The 3 Best EV Stocks to Buy Right Now:
$FUV
What are your current thoughts? If you do not mind sharing.
Could this EV Stock be the Next 100% Runner?? ($FUV Stock Analysis)
They are going to be cashed up for a while with non-dulitive capital coming to fund the continued build out. The dollar volume in the stock is enough to chew through it IMO. In the old days, I would have worried, but the money flowing in is massive. They digested that $3 raise in less than a week and went right back on trending up. That would have put them in the penalty box for six months a while back. I hear ya, but it's a different market out there.
FUV was a pump and dump the past couple days in order to exercise the convertibles at 4.25 like clockwork. Should roll back quite a bit now to where it came from. I'm going to say the low 3s by a week or 2. Check the SEC filings for yourself.
I don't know where that link came from but this was the news I was intending to post a link to.

EUGENE, OR / ACCESSWIRE / October 30, 2019 / Arcimoto, Inc.(R), (NASDAQ:FUV) makers of the Fun Utility Vehicle(R) (FUV(R)), Rapid Responder(TM), and Deliverator(TM) - affordable, practical, and joyful pure electric vehicles for everyday commuters and fleets - announced today that it has entered into a distribution agreement with New Zealand-based EV Distributors to deliver a minimum of 160 Arcimoto vehicles over the next four years. To kick off the agreement, Arcimoto has made its first international vehicle shipment, and three FUVs are now bound for Auckland, scheduled to arrive in November.
"New Zealand is an ideal choice for Arcimoto's first international distribution deal. It is a top tourist destination, environmentally forward-looking, and New Zealand's vehicle regulatory framework mirrors that of the United States Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards," said Arcimoto CEO Mark Frohnmayer. "As we prepare to ship vehicles from the Silicon Shire to the cinematic Shire, this relationship will inform and prepare our team for the global demand in front of us."
EV Distributors will maintain exclusive sales and rental rights for New Zealand, and plans to open rental locations where tourists can experience the pure-electric FUV in the adventure tourism capital of the world. In addition to tourist applications, EV Distributors is working directly with the New Zealand government and commercial industry with the goal to electrify their fleet vehicle operations.
EV Distributors Director Dave Umbers said, "Our relentless search for quality, number-eight ingenuity, and shared values led us to Arcimoto. After one drive in the FUV, we were convinced we had found a clean, sustainable transportation solution that New Zealanders would be proud of. As stewards of Mother Earth, we are proud to introduce this one of a kind EV to Aotearoa. The enthusiasm is palpable for the arrival of the first Arcimoto vehicles in New Zealand."

Surprised so quite, huge move, huge news, tiny OS
27,860... new 25 day high on volume. The storm is coming!
Trickle volume showing up starting this weeks NY show. This will be 5 bucks in a heart beat...proby this week.
I picked up some TV.
This appears to be reversing and it's completely baked...so says the chart porn.
Still have another week before the NY auto show. When the exposure gets attention, todays price will not be available.
Seeing some interest beginning to trickle in...and I do mean trickle...lol!
NY Car show coming up!
Dog N Pony show this week. Let's see if Mark can pull a rabbit out of his hat!
BTW...for all of this board's followers (LOL)... you can get filled by placing your orders around 5-7c over the Bid...no need to pay that huge spread on the Ask.
From what I can see in the February Form 3&4 filings, the holders, I'm sure, would like to get paid. To that end, the recent press releases, from 3/7, should help drive some interest. They absolutely need buyers to step up or their sales would grind the price into the ground. I don't believe the company would reduce their valuation at this juncture.
I'm back in for a hold.

Arcimoto Founder and President Mark Frohnmayer to Present at 30th Annual ROTH Conference
Does anyone know when they will be reporting their next earnings report? Not expecting much but would still like to see how they're doing and hear any forward looking guidance.
2X the volume of yesterday! Get out the paddles!
Maybe Popular Mechanics will buy, nobody else seems interested.
I would expect that we should be hearing something soon from the Pepcom and CES road shows. We need some irrational exuberance!
I expected more interest today prior to the road show next week, but we did have a sweet little rally after the last one. G'luck if you are on it!
It's about time we (all of us lol) got some news. Volume has been Toopid.
This has got to be a build it and they will come, right??...just as soon as they find out about it.
Putting in a nice little doji so far, I know the day is young, lol.
Really wanted to try and buy this around 3.30, but I overslept (west coast) and have it at 3.40.
Aside from talking to myself, all is good!
I suppose the spread isn't very inviting for the masses just yet. It's hard to buy and be immediately underwater by more than a penny or two a share. Patience patience.
I can imagine fleets of these for everything from pizza delivery to US local mail.
Don't know autonomous driving but would it make a handy Uber car?
You mentioned several valid critiques and ideas. I hope you have shared them with management as they need to get quality feedback from outside, 3rd parties. I want to get one with an enclosure and have it wrapped to help advertise my business. The vehicle itself draws a lot of attention and the wrap would get a ton of views; would be very helpful to create awareness.
That's a great reply. Thanks for the consideration, sign-up, time and effort. It's a new board and needs some folks willing to share and express.
Having recently worked for a highly touted electric car manufacturer, I agree and empathize with your observations. I'm pretty sure the staff at Arci aren't expecting to grow and continue to gain market without making this 7/24/365 compatible. A lot of design restrictions are imposed when working with batteries, it's hard to get flowing lines out of boxes with right angles. Most large systems require thermal management too. Just seems to make sense to keep the weight low and centered and make the best with what you have left. But they are completely behind the cockpit environmental as well with full HVAC on board.
I believe that it has enough practicality, appeal and sport to put it in many garages and corporate yards.
Not sure about a bike rack for what I have, it would probably tip the front off the ground.
Thule T2 Pro XT
2x Veego with 20"x4" Kenda fat tires, one is 750watts the other is a 500.
Total there just under 200lbs, not including entertainment hardware.
But outside of issues like that, I think it's a good ride for the price point and benefits.
Not much action here, so I'll help out a little. I'm a shareholder of FUV, of course. Here's my list of comments regarding them:
1) I think the market segment is a mashup between "recreational vehicle" and "utility vehicle". Therefore "Fun Utility Vehicle" makes sense as a CLASS of vehicle. I don't like NAMING the car model as "FUV". Might as well name it "DUH" or "DOH". I think a better model name would be a combination of their "old" name; the SRK and mileage available from the battery pack installed. So, SRK-70, SRK-130, etcetera. Additionally, I think "SRK" all by itself is lame. Think of i30, A8, Q45, RX450, etcetera.
2) I think it was a big mistake to not go to the L.A. Auto Show with enclosures. To sell this as a mainstream, everyday, vehicle and NOT just for "Fun" or "Utility", it needs to be enclosed, or have that option. It needs to look and act like an actual car. It's bad enough there's no steering wheel, but that's not a deal-breaker given the "Fun" part of it. People take motorcycles to work. But people also park their motorcycles in the garage or cover them to keep the elements at bay. So people see this thing at the show and automatically put it into the "Fun" category, with a side of "Utility" thrown in. I think it needs to be the other way around. Push the commute vehicle and everyday vehicle aspect. I know the marketing is doing that, but not even talking about the enclosures at all, practically, is a mistake. It should be a mjnor point not a minor afterthought.
3) The fit and finish of the battery box is too utilitarian, with the bolts on display. Should perhaps be carpeted or rubber matted and locked down. Minor point.
4) One of the first things one reviewer said is something I've been thinking about every time I look at the SRK: "I don't know where to do with my legs/feet,". I think some sort of "highway pegs" would be great, so you can stretch your legs out. I know I will likely try to add some to mine when I get it.
5) I don't like it too bright.. would be nice to have a tinted roof option, or even a solid color option. Preferably solid over tinted. I don't look up when I'm driving and I don't want my bald head to sunburn, etc.
6) On the topic of enclosures... A half-door would be cool, or some sort of drop down window, since an actual window doesn't seem likely. The thing looks to much like a golf cart without some sort of panels to hide your feet and legs. Just up to the seat level would be fine, even.
7) Marketing should show the SRK/FUV on the highway, in traffic. People need to see this is highway commute viable. Again, enclosures would help sell that point, I think.
8) I read in ONE article somewhere from the company, that there would be a "briefcase charger". No word about that since. I wonder if that's a reality, and if so, how it works. Clearly it can only be something like a "boost" to get you 10 miles, or something, in case you need it to get to the nearest charger. And that'll be a pretty heavy briefcase. Perhaps that idea sunk somewhere along the way.
9) I do think the whole interior needs a going over by a car interior designer for more of a "car-like" fit and finish. Like I said, it still has a "weekend toy" look about it. Like a four wheeler dune buggy. Though it's not bad as it is. The seats are nice looking. Dash looks OK.
10) Curious how a bike rack will work on this. Especially my fat-tire bike. :)
Higher Lows and Increasing Volume. Word.
IDK the actual float number but the OS is a bit over 15mil. Can't imagine what a 1mil day would do to the price. Damn spread gets to to 10-15c through out the day as it is. It will be great when this start getting on everyone's radar.
And welcome!
What’s the float here. Got to be rather small
Good to see this ~kinda~ trading with increasing volume the past few days.
Naz locked it up, then let'r loose...with this low float that's going to happen frequently.
