A chilled stock can still trade — as long as the market participants handle the physical certificates themselves. But it can be a sign that something is gravely wrong. The DTC states on its website that it chills stocks “when there are questions about an issuer’s compliance with applicable law.

Some bragging on Linkedin by

the old website will connect to BAMBOO
which uses cloud software, likely dev. by ANTS
the SEC was after WELLS Fargo and to pay the fine,
Wf LAID many tousands off
website is www.antssoftware.com
seems to be a domain for sale
From what goes on in canada,
once the majority of shares are bought up--they do go private
in ANTS case the offer was 3.00 for long enough to get the amount needed for the US rules
Also --NEWYORK then trashed it
It would be nice if we can get some of the shareholders that have time to start emailing some of the past Executives of the company. I email Joe Kozak one time I wasn't in a very good mood and I asked him what does he have to say for himself since many shareholders bought on his blog writings that ants software is a good investment and a lot of shareholders lost a lot of money. He replied back that he lost more then a lot of shareholders that's what he has to say,. I would like to know what they did with the patent for the ants data server and the compatibility server.
This one was something different in the way we got taken, I still don't understand how they got away with going private and just disappearing.
I’ve been trading more than nineteen years now, and in that time, I’ve learned how to predict stock moves thanks to the manipulation created by penny stock promoters and get ahead of their games.
another Prima Donna in the mix was
Brother Joe, cant remember last name but initials are J.K.
Dirty Sanchez. Hopefully karma comes full circle
IF i ever see sanchez--he wont like me half as much as i trusted him
Ants Software nor Sanchez could be reached for comment.
Joe K said it went private
how did they trick the govt in doing that--the dr had a shadow company called ANTS
that disgusting doctor --on linkedin--some peoples kids !!
just like May West saying--'arent we all'
but subject was--'pole-vaulting'
I really wonder what he could have been thinking on that one, how could someone think that would fly, especially since Ants was a public company?
Worst. Plan. Ever. Lol

Here's the last assignee for, I believe 7 patents assigned to 4Js but according to 4Js they no longer own the ADS so the patents should not be in their possession...right????? Any patent attorneys out there? Remember, Ants acquired the ADS(and patents?) well after the exchange note agreement and collapse so shareholders should still have rights here. On the other hand we have no knowledge of where the money? came from to purchase the ADS back, so debt could be involved, and we all know where shareholders stand relative to debt holders. And of course the ADS and patents could be totally worthless, but too many intelligent people were involved with this( and remember the Zumwalt) for me to believe that yet.

Here's the last patent assignment of the few that Ants held during the collapse, and one of at least two that were part of the exchange note settlement, which I believe is why Wells Fargo is involved. Somebody needs to contact the correspondent for some possible insight, although my guess would be the exchange note holders legally seized the assets.

scam artists must enjoy their sociopathetic work
this guy paid dearly
Assange and his colleagues infiltrated the Nortel telecommunications corporation computer system, but were detected and brought to trial. As the attack inflicted relatively little damage, Assange was only sentenced to a small fine in 1994. It was during this time in Assagne’s life that his wife and the mother of his 2-year-old son left him.
EDDY of eddy2 was looking 4 you---check your mail
real data is fake, that guy is a scam artist... that is all..
right now--, any ANTS is good !
Interesting.....That's not this ANTS......Funky though----Oracle?
used to follow the buzz re\ANTS on yahoo.....
seems the pink-sheet crowd was playing it down --waiting for a pop-up
NEVER CAME above .03
I sure would like to know if the ADS software or whatever it might be that they're calling it now is still being utilized. If the answer is yes, that makes me all the more curious about it's current status.
Zumwalt destroyer to undergo stealth sea trials, and to be commissioned in late 2015/2016
The hull classification symbol for Zumwalt is DDG-1000, eschewing the guided missile destroyer sequence that goes up to DDG-118 (currently the last of the named Arleigh Burke-class destroyers), and continue in the previous "gun destroyer" sequence left off with the last of the Spruance-class, USS Hayler. With the production run of the Zumwalt-class limited to three units, plans are underway for a third "flight" of Arleigh-Burke-class destroyers.

Not sure what good it would do. The ACS from all appearances failed in the marketplace, though I'm not sure of exactly what went wrong. Had IBM not done their due diligence before putting it inside their hardware? And then when Ants tried to sell it(read the exchange note agreements) the expected buyer never materialized, and this for all practical purposes put the assets of the company in the hands of JGB, SamLLC, and Manchester. The ADS was bought back long after this transpired, so I don't see how the exchange note holders would have rights to it, but whether it has value(along with several patents) is an open question. Remember, this was/is the database software used on the Zumwalt destroyer. The problem is we (at least I) have no idea where it is. 4Js was emphatic in saying they no longer own it.
has anyone called the SEC about ANTS ?
I really appreciate all of your good
Research and posts! Sounds like rik
Is trying to sell the farm to himself!
I tend to agree with that statement......
i'd like to know where.
that is the name of the game--KEEP THEM GUESSING
the technology is at play---somewhere
ernie44 i don't understand what you mean. i'm definitely confused by the whole ANTS clone thing as well, but are you saying that you think the ANTS DE valuation is part of that RDI number you quoted? i don't see how that could be possible.
[bRoger]
Wilco too
Roger that.....
The whole idea of making an ANTS clone is one way of confusing authorities as to what the company is actually worth and what it does,

ants.com website no longer live? i just tried to check it out forthe first time in a long time. wish i could say i was surprised. hows everybody over here doing otherwise?

Thanks Antro. March 2nd, huh. So a license for selling the ACS is geographic specific??? Is it just me or does adding Provo seem unnecessary? In as much as it would be possible to obtain a license, I just don't believe he/they got one.
I do find it interesting that they list the MSFT and Ingres products. On a Ants conference call years ago Joe mentioned that their next product would be a MSFT to IBM migration tool and this was because the coding would be easier given the MSFT database was based in part on Sybase's product, and of course Sybase to IBM was our first migration tool. On the other hand, this is at odds with the good doctors claim that his new ACS, the so called AAA was universally compatible. Where's Oracle?

It's fast It's slick
Based on compatibility and advanced connectivity technologies developed by ANTs, the ANTs Compatibility Server is a database virtualization middleware solution that allows application code - queries, stored procedures, and functions - from legacy databases to run natively and transparently against the new target database with minimal to no application rewriting and recompiling. The legacy application operates as if it were still communicating with the original legacy database, while the new target database operates as if it were communicating with a native application.
The ACS enables improved database migration process with faster to consolidation benefits. Dramatically lower your database related operational costs by elimiating other database license and support fees. Improve your security and compliance with fewer databases.
In addition to automating the migration of tables, views, synonyms, constraints and triggers, stored procedures and other server-side application code can be migrated easily and without the difficulty of maintaining computer-generated code.
Switching to ANTs will slash costs and double performance
The ANTs Data Server enables high-performance data management. ADS caches database information in real-time and is fully compatible with Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase and Informix data, stored procedures and triggers. Information is distributed in real-time using fast replication technology.
The ANTs Data Server delivers truly impressive database performance at a substantially lower price than is available from any of the better known database vendors. Similar to the Linux revolution, ANTs represents a quantum leap for database price/performance and increases application throughput by reducing the price over 60%* and enhancing performance more than 200%* in enterprise IT run data centers. By using a phased building block approach your IT organization can implement ANTs comfortably without extraordinary effort.
Switching to ANTs will slash costs and double performance. No other database combines universal compatibility with six databases with such a low total cost of ownership to provide real database consolidation and significant improvements in the bottom line.
ANTs offers "out of the box" support for stored procedures, triggers, functions, data types when you migrate from Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, Informix, MySQL, and TimesTen databases. With the ANTs Data Server, conversion costs are significantly lower than open source databases and conversion time is reduced from months to weeks and even days.
