Aditxt, Inc., (Nasdaq: ADTX) (the “Company” or “Aditxt”), a biotech innovation company developing and commercializing technologies focused on monitoring and modulating the immune system, today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of 3,333,333 shares of its common stock (or common stock equivalents in lieu thereof), together with warrants to purchase up to 3,333,333 shares of its common stock at a combined offering price to the public of $6.00 per share (or common stock equivalent) and associated warrant. The warrants have an exercise price of $6.00 per share, are exercisable immediately upon issuance, and will expire five years following the date of issuance.

Lol... i made bank in this the day before... got out around 7pm and bought back 28 pre market.... as i saw it tanking, realizing this ain't no NRBO type Reverse split runner, i bailed out at 24... thank God... i couldn't imagine looking in the mirror if i held continuously thinking it would reverse like HKD past couple days lol... went to 2500, tanked to 40, then it went to 380s by yesterday and tanked to 97 today... hedgefunds won't hesitate to trap retail. Either they're bleeding or we are... and those pricks can afford to sit on losses but most of us cannot. So I've stopped holding positions and just follow my tickers to the T and watch carefully for upwards movement and news... you can be far less emotionally invested this way... Let's face it, we don't know where the bottom is on any of these casino slots (stock market my a$$)

$$ADTX$$ LOST MONEY? bid for 1,000,000 shares sitting @ .75 these tiny buy and sells are keeping it above $4.00 highest number of shares I have seen within the last hour has been 2500. Those who bought higher are covering their JOE's, false sense of securities. $6.00 on the 20th LOL.

$$ADTX$$ Typically when they execute a reverse split the stock will be priced high but eventually will drop within a short time period. I'll sit and watch ADTX do the same My personal OPINION and just that an opinion, ADTX will settle around $1.50 by next Tuesday. reverse splits always screw the investor.
