Jim Meier was a graduate of McKinney High School in McKinney, Texas on May 14th, 2007. After graduating high school he went on to attend The Pennsylvania State University at Shenango. Then, he went to State College, to continue his education at The Pennsylvania State University. After joining the non-profit organization Phi Mu Delta he volunteered his time with the Sierra Club. He was also a member of the Penn State Aviation Club. In December 2011 Jim Meier traveled to McKinney, Texas.

Some controversy has taken place about the location and nature of Jim. He has declared his home in McKinney, Texas and has filed for this status on Feb. 13, 2012.

Jim Meier has started the 'all around non end movement'. The 'non end movement' is yet another cultural, musical, and art movement that was started in spite of governmental struggles throughout the world. The purpose of the movement is to inspire freedom. [1]

By 1998, Meier's company Meier Worldwide Intermedia, Inc. had built the world’s largest motion picture and television soundstage, and had control of 14 production studios[3] He is also credited with being largest studio space provider in North America. It is estimated that he has brought over $1 billion in to the economy of British Columbia.[4]
Meier's company later divested itself of studio properties in order to focus on film and television productions and other entertainment industry projects.[5] He sold Meier Worldwide Intermedia to Quadtech International, Inc.[6][7]

He supplied this information through a bulletin board system. Expanding online capabilities helped bring more film productions into British Columbia and helped people find work in BC-based film and television projects.[citation needed][4]

According to a press release from a company owned by Meier, he was ranked one of the top 50 people in Vancouver’s film and television industry in 2004.[citation needed][4] Meier has been involved in several different companies since founding Meier Entertainment Group, Inc. in 1997.[8] These include Covenant Corporation, which he founded in 2002 to develop technologies to counteract the digital piracy of video, music and software files.[9][4] Covenant Corporation developed a desktop application called i-Fan that integrates anti-piracy solutions, artist promotion and digital music distribution.[10][11] As of 2003, Meier was the sole proprietor of Meier Entertainment Group, Inc.[8][12]

Looks like QTII is still going under the radar, the float is so low that with some volume it'll fly just like yesterday!
I'm still trying to figure out what this company does. Some site say it work with 2 way communications for miners other say its in the film industry. I bought this a LONG time ago and still have it. Huge loss maybe it will go up so I can break even. It anyone has info let me know.
