trying to raise cash for another skin care product line, which are a dime a dozen, in this market climate just isn't going to happen. Nobody is going to pay 0.001 a share for this sh!t!

IMO OTC Markets tier change from Pink Current to Pink Limited is a direct result of AHFD now 39 days deficient in filing 8-K on EDGAR, Changes in Control of Registrant. Trigger event occurred March 28, 2022 with 4 business days, April 4, 2022 to submit required 8-K. Vague press release was put out 9 days after trigger event. The handling of the (unofficial) change in ownership is sloppy, amateurish and downright disrespectful to AHFD shareholders raising serious questions going back to Greg Manos decision to sell AHFD to Glen Bonilla with zero executive officer experience with publicly traded company, that Greg Manos himself was not adhering to fiduciary responsibility to company and shareholders which was followed by three alarming business decisions by Glen Bonilla, that has resulted in today's pps of AHFD that which is 50% lower than before Bonilla acquisition of AHFD. Furthermore, is not final in that Greg Manos still holds 60K convertible note (300M shares at c.m.v of 150K if converted) as 100K cash payment has not been paid to Greg Manos. The kicker, at least for this long-term shareholder is the awful sour after taste of learning through a release, NOT from Glen Bonilla, from some unknown individual that has drastically changed the direction of AHFD negatively, Cosmetics that continues to hold down current pps amid low volume. Makes one wonder things like was Bonilla just a front or middle man in between Wallace and Manos. What about the purchase of Bonillas’ Coinchamp to AHFD for 87.7 common AHFD(c.m.v just shy of 50K) and then there is the executive compensation thing for approximately 6 months at this point. 150M Common AHFD (restricted with c.m.v. 75K). What about the March 28 agreement for $100,000, cash? convertible note? common shares? It is obvious Joe Wallace does not have any real experience either as executive officer of publicly traded company. It was the same when AHFD went public (before my position) that Greg Manos found out he was not qualified to be executive officer for public traded company that resulted in the bringing in of E. Robert Gates and his fellow associate from Tennessee George David George and to some extent John Griffin. At this point in time Manos was paid 15k in cash and holds convertible note for total value of 165K. Bonilla netted a payout of 7.5K in cash and has between unrestricted and restricted common value of 122.5K. Wallace has unofficially purchased AHFD and is out 7.5K in cash. And us the SHAREHOLDER, staring at lack of transparency, dilution possibilities, and a pps of AHFD down 50%. What do you think? Could this be considered securities fraud? At the very least a complete disregard for fiduciary responsibility of AHFD.

Correction. I wonder if the CEO & Chair of Active Health Foods, Inc., Joe Wallace is aware of Joe Noel's (AKA, Joseph Noel, Joel Noel, Joseph Im Noel or Joseph Am Noel) SEC and legal issues. Sealed records too. IMO- It would be concerning for any company to be working directly with a convicted pump and dump felon. The SEC slapped JN with a lifetime ban from penny stock activities, and PRs. btw- Joe is well known for his PR writing skills. Unfortunately, it looks like his PRs have gotten him into some trouble over the years.

Why not look at everything else Joe Wallace is doing with AHFD including not being late with the 10q and the numbers stayed the same pretty much from the last quarter = good sign. We got: new website, solid media company hired, Chaga cosmetic being worked on by innovators and a doctor, etc. and the connections of Wallace will lead to a future endorsement. Puff Diddy endorsed the hologram invention Wallace is involved in. God forbid any of his companies goes public using AHFD. Take a look at the 4 people AHFD Twitter account follows (probably doesn’t mean anything). This is a no brainer down here.

IMO- It is important to know that Joe Noel runs CBGL. That's the point. A felon that the SEC slapped with a lifetime bar from penny stock activity is running a business (behind the scene) that is working with Active Health Food, Inc. It's a fairly new agreement! JN, also works VERY closely with Sugarmade CEO, Jimmy Chan. IMO- CEO Arman is a big sucker and risk-taker to protect Joey. JN is behind several companies that he conveniently established using his girlfriend Ma Helen's name. Only one company that I know of -is listed under JN's name; New Horizon's Laboratory- filed with Wyoming SEC of State. Joe Noel used and listed the following names on the application; Joseph Im Noel, and Joseph Am Noel. He later removed his name, just after he secured a few deals to be compensated. It's all public record. Sweet that he incorporated part of his girl friend's name on 2 of the 3 names listed! His name is also listed on one of CBGL's filings as Joel Noel.

Also, not everyone has the tolerance to hold on to investments during these volatile markets so you’ll get people buying at 0007 and taking small losses at 0006. Once AHFD has a run into the 002’s and .003’s and .004’s as Etrnl cosmetics comes to market you’ll get a whole new bunch of investors discovering this stock. For me it comes down to the most obvious play at these triple zero levels: I believe the credibility of the new CEO (his past and present successes) and where he wants to take his new business for success. Even if the company doesn’t end up profitable, it will be the journey (“endorsements”, other connections) that can take this to multiple Pennies.
