They filed a motion to speed up the process of ending the court custodianship…. Which makes me believe that they already have a merger candidate ready to move into this shell.

I was told by a Schwab agent that ADIA wasn't following SEC guidelines so I couldn't trade ADIA online only through an agent for now.
