I think it's time for this book to get a second chapter.. Doesn't the fact that no one else responds to your complaint.. The $0.0088 in the quotes only stop the back dooring of the weak and feable.. In an effort to remain with a bid which I have had all the way down sales were made but most above $1.00 where no 888's were shown.. Once below $1.00 the $0.0028 were my bids were,, 2888,, 3888,, 5888,, 8888,, 12,888 to 18,888.. no one ever seemed to top my bids.. Where were yours,, If want others to know how strong your bids are why not bid $0.0099 and we can see if yours is abouts the 888's or about the power of the $0.0099....???
And how do you know that the 888's were really mine and the round offers in price were not.. NITE as you know handles orders for 71 brokers , not only E-Trade and at E-Trade I am not the only customer.. This is my last responce on this board to the 8888's.. So do what you have and post what you want.. hank

.79 ask, 14k.....nothing wrong with that. Where the MM gets senile is then do 8888 shares at .7888 just below that in a leap frog fashion that everybody can see, scaring away any potential buying. Who wants to bother chipping away at the 14k knowing these two senile moron MMs are going to leap frog each other on the ask lower and lower and lower below the last trade like senile amateur idiots?

SPIN.. $0.90
The high bid is now $0.71 And a sale was made for 200 shares @$0.90,, 26% above the high bid.. Now ARCA is offering @ 0.84.. I hope Everyone had a nice weekend.. Hope so because this soap opera seems to continue.. Now if we could have more discussion why SPIN is a buy rather than crying about the 8888's and why ARCA is always a seller and why UBSS puts in phoney large bids and asks we might live with the rest of the soap opera story.. I for one would be happy if the float was bought at this level rathar than $1.00 higher so all can make money but some seem to thinl that every seller has an agenda and every buyer is a painter.. But being up 17.65% on the day in SPIN is impressive.. As long as the shares outstanding don't change we all still own the same paper and it would seem that we all would be happy if the offer becomes the bid and is for more than 250 shares.. hank

Personally I wish that senile 8888 MM never gets a single fill on the bid. I'd rather the shares go to somebody else at lower prices who is a real long and not an senile MM who is going to turn around and sell them .0888 higher and we have that much more inventory, that much more expensive, and that much more $$$-worth to chew through.
I don't consider that 8888 MM on the bid doing us any favors. Quite the opposite.

As all seemed to have a problem with my posting of 888's and being transparent I see no reason to either disclose the number of shares I sold or the prices that I recieved..
I will say that what I posted was true and IMO.. My sales were made upon my interpertation of DD from the release and discussions on the VMC board yesterday about DD and not sarcastic barbs at those that disagree with thier opinion and had nothing to do about either future bragging rights or gotya's ..
I believe that most information provided on this board by some posters is more than destructive to the creation of a two sided market in SPIN and along with the Painter creates unreasonable spreads and the lack of any meaningful depth in bids or offers.. Along with my DD interpertation and the possibility of a bull trap I thought it better to exit and deploy my trading capitol elsewhere..
Some stocks just are not worth the time it takes to seperate the jangling from the reality of facts and as stocks are like trains,, there are new ones leaving the station daily I'll take another...
At some time in the future I am positive that I will develop a position in SPIN that again will prove as profitable as those of the past.. Until then I will stay involved with a small trading only position but as of now I have no position but,, it will become obvious to most as I start posting the 8888's and the calls of foul start again.. I see no reason to not wish all the longs well and I hope whoever bought my shares makes a million..

I told you all there was no reason to be "grateful" about that senile 8888 MM on the bid because it would just be quickly added to the overhang on the ask. Glad that senile MM is out.
I do find it laughable, however, that anybody could claim negative revelations from the earnings report as if purchasing accounts receivable was some new direction for the company this quarter that we all didnt already know. ROFL!!!!!

If SPIN was given a $50 million free cash gift, they would still "run out of money" because they invest all of eir money. Duh lol....very childish way of analyzing the finnancials of a company that said from day one they are going to invest all of their money no matter how massive that sum is.
Interesting that you posted the SPIN 10Q and PR all day long while selling 100k shares or whatever. LOL, I saw that from a mile away.

It's hilarious that you always bring up that 888 seller below one buck if in fact every single day we have between 70 and 150k shares sold in the 90's area. For all I know it could be you selling all these shares, it doesn't necessarily mean it's somebody else from the board. Just saying.

IPMN- gulping shares in the .60s continues. The crazy 8888 mm
showed up towards the end of the day .001 above the bid,
even though shares had been going off at higher prices all day.
Our gulper quickly soaked up those shares as well. It would
be a great sign if the crazy 8888 mm was done unloading at what
could turn out to be the bottom.
There is wisdom in these words..
it seems to me that the dreaded 888's are a terrorist tool to victimize the 'true longs' by obstructing their deserved march to massive wealth. but then, there is some entertainment value in the 'cries of foul' they raise. ;0)
New 8888 board.......
This board is to discuss the potential harm or aid using of the 8's,, 88's,, 888's,, 8888's,, 88888,s in the offering and bids of stocks traded on the level 2 systems below $1.00.. Also open for discussion will be the use of $0.0028 in the bid of any stock and the use of $0.0088 in the offer of any stock in the stock quotes on the level 2 systems.. Cross posts will include any mentions of either size or quotes used that have sturred this debate of the use of the 8888's.. hank
