good day for abat?
already over 40 k traded, last trades 8 k and 10 k, looks like somebody is accumulating.
might make that move to over $1.00 sooner than we think .....
Who cares if it was a mistake or not. The fact remains that all of the 20 people who read the article were exposed to ABAT. That's a good thing.
no one is hostile ..... sorry you are getting sad. the world loves you
And try re-reading #2032. You missed the point.
Guy searches "battery powered vehicles"
Gets results that include our "ABAT". Everything all good.
Then, looks further into a search of "advanced battery technologies" and mistakenly includes a search result for the North Carolina company into the package. A pretty simple mistake for him to make.
a quick search details ABAT in relation to electric vehicles , ABT is not even relevant , with a search of this nature. tell me what that search would be to clump in ABT with electric vehicles. help us out here.
Because the writer of the article may have done a quick search of companies that so battery powered vehicles, seen the name advanced battery technologies (ABAT), then looked into the company and mistakenly thought it was a us company when he saw info pertaining to ABT. I'm not saying ABAT isn't a player in the vehicle market. I'm saying this guy in the article thinks the company is based in the wrong country.
but it really makes no sense to me or others. why i do you nclude them if they don't even make electric vehicles like all the others ABAT is clumped with. why put a company in their that is storage batteries and not electric vehicles which is what the article is about . silly indonesia is alot closer to china than texas. abat has office in new york to satisfy.
see last post on board. take car Star
Further, since Terry Bradshaw used to endorse the brand, it's much more likely to get mistakenly lumped into the list of notable US brands.
but you know why they changed they name... i don't need to continue. have a great day in the light
No, it's not a stretch. ABT used to be named Advanced Battery Technologies and it is based in the US. https://www.linkedin.com/company/advanced-battery-technologies-inc.?_mSplash=1
Not really , thats a stretch. when compared side by side. ABT= ABT power management , they are not ABAT which equals Advanced battery technologies which is what it says in the article . plus it talks about electric vehicles in which ABAT has dozens and dozens of electric bikes and other items of interest.
I think that article was confused and may have intended to refer to ABT not ABAT... http://www.wemanagepower.com/
ecostate, nice to see abat appearing in a list together with
the big players!
ABAT mentioned here with HUGE STOCKS http://www.thejakartapost.com/news/2014/11/12/city-asks-us-help-develop-electric-vehicles.html " The US boasts the highest number of electric vehicles in the world. Many electric vehicle producers come from the US, such as the Ford Motor Company, Tesla Motors, Aptera Motors, General Motors and Advanced Battery Technologies.
ecostate,not dollars, yuan!
the press release you are refering to stated revenues of 150 mio
yuan over 3 years, that is roughly an amount of 25 mio dollars!
still not bad for just one deal!
well in one of the latest press releases they say one over 3 years will net them 150 million U.S $ . thats 50 a year for just 1 deal. no worried at all on this one...
My question is why now? If the company doesn't have something solid to report, why talk about re-listing on NASDAQ and why present weak financials to the Western market? It feels like there must me something decent to show. Either that or the management is naive?
yep....but more importantly are the press releases. It appears that management is finally stepping up. If (and it's a big if) the numbers they report in March are in line with their p/e and p/s, this stock is a no brainer. But the numbers have to be good (as in no significant down side surprises).
$ABAT churning nicely. Forming a perfect base @0.52.
ABAT
may make that move towards over a dollar
GREAT, Just great..
I am still at work, will read ABAT news in details latter..
Thank you bro for sharing.

todays news- Advanced Battery Technologies Announce Multi-Year Distribution Contracts From New Product Launch http://finance.yahoo.com/news/advanced-battery-technologies-announce-multi-140000169.html
$ABAT, is a stock that needs to be accumulated, on each dips..
BUY, HOLD, and wait.. And in the mean time, trade other stocks, get your daily $$$$$. But once everything is said and done for $ABAT, then you need to fasten your seatbelt for the bumpy ride up.
ABAT
So, I'm assuming we'll be waiting until around March before any of those back financials are released, right? Everything will come out simultaneously along with the 2014 report?
I guess I'll need to live on food stamps in the meantime. I put every last nickel and dime I found under the sofa cushions into this stock. Haha. Now we wait...
You may get it bro. But in 2015.
$ABAT
How do you know that EIPC is undervalued? Just because it is a subpenny stock and has a lower market cap?
You cannot compare these two stocks if only for the reason that abat hasn`t published any financial data in the last 3 years.
How come similar company EIPC is so undervalued????
Sorry for posting here but same business.
One more thing. ABAT can provide history that it is capable of such a run. Look at the 2008 chart.
According to some valuation models for the electrical components sector, p/e and p/b are the primary comparisons for a profitable company in this sector. The industry average for p/e is ~28 (ABAT is .98) and the p/b is ~4 (ABAT is .17). Based on the above, ABAT is a $10 stock. And that's an average price.
Of course, this is all contingent upon the audit confirming their numbers.
$ABAT, holding its gain well
Accumulation is getting heavier.. I will keep buying on the dips.

January 16, 2013 As thick fog and haze shrouded central and northern parts of China over the past several days, with Hebei and Henan provinces among the most polluted areas, monitoring data showed record high levels of particles 2.5 which are various particles of 2.5 microns capable of entering the lungs and bloodstream. Unfortunately, cases requiring medical care increased greatly and there was great concern within China and from concerned parties around the world. At this time, it has become clear that a growing consensus exists among the government and the population that steps must be taken to reduce air pollution. Education and awareness is critical so that new policies can be put in place to reduce this serious problem.
Toward this end, the China Daily has announced a new section of its on-line and in print newspaper entitled "Green China" which will regularly publish special reports to follow Chinese societies' efforts to work toward a more ecologically focussed future. The first issue will be published in March, when the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPCCC) convenes. As a part of the solution to this problem, with its various electric bike and electric scooter models, Advanced Battery Technologies (ABAT) is providing a link to this new section. Together we will be part of the positive shift.
ABAT welcomes verified distributors from numerous countries to contact our representatives to assist you.
