ELEV is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 8 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.

Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.

Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.

Alot of volume in this stock again. 123k on Jan 28 and 89k today so far. Does anybody know why?

Bid is above the last trade. Volume is low, but this is certainly interesting that someone is willing to buy the stock at a higher price than it traded last. I would like to see more news about what is going on with this company.

Something is going on here. I wish I knew what. It seems like there must be something happening... more than just a marketing alliance with OneRoofEnergy Solar panels.

Nice volume compared to the average. I'm still liking this stock. If they are able to get their filings in order and relist, I think it would be positive for for Elevate.

I'm very happy that ELEV price is holding in there. A couple of days it looked like the gains were to be sold off, but there is some buying support around 0.13 - 0.15. I would like to see higher volume, but overall, I'm happy. I believe in this company, but more importantly, I believe in the management. I think that they are trying to make a go of this company... even though things have looked dire.

Elevate continues to hold and move up a little. Investors were surprised by this little company and that they are still doing deals. ELEV is not out as many people thought.

Maybe this is it and makes sense with the price volume and movement.

More price creep on low volume. Does anyone have any news on this stock? I can't find anything. ELEV was delisted from the OTCBB in 2012 for failure to comply with a filing and has been trading OTC-Pink ever since. Maybe they're going to be relisted on OTCBB? $ELEV is an example of a stock that had 2 boardmarks and was not on stockcharts. People do not know it exists.....BUT IT is a 100% legit company.

ELEV Serifym will be managed and deployed by the newly formed Product Innovation Team at Elevate. Bryan Ferre , Chief Marketing Officer will head the team. Elevate will be making some changes to its management team to help support the new innovation role assumed by Mr. Ferre .
