Remember, the state of Florida has the AS on record at 10 billion. Not 5 billion as stated in the OTC Markets. There is a discrepancy. Which is terrible in the first place.

Even putting that aside, OTC Markets states as of yesterday that outstanding shares is 4.2 billion.

Heading into the 6th week since the Jan 5 PR and 12th week since the Nov 27 update. What have we accomplished since then? Would be nice to hear any sort of progress on any of the items we know about.

1. Name change (wouldn't surprise me if something else needed to be submitted)
2. PCAOB audit update
3. Financing round (is this new share issuance? we're already over AS fully diluted)
4. Fluent/FTH lawsuit update
5. What makes us a biotech company? We know we have the psoriasis cream, but every single thing Michael's mentioned and on the website is strictly cannabis related
6. Literally any of the items mentioned in 11/27 PR; we know nothing about any of it
7. Filings being prepared / any hint of results

When I spoke with Michael the day after CE got removed, he said he had everything planned and laid out for this very moment. He said, and I quote, “I have so much in store, we’re getting ready to explode.”

Because he's a liar and boaster. I mean, GTC, don't you think that is a huge red flag?

He never had anything planned.
He never was going to change the name years ago.
He wasn't even growing his own hemp for his products as he said he was.
He said many things that were not true and "over the top."

For great sakes, he calls himself a "chairman" of a one man company! I've seen this play in the playbook many times before.

The reason he will call this a biotech is because it's really easy to lie about results. It's very hard for the "average investor" to correlate what will be said and what is really going on. Biotech's are the easiest to put out a PR because you can literally say anything.

I've said this once and I'll say it many times more.... you don't go from trying to start something called a "U-Pick Hemp" thing and then to running a cannabis biotech.

America isn't ready for just that alone. There is a certain way to do it.

I appreciate your post to me. Let me point somethings out that I feel should be addressed in my opinion.

Most of the time when I write things of this nature.... it's more or less I'm just having fun. I'm not the CEO. I'm not a "consultant." I don't want to offer my services to him. I just own the stock and hope he does the right things. And when he doesn't, like many others, I get upset.

There is something in business that every great CEO (or leader) knows... and that's when to find and ask for help. The fact that someone came here and copied what I wrote tells me something. It tells me (1) he or they are aware of my presence and (2) they have no idea what they are doing at this stage in the business (not saying I have all the answers because I certainly don't).

If you are a great CEO (or leader), then you go out and find the right people. And every so often a person will come across you and you should know when to reach out to them.

I'm not proud. I have no pride. I just see what needs to be done.

But at this point, I truly don't believe he can run a successful business. It takes hard, hard work. It takes traveling. It takes talking. It takes a level of understanding of your business. How does a immigration lawyer run a cannabis biotech? Most of these types of companies are ran by scientists and/or doctors. Or someone with extensive knowledge of running a corporation.

I don't want to be a consultant. I don't want to get paid. I don't want to run this business. I don't want to lay everything out on a message board.

But I am willing to offer my advice if and when he wants it. Get where I am coming from?

What upsets me the most is how someone does absolutely nothing for 2.5 years. Then all of a sudden "pivots." Does this sound like someone who is serious?

The first step is to recant the change of the business name. It might be painful but it has to be done.

Could be the case, but, back when CE was initially removed in Nov, I offered him help with the new website and even writing/formatting PR language previously and he was willing to bring me on as a consultant, but I would’ve had to restrict my shares given NMPI I would’ve been privy to. I work for a large consulting firm and I’m not able to do that due to SEC independence reasons, so I wasn’t willing to go through that process.

That’s the only hurdle for someone that would be brought on to help. But, if the cost basis of shares is already over .01, then restricting shares over that value shouldn’t even be an issue.

All just my opinion, of course. To each their own.

I almost always agree with your posts here, as it's clear you have a grasp at what's going on. The one thing I do find extremely interesting is the fact that you've, many, many times now, stated that you know what needs to be done, what he is doing incorrectly, Michael needs to reach out to you directly, he follows this board and copy/pastes what you write, etc., yet you're too proud/whatever to reach out to him and provide services (even offering for a fee). Now knowing you're here over .01 basis, down 85+%, but aren't doing anything about it except tell this board you have the knowledge is hilarious.

Not saying lay it all out for him for free, but, damn, if you have that skillset and are obviously invested here, do something with the expertise you say you have. This is what I don't understand about you guys, longs, who for some reason believe. If you have a partial at say 0014, then slap it at 0015. It's 1 tick. Again, people see what they want to see (i.e their chosen indicator(s)). They then disseminate that information. There will be people who believe in it, sell or buy and then move on. All self-fulfilling prophecies.

There are those that "scrape" the low price interval (double 00's or triple 000's), make their money and move on.
There are those that "scrape" the low price interval from their chosen indicator, make their money and move on.
There are those that wait it out at their opening price interval, let the stock rise, make their money and move on.
There are those that wait it out for a long time, let the stock rise, make their money and move on.

These price movements are nothing more than the scrapers (or simply market makers doing their job). If you are long (and you think good things will happen) then just sit and wait. Don't worry about these little price movements. And don't worry about me.

I'm in at over a cent. So, yes, I will come here and criticize all I need. I know what needs to be done (and what hasn't). Those that tell me to sell and move on are out of their mind. Those that are saying this guy is doing great (and has been) are even more "out of touch" than I could ever imagine.

I personally don't believe you can rely on the CATV chart. It's too early for that. After 2 years of CE and a fomo run and now the slow reality bleed. This is not an real and true depuction of the stock.

The point of that argument was that price is relative to when a person opens a position.

The golden cross in daily is done and the crossing for the longterm bullish phase according to Weinstein is done, also the SMA30 has crossed SMA150..its very strong for the long terme.

"Economic indicators" are a self-fulfilling prophecy. Especially in the OTC markets.

Enough people "see" (and disseminate that information) based on the pattern chosen then they will trade on that. It's all behavioral. Not based on actual company data.

By the time people already found the "economic indicator" of their choice .... my computer algorithm already found it days/hours/minutes before. That's how people get beat.

exactly, if you look at cannabis stock most seem reached their bottom with a probable higher Low from the first bottom did somes months ago. They are rare with a Golden cross (this stock are ahead of the market). CATV is one of them.

You asked for a comparable stock. Currently, they are comparable. No one stock will be exact.

AAWH went from under 50 cents in September of last year to it's current price of a $1.34.

Price is relative to when you get in.

For those that bought in at a certain interval and has reaped the benefits of that stock over a duration of time is doing good.

I don't think you understand investing (i.e trading) in the OTC markets.

CATV certainly saw a stock price decrease. It's high at one point was at 4 cents and then dropped back to around 2 cents - where it stayed until it's eventual CE.

There is no reason to provide misinformation.

Are you serious about the stock you posted (AAWH) ? A stock that reached a high of a little over $11.00 and is now $1.34 in under (3) years. This stock averages very very little volume. What's so great about a losing stock that was a little over $11.00 (3) years ago.
The company (AAWH) didn't start from $0.0001 as CATV did. CATV never saw a decrease in price-per-share until the CE (Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware) was slapped on the company..
Let's start this all over again, can any basher on this message board post a stock(s) that is on the OTC and is comparable to CATV and the CEO is doing a better job. I would say approximately 95% of the CEO's on the OTC that have a pps (price-per-share) in the trips ($0.000X) are silent and not looking to drive the company into profit.

Check this out. Let CATV go back down to $0.0001 or $0.0002 and we will see what the public thinks about the CEO running the company. I will say this with confidence, CATV will not see trips ($0.000X). If it does see trips ($.000X) it will not stay there long. The one thing I believe is that CATV will never see $0.0001 or $0.0002 again, if they do it will be a very very long time from now. With Marijuana Rescheduling and Federal Legalization at the forefront its hard to believe that this Ticker CATV is not going to RUN.

Note: To all the bashers on this message board don't be in a rush to post a the very least one Ticker that is comparable to CATV where the CEO is running that company better .Once again not one of you can post a Ticker.
