letter to all company officers on April and no response from company,
So I just hope for miracle to see profit and increase of sales from this quarter

MDTR#$$: Hey Bulba, there is no recovery, hell we are down .999% after falling from over a dollar to $.02 and now a R/S of 59:1 . So we suppose to be happy, when in terms my holdings in this piece of it! went from $150k to $7000 , and soon that value will be $700.This ConPany have change names and splits 5-6 times leaving BagHolders. Understand me Bulba, there is no recovery, this would have to go up 2200% just to get to where it dropped from. The current management don't know their foot from their ass with no experience in this industry and the CEO owns a big chuck of the company coming in. They gave him everything but the kitchen sink as conpensation. The ConPany was looted , more or less, we was looted. They claimed to have had 4000 distributors in the U.S and Canada and a contract with the Canadian Government, well I guessed that was all a lie.

Yeah not good...Reverse is never good here in the OTC, seems like these guys are always trying to “figure another way” to screw with the stock instead of just increasing business and letting the stock take care of itself. I guess “ buyer beware “ is appropriate here.

I think they are waiting for approval for the reverse split and name change. I think that is why the ticker symbol is still MDTR and not ACT. They may not get the approval.

1 for 59 reverse split coming. Really surprised they screwing shareholders with another reverse split when the SS is already tiny. The SS is going to be so small and the spread on Level 2 going to be so huge that it will just low volume fade back to .02 after split anyways imo.

I wanted to take photos of warehouse like last year he said not allowed to take photo from now
if it was about covid 19 he wouldn't have conversation with me from the first place
he couldn't give much of information
so he asked me to contact Jack

So It appears that both of the fair brothers have left the company, after seeing the press release about Curt I also got a long awaited response from Shane on Twitter to a message I sent him back in March saying that he has also left the company due to mismanagement and the company not seeing his value or ethics. has anyone asked them how many growers are actually pre packaging with their containers right now, i feel like their numbers of units moved and revenue would be much higher if they even captured .5% of the market let alone the 5% they were supposedly after and continually quoted in press releases that we all traded under the belief of. i would be confident in placing a bet that less than 15 entities GLOBALLY pre package in mass quantity (5k+ monthly) with medtainers, word is organigram and other licensed producers arent even ordering anymore from them....
