AWON Management, Come on, you are now at .0085, One little PR about what you are doing with the bottling plant in New York and this would fly. One blurb about co-packing Alkaline 88 and it would not even be a question as to when it would go, it would already be there. Is something holding you back? Are you ready as a business to do this? IS the MMG bully right in his statement of you wanting to settle? Give us something to hang our hats on and we will buy more shares. Isn't that what you want?

only thing posted this week was another amended application for the OTC after Loyd said it was approved. No infor on AWON except a supposed lawsuit by HIRU which they posted and now it seems today we are tanking. When a stock goes silent with a very bad 3rd qtr filing it can only go down. Come in AWON create some excitement for your stock and all you are claiming to be doing.

Before there’s any movement these preferred shares need to be cleaned up. Not the most bloated stock, but when factoring in those preferred A and C shares that amount gets much higher.

Preferred A: 20,000,000
Able to convert into 60% of then issued and outstanding (current issued & outstanding common stock: 360,756,038)
This conversion currently equates to 216,453,623 shares of common stock.

Preferred C: 20,000,000
Able to convert one series C into 5 common stock shares. This conversion equates to 100,000,000 shares of common stock.

With all shares converted into common stock the outstanding shares would be 677,209,661 shares. If added to the total authorized shares that number increases by another ~14million.

Again, not super bloated for the OTC but I’m certainly waiting on additional cancellation if there are any additional cancellations.

I understand that the company could even expand operations into the UK? Seems like Prime Beverage and some of the other brands have dual marketers both domestically and internationally. If they play their cards right with the proper management and tie ups this company could get some serious momentum behind them. I would also have to think China should be on their radar screen........

Once the OTCQB uplist takes effect next week, the Company will be releasing a series of material press releases related to the Company's current operational milestones that have been achieved. Again, the Company's sole focus is creating shareholder value, and growing cash flow positive business operations.

Right now with a closing price of .0147 $AWON has a market cap of $5.3M.
.0147 x Current Outstanding Shares (360,756,038) = $5.3M


If we consider the outstanding shares being reduced by 60.12%, that number would be 148,225,124, mentioned in the quote from the PR link above.

Take the previous day closing price of .0147 and multiply it by 1.6012, you get .0235.

That new share price of .0235 multiplied by the new OS (148,225,124) gives you a market cap of $5.3M.

If the outstanding shares are reduced, the market will compensate with an equivalent share price.

And that doesn't even take into account any deals the company is working on... just some simple math that has me here.

Honestly as far as otc pink stocks go.. AWON has been pretty refreshing... they continue to deliver what they say they will... they aren't getting this stock on the OTCQB to teeter around that .01 eligibility mark, they intend to get the share price much higher. The proactive approach to get the house in order and actually doing it. CLAP
