I agree that would be great to see a nice earnings report and a press release on the new brand of endorsement of our mystery NFL player.

This board is awfully quiet. I guess we are due another earnings filing in a week or so. Hopefully they will continue to show sales momentum. Would love for them to announce that marketing deal with the NFL player.

Someone is getting antsy and selling. Like I said, this will be either a huge payoff or basically nothing. The question is, do you have the courage to hold and wait it out? Any news press release and this could be a big runner because of the small float.

I just don’t understand why some public companies refuse to speak to their shareholders. We own the company. It is not too much to ask that once a month they Tweet some sort of update. It is good promo for the product and good shareholder relations.

I own stock in another company, Ticker ZZLL. They too filed earnings on Friday. They too did not issue a press release. They had a more than 1600% rise in revenues, turned a loss into a profit and now have .10 a share in cash. Since they didn’t issue a press release or a Tweet, the stock was basically flat on tiny volume.

These guys should all go private if they aren’t going to do what is right and update the market as to their progress.

They rarely do PR's

Since they are 100% self funded. They save money every way possible, including PR's. They could definitely do a better job on Twitter since that is ther primary mode of shareholder communication. We would all like to see more rapid growth but we are growing so I hope to see better growth in the May filing.

I understand your concern about announcements but their Twitter following is still very small with only 35 followers. The Southeast Edibles division has only 49 followers so either press release wouldn’t get much notice.

This stock is either going to be feast or famine with us making making a ton of money or probably nothing. I am a big believer in this company and think that by the end of this year 2022 we will see significant progress and earnings. I am a consumer of the chocolates and think they are great.

With the low float, we could see $0.50 - $1.00 immediately with any positive news or an announcement of that NFL celebrity.

They don't necessarily have to issue a press release, just a post on Twitter would be helpful for both the business and the stock. It doesn't take a team of 50 employees to occasionally post to Twitter and communicate with shareholders.

Buxmaker, you have to stop worrying about press releases. The company only has 6 employees and runs like a lean machine. Do you realize that press releases on every newswire run about $1,200 each? For a company on a tight budget, that is a lot of cash. They just keep plugging away on the main chocolate business which is really starting to grow. If they had posted their first profitable quarter, then maybe we would have seen a press release.

The last 2 press releases were about Amazon and Costco and my best guess the next press release will be about the endorsement deal with the NFL personality. Any press releases are usually to gain more exposure of their growing business.

This company could be the hidden gem of a lifetime with some patience.

The sales did increase

Though maybe not as much as we had hoped. I watch the store list on the website and they are adding outlets all the time. We need a nice increase in sales next month. Keeping the faith!!!!!

I am going to believe that something big is being planned. I just don't think that the delay would be due to just regular business because it shouldn't throw a monkey wrench into filing.

Just a wild guess that either revenues are much better, or some kind of new business venture is coming.

They have never been late to the best of my knowledge and it is a very small company so being this late is unexpected. I get more curious by the day.

Still nothing. Filings are due by the 15th, but I wonder if they extend it to Monday, considering Friday is a national holiday.

I am hoping that the delay in filing is because of much better growth and sales and maybe some kind of new partnership with another company. I imagine sales are substantially better due to the relationship with Amazon and Costco. Since the company already makes chocolates for Tauriga Sciences under their brand name, it would be great to see some kind of additional business arrangement with another company.

Just my thoughts on the matter and some hopeful thinking.

I'd really like to see a move up today.

It is looking good. 25 million shares, 6 million share float which is really about 4 million subtracting insider purchases. We just need the growth and it is on like Donkey Kong.

I love the fact that this stock has increased about 25% on one 100 share trade. If these earnings show good growth and a path to a lot more we will make some money on this unknown stock.

They have released the 10k at any time in March but I don't believe it has ever been late. I figure Wednesday or Thurs. should be the day they are released. Somebody definitely is raising the bid so hopefully we can get some off at .28.

The emails

Are geared toward specials, product announcements, etc. They haven't put out anything about sales since November.

The corporate office of First Foods Group basically doesn't put out any emails except for financials/news press releases through the business newswires.

This is how this stock has traded for 18 months. Very erratic. The next earnings report will be very illuminating.

As far as I know, they are selling their product without issues. The key will be is how were sales growth and margins?

If you are on their emailing lists, you should be getting consistent emails about the product and sales. Also, they are doing a good job of promoting on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Obviously, we still have to consider how selling is going on Costco and Amazon. If that is going well, we could be in for a nice surprise.

I am a daily consumer of their product which I think is great and really enjoy so I am a big believer in what they are doing.

I am expecting earnings sometime this month. The company has been consistent putting out annual earnings sometime in March.

This stock always trades in spurts and then goes dormant for a while.

We could get some more consistency in trading if we can finally show some good earnings.
