should be interesting.
I sure as hell hope they don't blame 'naked shorters' or Berlin, or whatever... There's just too many shares out. After the last r/s they should have left well enough alone.
the only thing that will bring pps up is revenue and profit. I've been in for a very long time (mostly to see the success of the Sea Patch), but, I'll sell a lot if it runs up again.
my bad karma---TD Waterhouse has TFCT on it's list of 'highly volitile' stocks...sheeesh...Due to market volatility, orders on the following securities will not be accepted online. To place a trade on these issues, please contact an Account Officer at 1-800-934-4448. Please note, the minimum commission to trade these stocks is $45 up to 2,500 shares and $.01 per share for all orders over 2,500 shares.

Dave, TFCT even with $2million in profits so far divide by 600 million outstanding and you get a .0033 per share times 10 p/e =a .033 stock price not an .086 overvalued.IMO.
The shares outstanding way to many.Stock overpriced IMO.
If the shares were in the area of 10 million outstanding it would have been a different story. But unfortunatily it's not.
Since the news is good, the only thing I can think of is someone is manupulating the stock. Probably trying to scare small stockholders into selling, so that they can get as much as possible for themselves. I can't say for sure that this is what's happening, but nothing else makes sense. If someone has a different idea, I'd be interested in reading it.
It's tanking. argh.
Wow, I only have 4 items up there and just wrote them a request to remove one of them.
#7335, 7336 & 7337 are mine. Doubt they're going to see any action, but was more a test of new products I'm repping.
I have a PS2 up there also, but that's the one I'm asking them to take down. I want to set that up in my office instead, lol.

Speaking of prizes, for those who might have been interested in prize #7562, the XLTV l50" home theater, the first guy who won it (see the prizes won listing) is not too happy at what he got. If you notice the value of the prize has gone down considerably in this second offer. I almost threw some tickets in myself, but ran a search first and came up with this hysterical review and thought I'd pass it on.
Get a 150-inch big screen TV for under $30!
11:34 PM - Do you want to transform your small, good-quality TV into a large, crappy one?
Have you been longing for a home theatre system that will impress your homeless friends?
Would you be willing to turn your TV upside down and fasten a cardboard box to it with duct tape?
Then the XLTV Home Theater is for you!
The technology to build your own projection television has been around for a long time -- all it really requires is a fresnel lens -- but coupled with innumerable sites hawking do-it-yourself kits and numerous unsolicited emails like the one I received today, there's been a growing buzz around the idea.
What most of the sites don't tell you is that the picture quality will be barely acceptable to a broad-footed mole, the image will be reversed -- even after you turn your TV upside down -- and you'll have to watch your programs in a room so dark you'll wish you lived north of the Arctic Circle. One site that sets more realistic expectations, while offering the requisite lenses for sale, is www.projectiontv.co.uk.
You could also pay a little more to buy an LCD screen and build something that works more like a real projector, but you still end up with a big, ugly box, this time with a really hot lamp in it.
21st Century to Report Earnings of $1.2 Million for Second Quarter
LAS VEGAS, Jul 21, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
21st Century Technologies, Inc.'s (OTC:BB TFCT.OB) will report net income of $1,228,000 in its second quarter filing with the SEC. Alvin L. Dahl, Chief Financial Officer reported that the 2004 second quarter income will be a 1.2 million dollar gain as compared to a loss of $641,495 in the same quarter of 2003. "Year to date net income will exceed 2.0 million which will be compared to a $908,902 loss for the six month period ending June 30, 2003," said Mr. Dahl. "This is our third quarterly net profit in a row and represents a $2 million dollar turnaround from last year," added Mr. Dahl.
Kevin Romney, President of 21st Century Technologies, stated that this continued increase in net earnings is the result of our continued emphasis on the changes implemented in the fourth quarter of 2003 with the conversion to a Business Development Company and opportunities that are available to companies of this nature. "This is just the beginning of continued growth for 21st Century. We expect to be able to report many new and exciting developments in the near future," added Mr. Romney.

TroutWorld,
Here is a favorite site of mine which sells and buys gold, silver and platinum coins, bars, etc. They also have the current real-time values of these precious metals in differing currencies.
I actually have a sweepstakes for a Gold coin. Check out sweepstakes # 7076.
http://www.prizewise.com/productdetails.asp?c=0&s=0&sc=0&id=7076
Russ
I won a 200GB hard drive. I'm jazzed.
I want to win one of the big gold items...
Tell me, if you win 40,000 dollars in gold how in the heck is it delivered to you? Also, where do you go to sell gold in order to get it's by-weight value?
I haven't seen any new S8's of late. Kinda waiting for one to spring up...
What happened with the S8 filing in terms of any shares issued that would dilute the stock?
Thanks!
COOOOOOL. What'd ya win??? I've got about $50 worth of ticket out there for everything from a plasma screen to an SLR digital camera :)
I swear...TFCT really should be .25 or more. As long as we don't get any more S8 shares to dilute us, we should be fine.
Kewl Kewl, I just posted 3 more items up there for sale today, pending approval. Items 7335, 7336 & 7337.
PrizeWise traffic count: (for the curious)
I ran the Microsoft web ranking tool on PrizeWise (http://www.microsoft-watch.org/cgi-bin/ranking.htm)
and it shows an Alexa traffic rank for prizewise.com = 26690
A rough estimate of daily unique visitors based on this Alexa rank = 4027
Just to let you know.
I just won something on PrizeWise. I can't believe it.
FWIW, I signed up for an account yesterday morning so that I could post an item for sale. Everything went ok until I logged out, then couldn't log back in. Since I had already bought "coupons" I called them to find out what the problem was.
The girl I spoke to said that the were having computer problems and were unable to approve new members for a short time. She said that they expected to have the problem resolved within 24 hours.
I also asked about the length of time to approve an item posted for raffle and was told that usually it takes 24-48 hours, but they were somewhat overwhelmed and it could take longer.
I think Yahoo is the best bang for the internet advertising buck and it should draw in a fair amount of people. Between that and TV spots starting next week things are gonna get interesting soon.
PS: Someone throw a few tickets on prize # 6278, lol. Everyone should have a PS2.
DK...i went to prizewise.com to see if i won anything!!!...lol.
this message was there....

United States Navy's Emergency Ship Salvage Material System Purchases 21st Century Technologies' Trident Magnets for Underwater Operations
Thursday June 24, 8:30 am ET
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 24, 2004--The United States Navy's Naval Sea Systems Command has placed an order through their contractor, GPC, for 28 new Trident Magnet Assemblies for its Emergency Ship Salvage Material System (ESSM). ESSM is comprised of a combination of bases and complexes that provide ship salvage, pollution control and ocean engineering equipment on an emergency basis. The Trident Magnet Assemblies are manufactured by Trident Technologies, Inc., a portfolio investment company of 21st Century Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:TFCT.OB - News)
Kevin Romney, President and CEO of 21st Century said, "To receive such an order shortly after our return from Washington, D.C. is significant. We look forward to expanding our relationship with ESSM through GPC, as we continue to explore other opportunities funded within the Department of Defense."
This latest purchase builds on a 4-year relationship between Trident and ESSM. The rare-earth permanent magnets purchased by GPC for the U.S. Navy are similar to the magnets used by ProMag and SeaPatch, Trident's efficient rupture and leak sealing systems employed by private industry. The ESSM Trident magnets are used as anchoring platforms for underwater salvage operations.
The Trident Magnet Systems are used to affix hot tap flanges for environmentally safe removal of oil from sunken ships. They are also used to mount boring machine systems used to test hull integrity. Additional uses are under study to provide magnetic solutions for the diverse challenges of underwater emergency salvage operations.

21st Century's prizeWise.com Site Traffic Exceeds Expectations
Monday June 14, 8:30 am ET
Initial Advertising Brings Huge Visitor Influx
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 2004--21st Century Technologies, Inc.'s (OTC:BB TFCT.OB) portfolio investment company, prizeWise, Inc., has exceeded all projections of visitors and users at the company's website, prizeWise.com. Steve Rinehart, president of prizeWise, advised 21st Century that over a quarter million visitors have used the website since the initial advertising campaign began. "This is just a terrific response to banner advertising," said Mr. Rinehart. "Site traffic has far exceeded our expectations, and for that reason we have spent tens of thousands of dollars purchasing new servers, firewalls, database storage devices, and faster lines to ready the site for the high activity we now expect as we move into our advertising phases. We have held back on some of the advertising to get the new servers in place so the site can handle the growth." Mr. Rinehart additionally advised that the targeted email campaign started today at 8:00 a.m. EDT, with 1,000,000 e-mails being sent, and with another million set to go out every other day for two weeks. "There is tremendous excitement being generated by prizeWise, more than we thought possible in the beginning."
Mr. Rinehart also advised that the "tickets sold to tickets posted ratio" is steadily increasing. This means that more coupons are being bought per $1,000 of product posted which means that more items will sell faster.
Kevin Romney, President of 21st Century Technologies, advised that the television campaign will begin approximately July 1, with scheduling now being arranged in the Pacific Northwest. As soon as actual run dates and stations are arranged, we will notify our stockholders. "Per capita, the most people plugged into the Internet reside in this area, and these states all have very high disposable income," said Mr. Romney. "PrizeWise.com also plans to schedule additional targeted broadcasts following the initial campaign launch," added Mr. Romney.
http://prizeWise.com is a site which sells valuable coupons, with an option offered to purchasers to receive tickets to enter sweepstakes contests on the website. The value of the sweepstakes is now over $20,000,000, which represents a 100% increase in the total value of the sweepstakes now available on prizeWise.com. Numerous sweepstakes have already been concluded and prizes awarded since the site's opening on May 21, 2004. The public is invited to browse the website without obligation.

yeah..I've spent some $ on Prizewise as well ;)
HEY DK....I think I have 2 great stocks with this one and QBID....good to see we own the same stuff...lol.
I already spent some $ on the prizewise.com
Agreed, DJD. Nice to have a few new faces on this board :)
This stock is on its way up as no private investment firm would be paying .25 per share when it was trading around .01 per share. There is an awful lot of positive news on this company and now that it has become profitable, I believe it is underpriced with a P/E of only 11-13. Obviously, there have been buyers who bought in around .03 per share and now they are taking their profits, but with little debt and willing investors placing millions of dollars into this company at prices far above what it is trading for, this tells me to hang on to this stock for the forseeable future.
ok i just bought some tickets on prizewise.com
THIS THING HAS REAL POTENTIAL....
EBAY IS GOOD......
But this makes a little more fun to spend $
OK I THINK ALL THE SHORTIES GOT OUT AND MADE SOME $...now buy up again.....and price will go back up soon!
Yeah I was sucked in at .178 UGHHHHHHH
Tell me about it, should have waited a day to get in. Might end up an unwilling long :( if this keeps up.
HEY WHO IS MESSING WITH THE PRICE TODAY?...lol it's going the wrong way....lol
I was wondering the same but todays action appears strong still. I picked up some @ .169 for a short term trade.
What's a good entry point?
I'd like to get on this ride but a correction is long overdue. And after today's 50% gain, one has to wonder if the June 10 date is already priced in. Any thoughts on this? Thanks
