I found it by accident. I was entering in a order for SPUP in my broker account but accidentally entered SYUP. I believe my broker had the name change to it bc sometimes DE SOS will have it done via brokers(bc of CUSIP Global Services) before FINRA. So I checked DE and sure enough the name change. I think we have a lot of upside here. I bet a lot more stuff is coming soon with this one.

Nice, only reason I ask is I can't remember how I found it, but wish I could. Probably seen some volume or a price jump on early morning volume OTC.

I found it originally by noticing the DE name change July/Aug. Ordered the docs from DE and grabbed some shares then. Been waiting ever since.

Reason for CE is in this case: 'Undisclosed Corporate Actions — The security or company is the subject of a corporate action, such as a reverse merger, stock split, or name change, without adequate current information being publicly available.' OTCM will change that as soon as they become current. So it's no big deal for me. The SS is updated already:

I'm glad to see they started filing. After all filings are done, I expect they start releasing news. 1.2 million net income, fast growing company. I'm confident PPS will be a lot higher than current level within a few weeks/months. I added when I saw the filing.

I thought that about another one I had. Then 2 or 3 days after the news
KABOOM LOL and I had already sold. Won't make that mistake this time.
When this becomes current on the OTC Kaboom, until then peeps will quietly load and wait IMO.

We shall see. There was a lot of good news on many companies this week, so you go into the ones that are gonna move first and just keep an eye on this one until it starts moving is how I think they are thinking. But who knows. Time will tell.

SYUP is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 8 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.

Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.

Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.
