Gordon Blankstein (MBA) CEO & Chairman
Gordon Blankstein holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Blankstein is an international financier having founded several startup companies, overseen their growth and ultimate disposition. He has approximately 30 years experience in the capital markets both in Canada and the United States where he has had roles ranging from Directorships to Chairman and CEO roles. Most notably these include ICG, GST Telecom, NACT Telecom and Bestel SA de CV,. Mr. Blankstein was nominated as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and has assumed these roles. Blankstein is also the founder and remains active in the Mountainview Conservation Society.
Larry Segerstrom, P. Geo COO
Mr. Segerstrom has more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry, including 25 years in exploration and 15 years in management. From 2006 to Sept 2010 Mr. Segerstrom was the Chief Operating Officer of Paramount Gold & Silver Corp. Together with Paramount's exploration team, Mr. Segerstrom led the discovery and development of new resources of more than 1 million ounces of gold and 100 million ounces of silver on the San Miguel project in Mexico. Mr. Segerstrom also helped secure more than $50 million in corporate financing.
From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Segerstrom was manager of the Geologic Services Group for Freeport-McMoRan. Mr. Segerstrom managed all onsite geologic activities in the Grasberg Mining District in Indonesia for Freeport. This includes open pit and underground mine geology and district exploration.
From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Segerstrom was General Manager of Layne Christensen drilling company's successful Mexican subsidiary.
As a geologist for Newmont, Noranda and Phelps Dodge from 1976-1993, Mr. Segerstrom conducted greenfield and brownfield exploration, evaluation and development in diverse geologic settings in Western United States, Mexico and Chile. These included epithermal precious metal (low and high sulfidation), mesothermal shear-hosted gold, iron oxide copper-gold, polymetalic replacement, copper porphyry/skarn and porphyry molybdenum projects.
Mr. Segerstrom has a B.S. (Geology) Degree from Colorado State University, an M.S. (Geology) Degree from University of Arizona, and an M.B.A. from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Roland Vetter, CFO
Roland Vetter has been appointed Chief Financial Officer for Andover Ventures Inc.
Roland's entrée into the Mining Industry began in South Africa as Group Financial Services Director for Zimco, a Division of Anglo American Corporation. He was also a former Chairman of the Anglo American Audit Liaison Committee. Roland spent twelve years with Zimco before emigrating to Canada in 1998.
Prior Positions have included roles of Chief Financial Officer, President and Board Director for companies such as Cardinal Minerals Inc., a producing Copper & Silver Mine in Mexico; Globtech Ventures Corp., which is involved in mining exploration in Brazil.
As an executive with a significant background in developing start-up companies, Mr. Vetter specialises in mining, with the skill to highlight opportunities and find innovative solutions to successfully grow such companies.
He has diverse financial and operational ability at an executive level, including specialist skills in completing due diligence, business plans and fund-raising. His expertise includes assimilating and rationalising operations as well as implementing projects, mergers, acquisitions and disposals. He has been responsible for risk management, internal controls, corporate-governance and optimising funding structures including corporate tax planning.
Roland holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce and a Bachelors degree in Accounting Science from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of South Africa and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, Canada.
Manfred Schauer, Director
Mr. Schauer has 39 years of experience in the financial and investment industry, including 15 years with the Deutsche Bank group culminating as Regional Treasurer Asia Pacific based in Hong Kong. He now manages his own consultancy business from New Zealand advising companies and entrepreneurs in the technology and metal mining/exploration fields.

Peter Legault of Toronto, Ontario, has had a long career as an investment banker; Mr. Legault's career includes tenures at both bulge bracket investment banking houses and Canadian Independently owned and operated firms. Prior to his role in investment banking Legault also served in the role as an investment analyst, and has extensive experience in serving on companies Board of Directors and in mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Lajack has worked in lode mineral exploration since the early 1980's. In 1985 he founded a successful prospecting syndicate (Lajack and Associates) which still has active properties in Alaska. Lajack is a founding member and President of Royal Pretoria Gold Ltd., a private exploration company, incorporated in Alaska in August 2000. Lajack has worked as a consultant in the industry and has co-authored published papers on geology and geochemistry.

Young graduated from Pepperdine School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the States of Utah and Colorado. He is a partner in the firm Ivie & Young located in Provo, Utah. This firm has represented Chief Consolidated Mining Co. ("Chief") since the late 1970's. Young has an undergraduate degree from the University of Utah with a minor in geology. After graduation Young worked for nearly a decade in the mining industry for the Geologic/ Raw Materials Exploration Division of United States Steel Corporation. These exploration activities covered the Western United States seeking deposits of iron, copper, lead, zinc, molybdenum, uranium, gold, silver and other base and precious metals, using radiometric, geochemical, geophysical, and other state of the art technologies. Young has also supervised and worked on numerous drilling projects, seeking to define the extent and grade of known ore deposits.

Dr. Jackson is an accomplished mining professional with 49 years of experience in the exploration and development of mineral deposits and in the management of public companies. His extensive background includes involvement in a number of significant resource findings including uranium oxide, molybdenum and nickel resources in Sweden; nickel sulphide deposits in northern British Columbia, Canada; gold discoveries in Washington State, USA; and zinc-lead deposits in western Alaska, USA. Jackson holds a Professional Geologist (P. Geol.) registration in Alberta, Canada. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from the University of Western Ontario; Masters of Science in Stratigraphy and Mineral Deposits from the University of Toronto and a Ph.D. in Stratigraphy and Economic Geology from the University of Alberta.

Mark Bloom is a senior investment advisor with a strong background in compliance and finance. Presently, he serves as a Director on a number of hedge funds including Da Vinci Global Futures Fund, Da Vinci Capital Management, Da Vinci FX Futures Fund and Da Vinci FX Capital (collectively "Da Vinci"). Da Vinci is a Swiss licensed financial intermediary that offers Swiss private banking services including portfolio advice and discretionary accounts to a number of select clientele. As well, Bloom is a Founder and Senior Advisor of Amici International Corp that specializes in mergers and acquisitions ("M&A") consulting, raising capital for hedge funds and product structuring. Other job responsibilities include portfolio construction, marketing, general corporate business matters, scripting resource newsletters and as an advisory on M&A activity in the mining sector. Bloom holds an Honors degree in Business Studies from Greenwich University and Research Masters in Economics from Tokyo University.

Dr. Hedderly-Smith has over 35 years of varied experience in the minerals exploration industry. Since the early 1970s, he has been involved in Alaska's mining industry as a staff exploration geologist for both major mining companies and junior exploration companies, a state regulator (three years as the deputy director for minerals in Alaska's Department of Natural Resources in the early 1980s), a consultant, and a property owner.
Since leaving Alaska's government in 1984, he has worked throughout Alaska and the Western United States as a consultant to major and junior mining and energy companies, Alaskan native corporations, and governmental entities on base and precious metal, uranium, coal, tar sands and water projects.
He obtained his MS in geological sciences from the University of Washington in 1975 and his PhD in geology/geochemistry from the University of Utah in 1997. Dr. Hedderly-Smith's scientific interests focus on the understanding of generative processes involved in the formation of mineral deposits.Contact Info
