Homeland Security Technology, Inc. Awarded US Marine Corps Breacher's Kit Contract

DEL MAR, Calif., Sep 06, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Homeland Security Technology, Inc. (a Division of Amnis, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AMNI)), announced today that HST, Inc., has been awarded a sole-source contract to provide US Marine Corps units with tactical entry tool kits. The Marine Corps Infantry Breacher's Kit (MCIBK) contains entry bars, bolt cutters, battering rams, ladders and other tools needed to affect forced entry or extrication. HST has been working closely with military equipment planners and suppliers to meet the requirements of fielding the most desired array of tactical entry tools available on the commercial market.
"Many manufacturers were approached during the design phase of the Breacher's Kit," commented Mark Wilson, HST Director of Security Systems. "The Marine Corps Systems Command was very specific as to the requirements for each item they felt should be included in the MCIBK. Next out should be the financial report. It may look a little lean because it is their first one. Remember they just took over the AMNI shell on 3-2-2005. I don't know if it will show USPowerCall since that product is new as well. The name and ticker change should be completed after the financial report. Then the final on the 20% dividend. I would think all the items should be wrapped up by 9-16-05. Then the GSA number. The Balliatic Division could be just huge. A moldable ballistic (bullet proof) material would revolutionize the industry. All just IMO. When you check the website and see the impressive management of Colonel Powers and 1st Sgt Wilson don't forget to check out the equally impressive Military Advisory Board. How many start up companies do you know where the management puts there photos and resumes right out front for all to see. As someone stated, failure is not an option for these guys. IMO. GLTA and just hold tight.

I got into HISC at .0015 and there is more interest in AMNI by far than there was in HISC at that time. I couldn't even get the usual pumpers on the boards interested.

Almost 100 bagger later, everyone loves HISC. This one AMNI seems to be following a similar approach, the name even sounds like theirs, the new name that is.

taxgun, If you hold long a double is nothing. This is one of the very few real start up companies in the OTC market IMO. It has been said that 99% of OTC stocks are scams consisting of nothing but dilution and reverse splits. HST,Inc is the real deal and will grow to a large prosperous company in time IMO. Colonel Powers, 1st Sgt Wilson and the Military Advisory Board would not have put their pictures and resumes on the website if they were not of the highest character. They want everyone to see where they came from and to get a feel as to where they are going. We will have our ups and downs but we have not seen anything yet. Lots more to come (and all good LOL). Well Penny, here it is. It looks like we will have a name change and new symbol. Nothing is said about a dividend. I imagine we will have a symbol something like HSPI unless it is already taken.
Question. Do you think this announcement is enough that the stock did not trade at all yesterday? I do NOT. I assume now that the MMs would have known this info yesterday but would that stop the trading? I don't think there is any buyout now.Do you have any thoughts on why the zero volume? I do not intend to sell any of my AMNIS As far as security goes, I am also in NIFW ( not moving YET--YET) HISC, a real good mover that is being taken down by MMs this week because they got caught with their pants down on the recent up spike.

My HOPE was that the shares of the dividend would be reatricted. I have seen it too oftern where shareholders receive a dividend of this nature and sell it off seriously depressing the PPS. If that be true and things look good THAT will be a big time to add. Adding now will not increase the number of dividend shares. Thank you for the updated share count.

The dividend will follow soon after. I don't want to mislead you with rumors. I don't know what else you are in, but hold all your shares of HOMELAND SECURITY PRODUCTS. Not only do I think you will see a triple here, LONG TERM things are really starting to take shape. I don't think any of your dividend is going to be restricted, if you need cash, you may want to let go of 20% or less after the next move up. Keep in mind, you may never see these low levels again(sub penny). I'll check back with the board later. Of all my stocks NOT going up this one is where I am having the most difficult time understanding. What is holding it back from at least a triple from here? Is it all dilution. Does anyone have the latest numbers, i.e. the outstanding, restricted, float?

I received an email reply from PMR It states" We need to get financials filed before we can issue any new shares"

I have sent 2 emails to PMR regarding the name change and the stock dividend cited in the press release of June 15th and have not received an answer. Anybody elase make any contact or try to contact regarding these 2 matters?
