SirFelix~I hope this works for ya... I am NOT enamored with the company or web site or continuing forward looking statements of future "hope"... I'll wait for them to deliver on something for a change.
As typical of their "style" may I offer up some criticism" of their ability to "deflect" the facts, using this as the example from their site;
Frequently asked questions about our product
Q. Where is this product used?
A. The existing market estimate is more than 50 million non-complying doors in residential multi-unit dwellings situated in North America in cities such as New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Boston, Miami, Washington and New Orleans as well as Toronto and Montreal.
--------
I would think that a even more frequently asked Q would be; Who are your customers, who is buying (multi-billion dollar opportunity -yeah, right- lol) and where are those customers!
If you will note, being the critic I know you can be, notice they ask the Q Where is this product used... and the implication is that it is "being" used rather than merely possible "geographical" areas that "might" have interest... then they answer their own Q with a glowing market *estimates* that are general to "multi-unit dwellings situated in North America in cities" and then they pick the names of some cities we are likely to have knowledge of (neat trick IMO and I noticed New Orleans was noted... have YOU seen anything on them in YOUR neck of the woods? I'll bet if you hadn't seen it in their web site your never would have even heard of them in New Orleans, am I right?)
I could go on but I have seen the way they have done business in the past and using the above as an example, I hope you see they really haven't changed (at least IMhO!) ... except that they are down playing the product they touted for many years (crosslogix railroad crossing systems with a business model for reoccurring service revenue from network monitoring of the trains functions etc.) ... a product they apparently couldn't get to market although it took years for the unsuspecting shareholder to find that out...
Look, I could go on, but the fact is "typical otcBB company" is not meant to be flattering in the least. I think we both know the otcbb credibility is poor and it is IMO due to shenanigans similar to what this company has done in the past... lack of shareholder communications, issuing stock to insiders for "services", making "forward looking statements" until the cows come home etc., etc.
Check out ARSW's new website. Looks great IMHO. The OTCBB market is in the toilet as a whole. I don't like RSs either, but Check out ARSW's new website. Looks great IMHO. The OTCBB market is in the toilet as a whole. I don't like RSs either, but considering that this stock is trading higher than VTSI says something about our stock picks..
so, to repeat, 1) not *so great* to me, 2) in the toilet (yes, agreed) but IMO due to their own spinning of promises undelivered then RS the thing and start over with new products that are acquired for the purposes (IMO) to spin the shareholders all over again! I am not seeing any "increased" value for the shareholders but I do see the management and insiders reaping big salaries and nice lifestyles at the investor's expense... and David, I missed your point when you said, "Check out ARSW's new website. Looks great IMHO. The OTCBB market is in the toilet as a whole. I don't like RSs either, but (3)considering that this stock is trading higher than VTSI says something about our stock picks"? ...3)I don't know how you can even mention VTSI and this company in the same sentence... VTSI has at least *some* unspent credibility while I am of the mind that ARSW has none!
When I look back at unproductive holdings over the past 5 years that I have dumped I want to pull my hair out because they all are up 100%+ in profit if I would have held them longer
hmmmmm, really? ALL have doubled? really? ...so how long are you going to hold this one? Is it just a feeling that so much was lost (on paper) that there is no reason to sell at this point (true in my case lol) or do you really (*REALLY*!??) think something will (not *might*) come out of your efforts to get the *company's word* out to the public?
Just curious. I would hate to see others get "hurt" thinking this company is anything other than a struggling mirco mirco cap that will need investing dollars that will come, if the past is any indicator, from future dilution via the issuance of equity to support the insiders that have so much control they don't even have to ask the other shareholders to approve of what they do?
I hope I am wrong... time will tell and I guess we'll see who was right in that period. Truely, I hope I am wrong and *this time* they do everything right to increase shareholder value!
Good luck!

(in case the point was missed, this is all one man's opinion and is merely meant as a basis to debate/discuss the issues as I see them at this point in time and is subject to change based on what the company does to prove me wrong ...and wrong I hope to be!)
